Why is it that when we go through the drive through at Wendy's, one time the wireless payment device is used and the next time it's one on a cord that does not reach into the car far enough?? When asking the person doing the order, she just ignored that completely. The wireless device is so much nicer. It doesnt have to stretch across my husband's chest . Also, why are all the Jr cheeseburgers, double stackers, and other menu items taken off the menu? The triple stack burger is 10.00 a burger. 20 bucks for two burgers. The food was horrible. The burger buns were soggy & the fries were like rubber! The DoorDash delivery matched the food. On more than one occasion they refuse to deliver the food to the apartment but by showing up at the rear entrance & calling from their cellphone they are expecting the customer to come down & pick up the food. This appears deliberate. Who delivers food to a rear entrance where there is no intercom to buzz them into the building? Overall food & delivery service was the worst! This place that was super awesome the food was super awesome everything was so clean only have one thing that I didn't like his customers that come in use the washer and I'm leave them disgusting and never flush their toilets but it is one area stop could pay attention to more other than that I would say Five Star All The Way read more

Visited Wendy's today. I was totally disappointed. I ordered a combo with a large fries only and they charged me for a large combo. I didn't check the order until after I paid. My bad. I questioned them and asked for a frosty as compensation. No problem, but she was not happy that I questioned my order. The fries were over cooked or cooked twice. Not sure and there were mostly ends. Not happy!!! The burgers were ok. I went to get my frosty, well it was not even the consistency of a MacDonald's shake. My server was not nice and the manager wasn't very helpful as well. I was very disappointed with the food and the hospitality at this Wendy's location and will never visit here again. read more

Wendy's is Wendy's. The food at this location is consistent with what I've experienced from other restaurants in the chain. During my m visit today the restaurant was under-staffed. At 3:12pm there was two or three people ahead of me, the condiment stand was out of napkins and nearly empty of everything else. The lady who served me was friendly and efficient but struggling to keep up. Not her fault as she needed help that was not available. My main concern is if this restaurant struggles mid-afternoon they how do they do during the lunch and supper rushes? This is my first visit in a very long time. I'm hoping the under-staffing issue is a temporary problem. read more

I go to Wendy's for fast food that isn't fried or frozen to death. This time I got fresh food and a lovely friendly cashier, but the ketchup dispensers didn't work, the lids for the drinks had been put in upside down so you couldn't pull one out, and while 3 of the staff were trying to figure out how to put a sign in the window, 2 staff were taking selfies and I had to walk around to find a clean table!!! read more

I really did not want to write a negative review, but based on the item I purchased, I felt it was necessary to write this review. I really wanted to try the new Strawberry Frosty. So, one of my roommates and I went to get one and try it. I asked my roommate if he wanted to try it first. He did and immediately noticed it had a very strange taste and smell. He asked me to smell it, and I agreed. It smelled ROTTEN. So, we went through the drive thru again and told them that there was something wrong with the Frosty. The woman asked us to come to the last window. Then another woman proceeded to ARGUE with us about the Frosty! We were only concerned about it not being safe to consume! Now I am concerned my roommate might get sick! I really would have preferred if they had NOT ARGUED with us, and just let us explain what we found wrong with it. We did receive a refund, but I think it was UNNECESSARY to argue with us about it in the first place. PLEASE BE WARY of the Frosty at this location!! read more

Not impressed. Very long line, waited 20+ minutes to order and then 10 more for our food. Every table was dirty, floor disgusting. Washrooms needed attention and didn't have a lock on the stall. Grumpy staff. Not fun with kids. read more
