If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Unbelievable how poorly manages this store is. Waited at drive thru for a long time, with no response. Went inside to inquire, and just got shrugs from staff (deer in headlights!) and an attitude from the manager. The staff seemed scared of the manager! She yelled from the line that drive is closed because she's making sandwiches. She went further to say something that I couldn't hear, except for ".....people like you!" Disgusted, we left. There were others behind us with the same experience, watching our entire exchange. Clearly, from these reviews, nothing has improved over the years. I did send a complaint to corporate, as well. In what restaurant is it ok to serve an ice cold hamburger. Do not stop if you want edible food.

We drove up to the drive thru and waited to be asked our order. We could hear the conversation inside ("I thought you were going to quit when (something) happened") but they could not hear us. So we drove up to the window to see what was going on. The employee looked at us and didn't seem to know what to do. Other employees walked by not paying us any attention. At this point the line in back of us (waiting at the drive thru order menu) was 4 deep. Finally I called the restaurant and said we were at the window. She didn't seem to want to open the window (but she also hung up the phone) and when we asked if the drive thru was closed, she said yes but then we told her that (1) there was no sign saying it was closed and there was a long line of people waiting to order and (2) we could hear their entire conversation so maybe they should turn off the speaker. She stared at us for 30 seconds before simply saying "ok" and that was it. No help. No service. Where was the manager? read more

Every couple of weeks I find myself craving Wendy's. Has to be my favorite place to stop for a "fast & cheap" lunch. At this place though it's anything but. I'm usually a really patient guy but holy smokes. I've been twice now when I walk in and they look me in the eye and say we aren't taking anymore orders right now. What a let down. Few times when I have been able to order the wait is like a restaurant. I get it, everyone's short staffed. I just feel super let down when I really want to get that Wendy's craving and the place just can't deliver. read more

I wasn't too excited as I pulled into Wendy's this weekend. I've never had a problem with their food (assuming I got what I ordered), but the drive through service has always been horrendous. Every negative review of this location rang true with my experiences. But maybe things are improving! I never had to repeat part of my order. The guy at the pay window was wide awake and pleasant. This was the first time I've been there that I didn't feel like I was inconveniencing them. The woman at the second window was refreshing. She had a big smile and looked like she was enjoying what she was doing. She recited my order as she handed me the two bags. She laughed as she told me "Don't worry, it's all there", and she was right right! It had been a long time since I'd stopped there. Keep this and I'll be back more often. read more

This is a Wendy's and it is about as good as it gets. I showed up right at 10am because I was staying at a hotel with a horrible breakfast. This was in walking distance. The people were professional and did a great job getting my food. The place was very clean and has the coke maching were you can make your own drink combination which is one of my favorite things. I used the app to order the food and it worked perfectly. read more

The air conditioning was broken or something so they had the windows open and there were flys everywhere. The customer service was terrible the man spoke so quiet I could barely hear him and never said thank you, he was very rude. I ordered a baked potato and they gave me some old disgusting butter that was years old. My granddaughter ordered chicken nuggets and it tasted like a sponge inside. Terrible. read more

The staff could not get the orders right if their lives depended on it. The employee served no purpose and were slower than slugs. Drive thru screw up. Order chicken tenders, baked potato with sour cream & chives, and an iced tea. I got a dry potato with chives - no sour cream. The bag had no fork or spoon to eat potato with, no napkins, and no receipt. Ironically if you try to leave any comment on Wendy's website, you need your receipt info. I showed up at 10:30am to get a sandwich and immediately when I walked in a woman working at the counter was already complaining about her job, and saying she's just going to leave. Personally, I don't really care when workers complain as long as they are responsible enough to not direct their anger at the customer or let it impede their workflow. I order, she says that it will be a while since it's one person working. I'm not sure who she was referring to since there was 2 of them but I just said "that's alright I'm in no rush." I sat down, waited, and got my food. I ordered a drink and didn't get one so went to the counter to ask for a drink. She looked at me as if I was asking for too much, then gave me the drink. Whatever, I don't really care. The straw that broke the camels back and made me leave a review is that the breakfast sandwich I got was barely cooked at all. It was far closer to being frozen then acceptably cooked. I live nearby and every time I decide "maybe I'll just go to Wendy's" I leave with a reason not to. This is by far the worst Wendy's ever!! Food is NEVER fresh and even when notifying the managers they don't give a damn. I've stayed at the hotels near by and have now gotten back to the hotels to find my chicken sandwiches super chewy and dry. It's not a rubber sandwich!! This is by far the SLOWEST Wendy's location I've ever been too. The line was nearly out the door when we got here. The drive through being closed for the day should have been a clue. Also the bozo they had has a cashier kept calling EVERYONE "Sir" my housemates order got completely skipped and when she pointed out that they forgot her "for here" order they threw it together in such a slap dash hurry that only halt the ingredients were actually in the bun rather then beside it. read more

I ordered 2 burgers & fries and frosties. The burgers & fries were placed in front of quickly but not the frosties. I waited another 15 minutes for them. They had to add a bag of chocolate mix to the machine. The end result was cold burgers & fries and so so frosties. If the frosties were going to take that long they shouldn't have put the burgers & fries out so soon. The employees were nice & trying but you need a better system. read more

This Wendy's is on the interstate so I think that they bank on travelers being too far from the restaurant before they realize the poor quality and forgotten food, but I am a local and am writing this hopefully to save others from being disappointed. Literally, the last five times I have been at the drive-thru at this restaurant they have forgotten something. Tonight it was the fries. There is nothing worse than getting all the way home and realizing that you didn't get what you paid for. It is always something....missing dressing with the salads, missing sauce for nuggets, missing straw with your drink, missing burger, etc. If you are thinking about stopping for a quick bite don't, the service is terrible. They are disinterested and really don't care if the customer is satisfied. Keep driving! read more

We sat in the drive thru line for 20 minutes waiting behind 2 cars. The car in front of us got impatient and left before even ordering. My friend ordered a baconator and asks for no ketchup or mustard. He gets ketchup and mustard. Same friend asks for a vanilla frosty. He gets a chocolate. Besides that, the biggest problem was the fries. I've never tasted worse fries in my life. They tasted like they were fryed in week old oil. If you read this do not go to this Wendy's.
