We came through and we weren't greeted for a hot minute. When we were greeted it was a blunt and loud "what you want" and we were still deciding and she immediately gave us attitude and got snappy with us. A new dude came on the speaker when we were ready to order and he wasn't very helpful or acknowledging our request and we (6 of us) all got the same thing to help inside keep things simple. First people to arrive this morning for breakfast. No one to take our order. Finally, someone took our order from the drive thru area. We got the Cinnabon Pull Apart and a Bacon Egg And Cheese on English Muffin. The Cinnabon was scalding hot and very dry - most likely microwaved, not good at all and not fresh. The English muffin was not even warm and very hard, the egg was cool and the bacon was nasty. Not fresh. Remember, we were the first people there. My brother got the baconator combo and he did say that the potatoes were fantastic. The Baconator is advertised to have 6 pieces of bacon on it, and the photo show bacon hanging out everywhere. Not sure why this place has such bad reviews on here. I've eaten here twice recently, and both times it was a great experience. The staff was friendly, my food arrived hot and fresh, and nothing was wrong/missing in my order. Everything tasted so good. The building was spotless. Zero complaints here. This has got to be the worst Wendy's I've ever stopped in. The bathrooms were disgusting and out of paper towels. The store seemed to be staffed appropriately, but apparently it takes quite a lot of folks standing around to make this restaurant as inefficient as possible. 1 very slow woman worked the front register. She wasn't friendly and didn't seem very happy about being there. Our burgers were thrown together in a sloppy mess leaving us with more condiments on our fingers than our burger. My wife and I stopped by on 12/4 about 7pm. While waiting for our food to get done I noticed the girl in the back opening the chicken nugget bag with her teeth. I informed the employee at the register that they could keep the nuggets we ordered and let her know why. We were not offered our money back, all we got was a disappointed head shake. Zero it what this location has earned. They are always under staffed and the services is horrible. At any given time they will just close and usually it is staffing. The other day they were telling customers to come back that they were going through shift change. Who owns this Wendy's and where are they? I accept staffing if Chick-fil-A, Taco Bell, Burger King and Whataburger weren't all running like a top. Girl at the window was rude asf to start with and when we got our food and took it home, we noticed that one of the sandwiches we had gotten was terribly burnt and smelled horrible like rot. We went through it and I pegged it on just the bread. But then, I went to inspect my sandwhich and while it looked okay on the outside it had the same terrible smell. Rarely do I leave reviews that are negative. I really try to be positive in all aspects of life but this place just takes that out of you. We've been to this location several times and every time it's awful....and it's not just in one area, it's the overall experience. Tonight when we visited the entire floor was wet, not damp, but standing water kinda wet. The entrance, the ordering area and the kitchen was all soaked. I'm a huge fan of being clean but I'm not sure hosing it all off during business hours is the best way to go about it. The moment you walk in you'll notice how unclean and how unkept the place is. Next off, you'll meet the rude staff, who could care less if you stand there and wait then get the wrong food. In my mind, I thought this may be just a "eat inside issue"...that maybe the drive through would be a more pleasant avenue. I was wrong. It took absolutely forever, then wrong food once again. Whoever owns or operates this particular franchise should load the whole staff up and go to the Chick-fil-A that is located a couple of doors down and experience what true customer service with a smile and a well managed restaurant looks like. Their time says that they're open until one. I get here at 12:15 and they're drive thru is closed already bc they're short staffed. Nothing else is open and I anticipated getting food from this location. This is an inconvenience to a degree that shouldn't have to be navigated at 1230 am when there's nothing else open. Either stay open until your specified times, or update your times. Supreme lack of confidence in this establishments ability to accommodate its customers. read more

My friends and i went for some lunch and we were absolutely astonished on how this wendys runs. first we ordered a biggie bag, a 10pc nug meal, and a baconator meal. we also ordered a jr. strawberry frosty, yet when we got to the window we're met with a restaurant full of employees with attitude and all were walking at a turtles pace during a rush. when we received our order we got two biggie bags, our 3 drinks, and a large chocolate frosty. of course we had asked for the right frosty, but we still received a large strawberry frosty. now we had checked the sandwiches and items in the parking lot and of course i went back in to get our 10pc nugget and our baconator. when i asked the employee for the correct items, she gave me an attitude claiming "well i gave you extra items" but still, they were not what we had ordered and paid for. o had gotten the two items we were missing but when we get home we see that the "baconator" they gave us was just a regular hamburger. when we called to complain to their manager, we were met with an immediate hang up. this is by far my worst experience at a wendys and if i were the manager at that store, they would have no employees. It's a real shame that this is the only Wendy's near by because it is awful. Let me share my last two experiences: the time before today, I paid for my order with cash and the drive thru cashier had the audacity to ask if I wanted my change (which included bills, by the way). I was rendered speechless and didn't notice that I didn't get all my food, luckily I did get all of my change. Today I ordered the new avocado chicken sandwich. Nothing special, no confusing substitutes. I ended up with a regular chicken sandwich, no bun. Since I was in a hurry and they weren't busy I didn't check my order before driving 3 miles home.
