With a very quiet dining room, very early in the evening (we had a 4 PM reservation), there were moments when water refills lagged and opportunities for wine suggestions went unoffered (and we were definitely wanting to order some red with our steaks, but gave up because by the time there was an opportunity, we were finished with our steaks). We also briefly looked into the small private dining room on our way through the bar, and while we were greeted politely by one of the employees who was sitting in there, it felt like they missed the perfect opportunity to highlight the space for potential events.
