I personally never had any sort of issue, but from other reviews, I can see that others had. Right when I walked in, my man James, whom is at least the manager, but should be the owner, greeted me. I was having an issue with the app after playing a stupid Burger King game so I had to uninstall it and reinstall it, but he offered to help me if I couldn't get it going, but I'm about as tech savvy as they come. I finally got the app to work, and order my food while standing in house. James was greeting every customer coming in, just a great dude out there hustlin like no other. Super interactive, professional, just great all around. I ordered my signature Whopper with heavy all... I can't say that I've always encountered so much enthusiasm making my pain in the ass burger, but after The order came through in the back, the people making my food were just that, and strangely had a sense of excitement to make it!!! Hahaha never seen that before, but they're telling me it was going to be messy, and if I needed a fork, but no fork needed, and messy is how I like it. That's how burgers are supposed to be!! I had a free four piece chicken nugget with my order, and as I was getting ready to walk out, James stopped me and told me to wait for a few minutes, because he dropped some new ones for me because he didn't feel the ones that I had were fresh enough.. super nice gesture!! They use alot of mushrooms and the burger is messy. If it hadn't had so many mushrooms (on top and bottom) it might have tasted better. Fries were pretty fresh. Place was clean, and I can't complain about the employees. I didn't take a pic of the burger because it was too dark in my car when I ate it, and frankly I forgot anyway.
