We ordered the following: 1. Cheeseburger Deluxe ($3.89). 2. Sweet Chili Junior Chicken ($3.99). 3. Chocolate Shake (snack-sized $2.00). 4. Coke Zero (large summer promotion $1.59). 5. Fries (small $2.89). 6. 2 Baked Apple Pies ($2.19). The Sweet Chili was barely spicy. Both Apple Pies had burnt crusts. I've never seen that before. We ordered using self-order kiosk at 12:40. We received our order at 12:59. Granted that it was on a Sat lunchtime but I still feel it took a long time. This place has a drive-thru and self-order kiosks. 30% of the seating have electrical outlets. They removed the outdoor seating. The last times I came to this location were on 2019-09-29 and 2019-03-23. There is free WiFi. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible. There are separate male/female washrooms, both of which are wheelchair accessible and have baby change facilities. There is free parking in the mall. I didn't see any high chairs for little children. If you eat enough ramen around the world, this is pretty average but priced higher I guess with no competition around. Also you pay the premium for the ambiance. Would be nice if there was an extra slice of pork. Also bad pork donburri and could use a little bit more meat/rice. Chicken karaage was nice and crispy and came out hot. Staff are super nice and do a good job. I'm only giving this 4 stars as it could be better value for the price (I don't mind paying but at least make your portion sizes bigger...it's just noodles and rice). $70 for two pork ramen, one pork donburri, one chicken karaage which covered tax and gratuities.

The guy serving us was probably the owner because he was friendly and knowledgeable, he let me try the sauces I was questioning about. This place is a definite must-try. The place has a few spots to eat, and the decor is beyond adorable and fitting. I couldn't get enough of the potato puns. The gentleman was incredibly nice in explaining what the top favs were and was even nice to allow me to add an ingredient, as one of my spuds had something removed (no coleslaw for me). My order consisted of Mexican Fiesta and Nashville Chick. My husband took his Mexican fiesta potato as is, but I ended up switching my pulled chicken for fried chicken. The potatoes were amazing! The base potato was so flavourful and not bland at all, evenly seasoned on its own without the toppings. The toppers were delicious and went well with the spud. It hasn't even been a week, and I'm already jonesing for my next potato bar experience.

Stopped by for dinner and got the Step Brothers (beef patty, fried chicken tender) and Roomate (beef patty, fried calamari) burgers. While most quality wasn't gourmet burger level, it was pretty good for the price point and charred well. The calamari and chicken tenders were standard fried and had good portion sizes. Also got cheesy fries which were drowning in cheese (I love it). Place itself is simple but clean and spacious. Service is friendly and quick. Prices are super reasonable, especially for the size of the burgers. Great stop for a quick bite!

It reminded of squares boys home burger across the street. Bun was great. I like brioche. The only negative was the tomato and cheese were very very thin and the once slice of pickle didn't give much coverage. My husband likes some pickle in each bite so I gave him mine. Overall it's the best burger I've had in a long time. The fries are excellent and plentiful. The amount is the bag is deceiving. There was a large portion compared to other restaurants. Although the flavour was good, there were mostly short pieces and the colour was a little anemic, but definitely very tasty and crispy. Could have been hotter as at the time we were the only ones in the restaurant. Onion rings were good, served very hot, but out of a box from frozen. The large portion was very large and a good value. We had a sandwich to go. It was very messy and the sauce was everywhere. The beef was more like shawarma and I didn't like it, a little dry and tough. Good flavour even if the texture was off. Very clean dining area, but only 3 tables of 4. The service was good, you add on condiments to the burger and the young woman on the counter never asked and seemed confused by my request for ketchup and mustard, I gave up on the relish. Everything is made fresh and we told it would take about 15 to 20 minutes. Worth the wait.
