I ordered the grilled chicken ranch wrap... they have NO idea how to tightly wrap it or even the paper around it cuz it completely opened and was all over the inside of the bag. I had to ask for a bowl or whatever they use for the salads and they looked at me like I hade 2 heads. I also asked if the grilled chicken had paprika (nightshade allergy) and they said no.... WRONG! they have no regard for people with allergies and have NO idea what they're doing, the food wasn't even hot! horrible, avoid this location. read more

Wendy's - Baconator Fries - Fast Food Near Me - West Haverstraw, New York

It's a burger joint...not much else to say. Service sucks, they get orders wrong all the time. It always smells like raw sewage inside.

Food is good. The service is soo bad the workers " Accidentally took off my order and laughed after".

I really needed to go to the bathroom, saw Wendy's, and figured I would try their new chicken on a biscuit and GO there. Bathroom was clean with "One Person at a Time" sign. Social distancing was excellent with only one table inside, designated standing areas in line and all employees were wearing masks. Apparently their Drive-Through customers come first because all employees were working on drive through orders. I waited a few minutes and a lovely woman took my order, except the chicken and biscuit were only available during breakfast hours and it was already one o clock. So I order a new Jalapeño Popper burger and stepped to the side. I looked at the receipt and it said I ordered a Pretzel Pub burger. I made the change in my order but why did this happen? ESL problem, mask problem, was I speaking low???? Usually I don't even take a receipt but glad I did this time. The Jalapeño Popper is delicious, chicken, not burger meat. However the chicken, as tasty as it was, was Very oily, and looked as though it was cooked in old oil as opposed to fresh oil. read more

This place is a joke!! Lines are always long, slow service and cheap and not accurate in the pictures food descriptions!!! If you order a bacon Nader shouldn't have lots of bacon all over as they advertise it why does my looks so cheap? What kinda of cr#p is this???? read more

Wendy's - a tray of french fries with bacon and cheese - Fast Food Near Me - West Haverstraw, New York

I'm not too surprised this place sucks... at the end of the day it's fast food and you get what you pay for so I'm not surprised they forgot to put in a burger and the damn fries were cold. Hell nah I'm not going to recommend this place read more

Wendy's used to be good. I liked the 4 for $4 specials. It has gone downhill since previous owner has left last year . Expect to wait a long time even if there isn't a line. Usually only 1 person at counter. The place has also gotten so dirty. To bad because my kids liked Wendy's but, I refuse to give them anymore business. Place needs something. Workers are always nice so I had to add an extra star for them. read more

I live close by, and was a regular customer here for years. As of recent, I have had nothing but rude service, long drive through waits (even if there is nobody ahead of me) and CONSTANT errors in my order. Today was the last straw, when it took me 20+ minutes to get a 4for4, a Dave's double with fries, and two drinks. Guess what? I got the drinks, the burgers, 2 chicken nuggets, and one small container of French fries. Previous negative experiences included having an employee throw a drink onto my lap, being charged for things that I didn't order or receive, recieveing the complete wrong order, and constant cold fries / nuggets. Go to McDonald's, taco Bell, or anywhere BUT here. Hell, speedway has $5 pizzas that are a better value and served faster and the employees are nicer. read more

Typical Wendy's. Service generally slow even when empty. Told the mgr the floor was sticky by the condiments so he put a a caution sign. Garbage was full but told they enter it only at certain times, read more

Wendy's has the best variety of food. The Chili is great, baked potato is good too. But the best is Flatbread grilled chicken. The service is very slow even when it's slow. Wendy's need to pay attension to it's customers. I always expect to wait either in store or drive-thru. Annie H. Haverstraw read more

When I lived in West Haverstraw, I reviewed this location. For some reason, the review disappeared. This had to be one of the slowest Wendy's in the world. Do not go here if you are very hungry. One Tuesday night at 8:30 p.m their service was so slow and after waiting 20 minutes my food, I asked for my money back and to cancel the order. They always had a horrible manager at this location that does not know how to run a crew. read more

Worst Wendy's I have been to. Rude (old woman) counter service. No drink refills, no ketchup, no smiles. It is the first place I waited 5 mins at an empty counter - ladies talking in the back. Nothing but a rude, one-way trip to dry, DRY burgers. Terrible! Rebel Review: 0 stars read more

Food is always great and correct but customer service is shitty. If a customer says "thank you have a nice day" how hard is it to say it back? They just stare like you have 10 effin heads. Like get a grip read more

Dont eat here service is garbage they are the slowest i have ever seen they cant get your order right most of the time and Recently I stop by and ordered something simple 4 for 4 and 2 cookies and she gave me the bag and and as i sat at the drive-through window she didn't realize I was still sitting there at all not once then as she open the window to hand me 2 bags that weren't mine I told her you forgot my cookies she said OK can you please take the bags so i can hand you the cookies I said those are not my bags she said oh and then she realized that I was still the same person she handed the other order to and gave me my cookies which were extremely hard in old read more

If I'm being honest I had a love hate relationship with Wendy's the food tends to be inconsistent but recently I've had this one sauce and I'm not sure if it the spice induced fever or the fact that its midnight but this ish is bussin bussin. Wendy's put her left cheek in this sauce, specifically referring to the sweat and sour sauce. I could eat buckets of it and it might be the only thing redeeming Wendys for now. I don't know who she is, but her lil red headed self can stay making that sauce, and to the person who packed and added the sweet & sour sauce ; I wish you a great day and that you get the best head ever. God Bless Wendy's read more

Even though it was the drive thru I was awkwardly rushed through. When I got home I realized I was given sandwiches that were not what I ordered but were of much lesser value and that's the only reason for the poor review. Paying for a $6 sandwich and getting a burger from the value menu is not cool read more

I ordered chicken nuggets and baconator fries and I received REGULAR FRIES!!!! #wouldnotreccomend

I usually don't blast every bad fast food service but this is the WORST I've ever experienced. I went through the drive thru of this Wendy's yesterday and ordered a 4 for 4. They asked all appropriate questions for the order : junior bacon cheese, sweet and sour, and fruit punch no ice were my answers. The wait was about 10-15 minutes which I didn't complain about because I used to work in fast food and I know things can get busy. When we approached the window they never said the total, we paid with a debit card. We even reminded the Spanish boy in the window to "please make sure there's sweet and sour in the bag" "he said "sweet and sour ? Ok!" They returned the card, we received the food and left. When we got home. I can honestly say we didn't pay attention to the food. Because it's when I started searching for my straw that's when I first realized they got the drink wrong. I was like oh man they've messed up the drink. And it was no biggie to me. I was like fine. I thought it was lemonade at first glance then when I opened it to drink it, because there was no straw, I realized it was old sprite. I say old because it was watered down with absolutely no carbonation, no bubbles. I then opened my bag to eat my fries, they were all old also. I said well damn.. let just skip those and get to the nuggets. And there's no sauce ... I then took a deep breath. Got some sauce from my house and said it's ok I'm just not gonna go back there. Till I opened my burger and it is dry meat that had to be made 6 hours ago, with cheese. Not a slice of bacon in sight!! Not a bit of mayo or tomato or lettuce. My first job ever was at Wendy's so this had me heated because I know what I should've received. So like an angry customer I go to the receipt which I'm surprised they gave! But it was the WRONG RECIEPT for things I never ordered nor I received. The receipt had a spicy chicken on it !?? Also the receipt had a $13 total on it that we were charged for when we looked at our banks app. So I chose to do as much damage as I can because this service was the WORST IVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I will be emailing the corporation and calling the managers of the location next. THIS IS OFFICIALLY YOUR FAIR WARNING. BE PREPARED TO BE DISAPPOINTED WITH YOUR FOOD FROM WENDYS IN HAVERSTRAW ON 9W. read more

Horrible service, went through the drive thru at 9:50 because the doors were locked even tho they close at 10 . We literally sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes we didn't get our food until 10:18 exactly . It's supposed to be fast food. I would've got my food faster if we went out to a restaurant and ate read more

I was craving Wendy's tonight, so I decided to treat myself (as I rarely eat fast food) I gave my order, pulled up to the window, and everything was okay; until I met Alejandra. I would have assumed she was mute, since she only spoke in hand gestures. However, I also noticed her working the driveway window. Okay, she's not mute. She just may not have been socialized as a child. Who knows? I just want my food. Get home (5 minute drive) and my food is about the same temperature as my lawn outside on this cold night. I would recommend driving a bit further to find a Wendy's that will serve you at the very least luke warm food. read more

ZOOOOO-WEEE-MAMA is this the most incompetent drive-thru staff I have ever encountered. Somehow, these employees can manage to mess up even the simplest of orders. I ordered a bunch of food tonight, including a 4 for 4. Somehow, they managed to forget the chicken nuggets and gave me about half a container of fries. Then, another persons order was 10 spicy and 10 regular nuggets and they managed to give me 8 of one and 7 of the other type. Honestly, I do not know why I keep coming here. I would rather spend my money anywhere else if it meant they could manage to get my order correct, the only redeeming factor is that there's a drive through, and it's more of a "order something and get some kind of surprise that ain't what you paid for and don't realize till you get home and are too ticked off to turn around and complain-thru". The management needs to seriously review their employees and get rid of the incompetent ones and promote the VERY FEW good employees at this Wendy's. They used to be fantastic but it seems like they've simply stopped giving a flying F#%*K and it's a shame. One star, now I have to go call my therapist from the emotional distress this has caused me. read more

If I could give a zero I would. Sat in line for drive through for 45 min so they can tell me the system is down and I can't even order. Unacceptable this day and age. I love Wendy's but never again. read more

Slow slow slow slow slow slow, I think turtles work there, I swear if u plan to get fast food. DON'T COME TO THIS LOCATION. Absolutely terrible!!!! There's always a 15 minute drive thru line. Terrible!!!' it's literally the opposite you expect from a fast food restaurant. And don't think it's better inside. It's terrible. The wait inside is like 20 minutes. Absolutely disgusting, Wendy's should feel like embarrassed to even claim this location. read more

I typically go to other Wendy's stores based on where I work, but found myself in Haverstraw one evening and decided to swing into Wendy's. The staff was incredibly friendly, the bathroom was clean, and the burger was fantastic. It sounds silly, but it was nice & hot, and tasted really fresh. I don't typically review chain restaurants, but thought this trip warranted a mention. read more
