My wife and I regularly visit Wendy's and our local one is good enough for what it is. Like lots of places like this, crew comes and goes and you might end up with a bad person helping you. I can say that in the last couple of years, I haven't had any negative experience there. And the one we did have a while back was from someone who wasn't there long. The place is clean enough and the crew is fast enough. And we like the menu. That's more than enough for us. I wouldn't hesitate sending anyone to this Wendy's. read more

We ordered 4 burgers and each and every bun had a spot of mold on it. We then went and asked for a refund or new burgers and they gave us new burgers but never apologized. My new burger still has mold. read more

Was in line at the drive through at 1045 pm on Sunday 11 June 2023. There were a number of cars in front of me and behind me line was slow but moving all of a sudden at 11 pm all the cars moved fwd. the store had been closed at 11pm with many people still in line. No one came to the window no one would even acknowledge those of us outside. I called the store only to be hung up on 13 times. They would pick it up and hang up. I am sure someone else will be complaining as he said he spoke with a guy from the store that was very rude. I didn't hear it first hand but I can say customer service is seriously lacking by leaving paying customers waiting in line. I got the worst food poisoning ever before going on a flight to North Carolina to visit my sister and newborn nephew. Threw up on myself 5 minutes into the flight and then for the next 24 hours straight. Never in my life have i ever experienced anything like that. The attitude of the woman who works the late night shift is extremely rude-- rude and crass to the point where I'd honestly probably rather go to McDonald's even though Wendy's is better! I came through the driveway a good 40 minutes before Wendy's closed so not sure why this bitter employee was acting like it was 11:59pm. Because it was snowing outside I couldn't see the small print on the menu and politely asked her several times "for a minute". I was taking pictures and zooming in with my cell phone but she interrupted me multiple time asking if I was ready yet!! YEAH if I could see the MENU!! I initially wanted a Spicy Caesar Salad and she said it would be a 6 minute wait for the Spicy Chicken. Forgetttt that! I asked if she could do the harvest salad instead & she gave me a "probably". Um ok.... Next I ordered the Baconator Fries with sour cream. I saw the sour cream on the screen so I KNOW she charged me for it. However fast forward to waiting at the curb for 4 minutes- low and behold I NEVER got the sour cream! At this point I 'attempted' to order a tropical green tea and she said she couldn't make any more green tea. I asked for a fruit tea and she said- those were made with the green tea. At this point her completely sarcastic tone didn't miss a beat. So then I said ok well how about the Lemonade and she snapped back saying "I think we could do that" and I said well if you think you could do it- could you make it a strawberry lemonade instead. I gave her back that same sass she attempted to serve me- that all she could get out was a snarky yes. But it gets better!!! My friend ordered a few orders of nuggets and it wasn't until AFTER HE PAID that she told him that he would have to wait 4 minutes for the chicken!!! WHAT?!? Cmon?!? This is basic decency- why couldn't you have told me that while we were ordering at the window like you told me about the Chicken from the Spicy Caesar Salad. tsk. Tsk. JUST RUDE. I swear she pulled this stunt because I roadster her at the speaker. After I was forced to pull up and wait for my chicken at the curb I heard the guy behind me arguing with this same woman (not sure if she was a bit delusional or just a bitch- but she does not deserve gainful employment! Nobody deserves to be harassed while PAYING to eat at another's establishment). The slowest Wendy's I've ever been to in my life & its every single time!!! Its quite close to my gym (go figure) lol so I come through here often & it's literally a problem every single time.... Tonight it took 15 minutes and she kept saying it was because she was making a half a salad. And by 15 mins I'm not exaggerating!!!! They also mess up the order every SINGLE time!!! Every time I go here they always forget something, today we didn't get our drink and the girl was rude.

I do have to say I was extremely impressed. Which rarely happens with fast food in Putnam. I was in Putnam around 2 p.m. with my daughter home from college for the holidays decided to take a chance with Wendy's. Though we waited about 20 minutes total, in the Drive-Thru line. The gentleman at the window did look exhausted but he was very cordial and apologetic for the wait. The food was excellent, the food was fresh and my daughter says the food is never that good at the Wendy's near the college , even my boys said they wanted to go back. And they usually choose McDonald's! Excellent job! We went to my sister's house 1 exit up the highway and our food was still hot. We shall return. Thank you for making our afternoon. read more

Really rude woman in the window, cold french fries and sandwich. Also part of our order was just wrong altogether. I am not impressed. The reason chains are so successful is because of consistency and this one fell below the curve. Best fast food around. Always use drive thru. Order is always correct and fresh. Baked potato with cheese and bacon was a great​ surprise, when it had real strips of crispy bacon. Chili was ok. I added my own sour cream. Spicy chicken sandwich was great. Never disappointed. read more
