Wish I could put zero stars. Dude covered in tattoos sets my bag down at the window like I killed his dog or something and clearly didn't check the bag at all. This should be a great Wendy's but it's mostly meh. I like that it's one of the newly remodeled locations. So it looks good at least. All the furniture is brand new as are the floors (no stupid carpeting like other Wendy's!). They have two of those 101 flavor DIY soda machines which is cool but usually half the choices are unavailable. Lame. The front counter area is surprisingly small and cramped. Every time I've been here it's been dead but I'd imagine the lunch rush on weekdays must be really uncomfortable. There's no way to form an orderly queue! Service here sucks. It's always slow. I know fast food workers aren't known to be the brightest but the extra dim seem to work here. I've never once walked in and been able to place an order. The counter help is always running around the kitchen. I swear they straight up ignore the register. This is terrible management. I will say they're always friendly though. Floors are usually pretty sticky. Tables aren't too bad. Drink station is usually pretty ramshackle. So this is a mediocre Wendy's but since it's always dead you don't really notice (except when they take your order). read more

This wendys sucks so bad. About a week or two ago I had an issue with the size of chili that I ordered and called them as soon as I noticed it. They told be to come back the next day and they would take care of it. When I returned they told me that they never talked to me and I think the girls name was Ashley started laughing in my face and I assumed she was calling me a lier. Today I went back because they are on my way to work and as usual I get a large chili. When they told.me the price and said it had went up to $3.25 I let them know I will never be eating at a wendys again. Thats ridiculous. Look at the pic of my $3.25 large chili. If I could give them zero stars I would this is the worst Wendy's ever every time I come here at the customer service sucks I ordered a number seven and got a number one I asked for extra condiments I got fucking extra mayonnaise and not including they forgot my bacon and to make matters worse They charge me for an extra drink and I told him I did not ask for an extra drink and she thought that I wasn't going to ask for my money back and it looked at me stupid when I did. But because I was on my lunch break I did not have time to go back so I've been calling them for about 20 minutes now and they still have not answered their phone. I hate this place. Service was fast and friendly. Burger was good but the fries were cold . Ketchup was in the bag and napkins.

For 10 am in the morning the restaurant was a mess. Starting with the restroom the sink was black and the floors haven't been mopped! Food was cold and soda machine was an absolute mess considering half the soda was out. Also multiple employees not wearing mask I don't recommend this location not will I return. read more

The food is usually good here. The problem is with their hours. For example, their hours are listed as closing at 2am, however, at 6:40pm on a Wednesday the door is locked. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. Weekday and weekend we've had this experience with early locking of the doors. If the lobby hours are way different than the drive through then each set of hours should be posted. read more

A SEWER. Absolutely filthy, and the most incompetent crew you can imagine. We went in on an evening, no one in front of us, 4-5 crew working, no one at the register. We could not get a single person to take our order. When asked they said Juan would take our order. We then asked Juan if the register was open and if he could take our order. He said, "in a minute" and then left and did not return to take the order. We asked to see the manager "Nicole" who was apparently back in her office. OMG. You do not get more unhelpful and rude an employee than her. No wonder this crew was lacking in every category of customer service skills. This is who they put in charge? Which goes to the management/customer service training program that Wendy's has. Is anyone in charge of this location? Wake up! YOU ARE TERRIBLE! How do you eat chili without a spoon??? Ordered chili through the drive thru. When I got to my hotel and opened the bag there was no spoon.I tried to eat the chili with some fries but was unsuccessful. Food was good; just poor service. read more

Every time I go to this location it's always closed early. It states it closes at 2 but it's closed as early as 9pm weekends and weekdays.

Horrible customer service and for some reason their prices are way different then other Wendy's in the same area.

A decent fast food option when you're already a Wendy's fan... and your other choices are Subway (located in a gas station) or McDonald's. Their sign reads 'Open Until 2am'. read more

I have never left a review for a fast food place... least of all a drive thru fast food place but I have to say that I absolutely love this Wendy's!!! My order is never EVER wrong, service is great... staff is nice and that's saying a lot with that TERRIBLE McDonald's right across the street from them!!! My fries are always piping hot and I never have a complaint... I've been going here for the three years that I've worked in the area and have never had anything bad to say about them. Their drive thru line fills up fast but they are quick... management team definitely deserves some praise!! Went to Wendy's today, and I'm very disappointed with my experience. I went through the drive through and sat at the order station for 5 minutes before getting greeted, when pulling up to the window to. I got my food and payed, they forgot a straw, and when handing my car back just automatically shutting the window without asking if I wanted a receipt or anything else. So I had to wait for her to be like why are you still sitting there look from her for her to finally come back for me to ask for a straw and a receipt. She forgot about the straw but I got receipt after several minutes of here just going through a pile of receipts. Once I get back to the hotel I'm staying at I open up my bag to find it completely cold. The food like like it was putting all together but they forgot to microwave the patty and cheese before assembling. PLEASE READ.. So I found myself a new job yesterday, making more than I do right now at Wendy's and able to grow in the company. So as a responsible person would do, I put my 2 weeks in. I have been at Wendy's for over a year and a half, I am one of the top employees, I knew every position extremely well. I come in when asked I stay later when I can. I maybe have called out 4 times in my time there.. and the GM Debbie fires me today bc when someone puts their 2 weeks in they have an option to work that person or not and she chose the NOT!
