Sorry but if you're going to accept a manager position, please at the very least learn how to greet your customers and treat them with respect. I worked a big portion of my life at Wendy's and know how stressful the job can be but don't take it out on customers. read more

Horrible overall. If you love sitting in a drive-through for 20 minutes you should come here.

Went through the drive through today as I often do. The burgers are very good and the service is always spot on except for today. I'm partly at fault, I didn't understand what was beign said to me over the speaker so since I wasn't answering the employee correctly, he yelled at me! I was so shocked, I gave them the correct answer and moved up. But, I still couldn't believe I just got yelled at at Wendy's. When I go t to the window, I mentioned "did you just yell at me?" The man that looked like he was in charge just said that I was confused....what?? No, I said I didn't understand what was being said over the speaker but all three employees just ignored me. As they handed me my burger, again, I said, I've never been yelled at Wendy's before and drove off. Not sure that I'll be returning to that location. read more

Horrible customer service, rude, and employees having full blown non-work appropriate loud conversations in the background.

Terrible customer service we waited 10min trying to order thru drive-thru. Claimed they had a big order and there was only one other car in the whole restaurant. read more

This is the second time this store has given me an incomplete order... I called to reach out about the error, however no one picked up and to boot the voicemail was not accepting messages. I guess I'll take my business to Cook Out or Chick Fil A. read more

If i could give it 1 star i would, the store has been unprofessional, the manager is disrespectful and i have been waiting for 12 minutes and they don't even acknowledge me. read more

1 Star I've always loved Wendy's for quick, affordable meals--other locations are friendly and efficient! Sadly, *this* spot is the exception. Ordered a Son of the Baconator and nuggets, but was upsold a $1 buffalo sauce without warning. Staff here consistently make me feel unwelcome (almost like a burden!). Over years, issues pile up: shortages, broken equipment, dismissive attitudes. Management ignores feedback. I work hard for my lunch break--this location ruins it. Stick to other Wendy's; skip this one. read more

Terrible customer service and the people working are arguing with each other. We had to wait for our order for a long time and when we went in to see what happened the workers are arguing in front of the customers. I am not coming back to this foolishness. read more

Very unfriendly service. I don't have super high expectations when it comes to fast food service but I do expect more than what I got at this Wendy's. The employees were definitely not happy. Zero smiles, no thank you's, no hello. Service alone is reason enough not to go back. read more

After waiting twenty minutes in line, we were told prior to closing (after waiting in front of the speaker for ten of those minutes) that they just took the last order of the night. There has been long waits at this Wendy's before but the food was still good, so it was okay. I feel that it was inconsiderate to make us wait for that long while we were in front of the speaker without letting us know earlier that they had just taken the last order. At least McDonald's is open twenty four hours a day across the street. read more

The worst Wendy's in the world! They are NEVER open according to schedule. They close between 9p-10p they are scheduled to be open until 11p Management sucks! They are rude and dismissive especially Jennifer at the Brier Creek store! I usually drive an extra 10 away from my house to avoid this mayhem! read more

Can't judge the morning and mid day staff cause I've never been during those times. But the night time staff is rude, chooses when to close instead of following time set, and will ignore you at the speaker until you drive away so they don't have to do anything. As someone who works in the restaurant industry and has worked in fast food before, there is absolutely no reason why the service should be this trash from the night crew who doesn't even have a busy rotation of customers. People purposely ignore coming to this location to avoid the disappointment from this place. A complete wash of staff needs to be done including management because they allow this place to run like this. I've never written a negative review to anywhere, but this place definitely deserves this. Fix this place corporate read more

This is one of the worst Wendy's locations I have ever been too. Always long waits and below average quality. Save yourself and drive to a different location. read more

I mean, it's a Wendy's. Yeah, it's no the best place ever but these reviews are ridiculous. Honestly, what do you expect from a Wendy's. I hit this place up a few times a months and it's alway been decent. Compared to McDonalds across the street it's 100 times better. read more

We frequent this Wendys but after stopping in for a quick dinner in which they didn't even have burgers made. We watched the cook put burgers on the grill with her bare hands, no gloves. We immediately left Update Dec. 26, 2019: For the fourth time in a row my order came out wrong. Staff did not really seem to care about being polite or handling food and drinks as my sodas were tipped and I was not even greeted. Definitely will not be returning to this location if at all any Wendy's. read more

Always having issues at this location. Employees are very unprofessional and slow. Today, I chose to go back because it's on my way home from work. Big mistake. Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes and come to find out only two employees are working. Put out a sign so those of us in a hurry skip it! Then I get to the cashier and I have this sign waiting for me! Flabbergasted! read more

Wendy's - What the...?! - Burgers Near Me - Raleigh, North Carolina

The service was trash I waited at the drive thru for 5 min and now one answered then I drove around and a worker was not work but making them food. Will not go to this location again. Either hire a crew or shut that location down. It's been multiple times that I have poor experience here. So it's not a one time thing. read more

Just went through the drive thru and got a PLAIN cheeseburger kids meal, emphasizes that I only wanted meat and cheese on the burger. Tell me why it comes with ketchup on it! I asked for my chicken BLT fresh, tell me why it was colder than the lettuce, fries were cold, nuggets were cold. Forgot my sour cream for me baked potato. A part of me would've understood if it was busy. But it was literally one car other than mines in the drive thru. This is absolutely sad. Tried to call the restaurant to inform them of their mistakes and they don't even answer the phone. Trust and believe if I come back I'm checking my bag from top to bottom! read more

Just terrible. Don't even think about getting the salad. I found some strange in the avocado. It's sad how even the regional manager does not even care for this location. read more

If you go through the drive thru you wouldn't know that inside this place it needs to be cleaned from top to bottom. It is filthy inside! There is so much cleaning needed to the floors, table tops, counters, but the employees, including the manager, have more important things to do it seems, namely to just hang out with each other and laugh. It's like a big party behind the counter. Don't get me wrong, they'll take you order, money, and call your name when the food is ready, but aside from that anything that needs to be done on the other side of the counter where the customers are seems to be completely ignored. If it looks this bad on the dining area I'd hate to see what it looks like in the kitchen! All I know is we'll never return! read more

Worst order accuracy of any restaurant in the area. Today, I ordered a chicken sandwich in the drive thru - I get home and realize there is no top bun on the sandwich. How do you miss the bun? My order with no onions had onions. I called the restaurant but "they were too busy" to have a manager speak with me and asked if they could call me back. I heard the woman who answered complain about my call as she's telling whoever I'm the background about my issue. Seriously? The ONLY nice thing about this Wendy's is the woman who took my payment. She was pleasant and wished me a Happy Thanksgiving with a big smile. Except - I didn't get a receipt. read more

It's so nice to watch some of the Crew from Wendy's walk by the fries and stick their hand into them, bare handed to take a couple out to eat. Really? Keep your hand out of the food you are serving customers. Disgusting! read more

I've lived in the neighborhood for several years and have received quality service maybe once. Like the other commenters, I don't know why I keep returning thinking the service will be quick. I never am the type of person to "call corporate" but I would be flabbergasted to know management is unaware of this location's issues. They have to be losing money in the drive through. However, If there are any good employees at this location I hope they are recognized for trying to do their job. read more

1:00 pm Ordered inside! Recieved complete wrong order now I have No food, no money back... Nuf Said !

Wendy's - Raw chicken! Just plain nasty and a major health concern. - Burgers Near Me - Raleigh, North Carolina

I pulled up to no one in drive thru line and no one inside. Get to Drive-Thru and I see the ENTIRE STAFF talking to a random customer/individual in the parking lot with the lights off inside. A man and a woman forget to turn their mics off and say "who's gonna tell 'em, who's gonna tell 'em". However they settled it, they then told me that the wait would "be 25 minutes for everything". These individuals who work at this location do not care about taking care of customers. All it seems they care about is their personal conversations and pissing off people who help pay their salary by buying their food. If I were the manager - which I turned down an opportunity to work for them as one because they wouldn't pay me enough - I would've fired EVERYONE on the spot. They don't deserve to have a job if they don't want to. If you want to get your food and be treated like a human being DO NOT GO TO THIS WENDY's!!! read more

Ordered two baconators, got only one burger and one fry. NO MEAT ON THE BACONATOR???? What?!?! Dude what the heck. Horrible Wendy's experience. read more

This location has been having issues for months, one of the employees at the drive thru (he's no longer there) complained about the work environment. The customer service and food quality are starting to show the breaks in this location's system. read more

Terrible service. The lady working today was unfriendly and nasty. This is terrible customer service. We waited 10 minutes to be helped with no one in line in the drive thru. I don't recommend this place. read more

Cmon for Petes sake. Unending line of new cashiers every time I come here. And every time I do I go to the website and complain. Alas. I do want a quick cheap meal that will probably do me in. But why do I keep coming back? The place is always dirty. The ketchup dispenser always looks like the rear end of a farm animal. Today the tip fell into the trash and sure enough the new manager was fishing in the trash and pulled it out. My gosh is a cheap meal really this pathetic? My fries cold again my nuggets thinner than a napkin and harder to tear apart. New and hot meant wait and wait as the manager fished the tip to the ketchup dispenser out of the garbage. Why bother going to the Web and complaining on a site that doesn't care about these things. This place is proof you can't put a bow in a sows ear and claim a prize. Yet people come here and wait in line (just like me) to graze on the slop. read more

I'm gonna continue my review from Google the other day, please review. The day after I posted my negative review, I pull up to order, sit there for about five minutes for the cashier to tell me to get out of line, her register just went down. On my 30 minute lunch break I'm SO fucking done with this location, throw the whole store and staff away. read more

Honestly, Corporate needs to come in and retrain every single employee here. I'm not a complicated orderer but they still can't get it right that I ask for Green Tea and not sweet tea. The food is decent but what's the point of eating something when I ask for no tomato and they put tomato on it. Seriously just fire all of them. read more

This is the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. Read the other reviews, I can't really add much more than that. Terrible and unfriendly staff, awful drive thru, orders are always wrong, and the whole experience is slow. Update 11/6/2018: Yep, still terrible. read more

Stood at the counter for 5 minutes with no one in line. Never got greeted. Went to McDonalds instead.

When into this Wendy's about a week ago and would have rated it 5 stars. Dining area extremely clean an kitchen area spotless. Service was great and food fresh and hot. Returned today and it was one of the dirtiest Wendy's I've been to. Kitchen area filthy with food and drink cups on floors. Dining area needed cleaned and tables wiped. The employees were rude when we told them what we thought about this Wendy's. The manager on duty was too busy on her cell phone to correct the deficiencies. Big difference between managers during these visits. read more
