Got out of vehicle with my grandson who really wanted to go eat a Taco, got to the entrance door to go inside and found that the doors were locked. No sign saying that the dining room was closed or if drive through was open. Please don't eat at Warrenton MO Taco Bell, this is what they are feeding people. Someone found black mold and sewage back up under the food line. Food is not checked for temperature before being served, and lettuce is rarely properly hydrated. There is mold in the grout throughout the entire kitchen as well. These concerns and issues were brought to the District manager and General Manager, and neither have done anything nor even said that they would look into it. This will make people sick, they also have an employee that sexually harassed female employees and is constantly fixing himself with gloves on and does not change gloves. I avoided this location for 2 years. Went back a month ago. Horrible service - which they apologized for by giving me expired coupons. Wow. Went by today. SLOW walking employee through the parking lot - with a sweeper, gives me an annoyed look while I waited for her to cross diagonally so I could go to drive thru. Waited at speaker - the girl was very nice asking to give them a minute. I read two chapters in my book while the 2 cars in front of me picked up there's and drove away and 5 cars lined up behind me. Cashier was very friendly. Chips were horribly stale, the nacho bell grande was missing Ingredients, and I thought "wow! Lots of mild sauce!" . Then I realized it was all stuck together. The only thing they have going for them is the food is warm when I get it and they are something to eat in this town other than sandwiches/burgers. The wait time is atrocious, the accuracy of the orders is very inconsistent, and it is not warm or inviting. For example, tonight when I went in the lobby to use the restroom while waiting for my order the lobby doors were locked while customers were inside eating and hanging out. No staff acknowledged customers were there other than yelling (like actually yelling) names for orders then returning out of sight before anyone picked up their order. I mentioned the doors to a young staff who seemed really confused about it and she asked someone in the back. I assume this persona was a manger by the way she was directing the line.. and her response was "yes I locked them". No response, no further discussion. The young staff let her know that a customer had asked about it and she was blown off. Rudest drive through staff I've ever encountered and literally the WORST Taco Bell food I've ever gotten....and I don't say that lightly. I'm a super understanding person especially with the staff shortage many restaurants experience but my DOG wouldn't even eat this. I took one bite of my chalupa and nearly broke a tooth and I don't know what kind of slop they put in them but it was literally flavored taco juice and not an ounce of meat. It was abhorrent and that is putting it mildly. If I hadn't already driven to the highway, midway through a 20 hour drive, I probably would have gone back and asked THEM to eat it and asked how they could even serve something so disgusting to a paying customer. Never understood why people would say if there was a zero star to give they would until now. This place is by far the worst Taco Bell I've been to. The staff was not only absent of there current requirements but also oblivious on how to follow the color coded step by step guides in place by the higher ups for non aspiring high school drop outs to follow. The burritos were layered like sediments of time where your first 3/4 bites were sour cream, 3-4 bites beans, 3-4 bites meat, 3-4 bites cheese, so by the time it hit your stomach it turned into a burrito. The cinnamon twist were just twist because shaking cinnamon on them was above there pay grade. You just don't get employees with pride anymore. No matter where you work it's a stepping stone to success if you apply yourself. I should have walked out upon seeing the bathroom with blood all over it from a nasty female who acted like the earth was her toilet and not putting her sanitary napkins into the appropriate receptacle also labeled. Honestly ladies don't be so ew. Shoulda, woulda, coulda avoided this Taco Bell at all cost. This goes beyond being short staffed it's just poor customer service. I walked into the lobby to get the rest of my order that was not given to me the night before. I waited awhile for girl to stop sweeping while I stood at the check out counter when she was done she asked a woman who came in a couple minutes after me if she needed help, I told the girl that I was in line before her and my order was messed up. She called for a manager instead of getting my order started. the manager did not have time for me and said that I would have to wait, which is normally that is fine but 35 minutes to fix their mistake is just not right. They were busy the night before and were closing early due to staffing. I'm was not upset that they forgot part of my order because they always do and I understand their situation. The sheer disrespect for the customer is absurd. I worked in fast food for 6 years in leadership positions and during the height of the pandemic I fully understand being understaffed but this is not just being understaffed at all. read more

weird case in a fast food restaurant here. the dining room smelled gross, like stinky feet. the service was awful. young woman working the counter asked if i was paying with cash, i said yes and she groaned and had an awful attitude, proceeded to go to the back and start loudly talking and cursing with her coworkers. food was very slow, i got mine in about 20 minutes and the other people in the store waited even longer. food was great though, not worth the other stuff imo. read more

Warrenton tacobell is the worst tacobell I have ever been to. I was looking forward to a delicious chipotle ranch grilled chicken burrito before going shopping with my bff. I ordered and they told me they didn't have fiesta chips and I was fine with that, but I asked for NO CHEESE cause ya girl is lactose intolerant. Guess what they gave me? I'll give a 4 star on everything but the Cleanliness of the inside by the cook/prep area. There was noticible amounts of trash all over the floor. While that caused me to be a bit bias against any other positive things that we experienced, I decided to let one major thing go and see how the rest of the experience would be in fairness,i came here for food afterall. So the staff was very nice. Infact they offered 2 free freezes right after we ordered because they said it would be a small wait. It was a small wait but they brought what was ready and because they had to cook potatoes for the potato burrito and would be an additional wait, they also gave us 2 deserts free. While I don't let bribes con me on reviews, I'll say it's a kind gesture and it shows me they try to make their customers happy. That's customer service, so a win there. The food was hot and had average flavor. Pricing was average. The customer side of the place was fairly clean compared to the the back. Since the only complaint was the very dirty kitchen, I'll give it a 4 star as I have not become sick due to it. I would recommend the issue be corrected for future visits.
