They just remolded the inside so I decided to go in and check it out. I ordered and the cashier thought it was more important to text back instead of giving me my change. First the girl saw me come in and walk right to the register. She literally took her sweet precious time to come over and stare at me...no hello, welcome, nothing. Came through the drive thru while traveling and had no issues with the speed of the transaction or the availability of what I wanted. I got a grilled chicken sandwich and the jalapeno baconator fries. The fries were crispy and their cheese is always yummy along with the crispy bacon which I definitely appreciate. I wish I would have gotten the sauce on the side because it contributed to a soggy bite half way through but it tasted fine and I had no problem polishing the whole thing off. The chicken sandwich was as it normally is. Soft bun, juicy chicken breast, some kind of honey mustard sauce, lettuce, tomato, and I always add cheese. I washed it all down with a Coke zero. I was very surprised to see a review of this Wendy's that said they were rudely treated as we were treated with kindness here. My husband went here near closing time to get a burger for him and chili for me. They had sold out of the chili for the day. When my husband told them I would be disappointed because I have special dietary needs, they made me fresh chili. As I said it was near their closing time. It was very much appreciated especially after a stressful 14 hour drive to visit with a sick family member. My husband said his service was outstanding!The food was very good too read more

Terrible! I visited this Wendy's while traveling, and it wasn't the best experience to say the least. The cashier wasn't very helpful, the food was cold and nasty, and there was no drinks in the machine. After trying 6 different types of drinks and every one of them being "unavailable," I decided just to get tea. The tea was sour and not drinkable. I went to the cashier to tell her all the drinks needed to be refilled, but she wasn't interested. She kept talking over me saying "well what do you want?" I told her what drink I wanted, so she took my cup to the back to fill it. She came back with a cup full of coke and no ice! Wtf?? Who drinks coke with no ice when they didn't specify no ice?? I sat there for 25 minutes eating my food and not one person came to refill the drinks. In fact they came out there to get drinks for themselves not caring that the majority of the drinks were empty! I watched several people attempt to get drinks with no luck. The dining room was dirty and the bathroom wasn't much better. There was no soap in the bathroom! There was a dead fly in the bottom my Harvest salad. It was found after 75% of the salad was eaten. Money refunded promptly by the manager. At least 3 young employees coming up front to see or yelling outside about what happened to who in front of other guests. Unprofessional. Should have stopped at Chick-Fil-A a few minutes away. read more

I like Wendy's burgers and chili, but the one in Roanoke Rapids changed from opening at 10 am to 10:30 am (although the door still says 10 oclock! I have told them the sign on the door is wrong several times.....and after finally getting in at 10:35...the counter table was LOADED down with serving containers and other stuff that is used in the back! I would highly recommend this Wendy's restaurant. their food is delicious and they are quite fast on delivery (most of the time) and even on busy days or holidays. they have excellent chicken nuggets, sandwiches, french fries, burgers, etc a hands down reccomendation! read more

Firstly, I would love to give this place a zero but I can't. I placed an order via the Wendy's app and when I got there the wait was longer than most going through the drive thru. When pull up to the intercom no one spoke til I spoke out. Then when I pulled up to the the window you literally pull up to a wall in front of you. So you literally have to turn your steering wheel all the way right to go around this said wall once you are done at the window. It's not even practical. But anyway, get to the window and I tell the employee that I have a mobile order and she then tells me the cost and tried to charge me AGAIN after I have paid through the app. Then after that she give me my food and forgets a frosty that I also ordered and when I asked her about the frosty she asked me to pull up and they would bring the frosty out. I pull up what seems to be not a waiting lane but a turning lane to get out of the driveway and I'm pretty in the way of any customer trying to turn left out of the driveway (also not practical). And I waited for over 5 minutes and realized they had forgot that they were supposed to be bringing me out the frosty. So I had to put my car in park still in this turning lane and go into the store and remind them I was waiting for a frosty. With no empathy or care or apology they just gave me the frosty and sent me on my way. I'm glad I don't live near here and was passing on the way home and needed a quick on the road meal because I WILL NEVER WANT TO SPEND MY MONEY HERE AGAIN! Even never would be too soon.
