She took a lot of time dematting him in areas we didn't even realize he had mats. She also filed his nails instead of just clipping them. It was also apparent that she really gained Larry's trust and affection. The only reason I gave her four stars is because the price was significantly higher than I was expecting. I told her we just wanted to trim him, not style him, as shown in the mini-groom package but when she gave me the receipt I was charged the highest amount for a full groom, plus dematting. I was totally okay paying extra for the dematting but was a bit surprised. She said the minigroom only covered a bath not any sort of cutting. This confused me on the website as I thought since I did not want him styled we would be paying the minigroom price. Thankfully she did such an excellent job that it was worth the money we paid, but it might not be something we can do as frequently because of the high cost.
