I never leave a review but this Wendy's location is terrible something needs to be done here. we waited forever for our order and it wasn't even that busy. half of the soda selection was unavailable. we got home and the fries were way over cooked as was the burgers. we paid almost $30 for burgers with bacon and there was no bacon on either burger. we will never be goin to this one again and I love Wendy's too read more

I generally like Wendy's food. This by far is the wort Wendy's I have ever been to. After waiting 5 minutes to have my order taken had to wait another 20 before I gave up after had to insist on a refund. The Drive through and door dash orders were more important than the line of dining room customers waiting for their fast food order to be taken. Plus they got my order wrong and insisted I never ordered what I asked for. I never got an apology just attitude. After about 10 days of not feeling well, but now much better and hungry on Sunday, July 27, I was eager to try the new $1.00 breakfast biscuit sandwich. It has been advertised frequently on TV. The advertisement shows 3 available varieties. Honey bun chicken, sausage, or bacon as choices. I drove up to the outside order window and requested specifically, "I'd like 2 of each of the new $1.00 breakfast biscuits that you have." Is that not explicit enough to get 6 sandwiches, 2 of each kind? The person inside said with a not-so-pleasant response, "Well, you have to tell me which kind you want."? Duh!! I ordered an Apple Pecan Salad. At the window, they said they didn't have any, but could get me a Strawberry Salad. Fine. I thought I heard them say they were out of that too, but rather than tell me, I got this. Brown lettuce, a half of a very old strawberry underneath it, with hot bacon on top. This place should not be open to serve food. Ordered 2 burgers and a chicken wrap. The burgers charred like they had been reheated and chicken wrap smelled funny. We threw food out. I got nervous waiting at pick up window because of a guy standing behind my car intently watching me, so I pulled around and went inside. It was dirty with food all over the floor in cooking area. I'm sorry; but, this Wendy's is probably the dirtiest, rundown fast food restaurant I've ever been in. The windows look like they haven't been washed in years. The beverage dispenser was caked with sticky residue and did not have ice. There was a large water puddle in one corner of the dining area with no warning markers. The ceiling has numerous water leak stains. My husband said the men's room was appalling. On the plus side, the staff was efficient and pleasant and we did not get food poisoning. We didn't make it far on our trip to the New England coast before I had to make a pit stop. We got off the nearest exit and parked at this Wendy's. When I rushed to the door it was locked since the dining room wasn't open until 11:30am and it was about 10:30am. As I was disappointedly walking back to the car a staff open the door and asked if I needed to use the bathroom and waved me in. He was so nice, I wish I grabbed his name. I am so OUT-RAGGED from going to this place! The other day my son and I were craving Wendy's and we live in Utica so OBVIOUSLY we went to the Wendy's in Utica! The Utica, NY Wendy's has the LAZIEST workers. My fiancé and I have been there TWICE now and both times the lines were extremely long. Last night we went, all lights were on but the workers were literally ignoring people at the drive thru. We waited 5-10 mins before we decided to drive around to see what the issue was. We looked right into the drive thru window and there was clearly workers in there just ignoring their customers. My fiancé then decided to go in to the restaurant to see if he could get their attention, AND THEY STILL IGNORED HIM!!! Ordered #1 Double, Cheese, add Bacon... Large size Coke. Ordered #1 Double, No Pickle or Tomato... Large size Root Beer. 2 Large Chilli. Order #1 was soggy, greasy. The fries were like usual mostly small pieces and fries with brown patches inside (not the skin ends) a few that were edible less than a small size fry. Received a diet coke. (Wife does not like diet.) Order #2 Double had pickles and tomatoes on it was soggy but hot. (Kinda felt like it had been microwaved as the lettuce was completely wiped out), fries were not any different than anytime ordered in the past, not hot, kind of limp oversalted and full of brown bits in the middle towards the end like they were not cleaned well prior to slicing or cooking. My soda tasted like a diet root beer it was not Regular Dad's root beer or A&W's I know what they taste like. We haven't tried the chilli yet as that was ordered for lunch tomorrow. They remembered spoons, chilli sauce and crackers but forgot straws for both drinks. The sign didn't show the order and they said to pull up to the window and didn't give a total till the window it was over $33.00. We decided to try Wendy's as they ran a campaign around August saying that they were making the fries better now. We have been going to Burger King for a couple of years now. They usually mess the order up a little bit but the fries are way better and everything tastes a bit fresher than Wendy's. read more

It's been a while since I've been to Wendy's so take this review with a grain of salt. But from a chain restaurant that charges over $10 for a meal I expect quality and consistency. And if your going to advertise as such then you better deliver on your promise. Unfortunately quality control is down at this particular store. I took a few bites and it's didn't taste that good either. The fries were slightly soggy. The drink was fine, however they forgot the straw. Overall, I wouldn't recommend. The manager of this store should be ashamed and needs to learn how to lead the employees to achieve success and strive for excellence. If you've ever visited an In-N-Out burger you'll see how the burgers are consistent, the employees are happy, and the customers are happy. read more

Actually the worst Wendy's I've been to. Went at lunch time and there was no one in the parking lot (now I know why). Ordered inside, got our food and noticed it was missing a couple items so we waited at the counter for someone to come back. Waited a solid 5 minutes. No one would acknowledge us. Went through the drive thru, ordered with a friend, got 2 burgers and some nuggets. They must have run out of nuggets because they had us pull up, not a big deal, these things happen. Service was a fiasco at best yesterday morning. Arriving at the pickup window at 10:05 and waiting 5 minutes I beeped the horn and finally someone said they would be with me shortly. 6 minutes later I went inside which was about 10:17.
