We left them many times over with less than satisfactory food & service - We were about to give up on that area altogether, but we decided to try this DQ, we are so glad we did too! Since I was traveling I-70 this year, I decided to give it another try. First visit the service was fast and efficient, and my food was great. On the way home I stopped again and had an equally good experience. And I was amazed when the manager came up and asked if everything was good! I told him I was impressed by the improvements in service and we had a nice talk. He said they were going to get a renovation in the near future but I had no problem with the current ambiance. It is great to see a Jack in the Box turn itself around. So many in Missouri and Tennessee have deteriorated or closed, so having a good one to stop at is appreciated. Also like that is easily accessible from I-70 east or best bound.
