My husband loves Wendy's and has been itching to try this new location since we haven't had one in a good location for us. The opportunity recently presented itself and we downloaded the app and dove right in for some curbside pick up. Rewards and ordering are super easy with the app! It is also very flexible as it pertains to creating a personalized order. We ordered 6 meals and frosty's to-go. Our order was perfect and was not missing a single thing. As I eluded to above, this location is very new & it looks really nice. My husband loves the way Wendy's does fries - with some skin on on the edges still. I love that they have the baked potato and salad options!! My kids loved that their order was done correctly and it tasted good. It's a menu marriage made in fast food heaven! And I LOVE LOVE LOVE that they donate to adoption assistance because "every child deserves a family." Definitely going back! My husband is really happy about that! read more

I prefer coming to this location because its practically still new and the food is always fresh. The customer service is pretty decent compared to the Wendy's on Memorial and Penn. This location is a little inconsistent, but recently they have been ON it. We don't eat a lot of fast food, but when we do, we appreciate the freshness of Wendy's. This location specifically is one of the cleaner ones, and thankfully our orders have always been right. Today, they even checked the bag before handing it to us and said aloud each item to ensure it was right. Can you imagine if all places did that? That would solve soooo many issues! I had a mobile order and went through the drive thru. I told them the name on the order and he said to come to the window. He handed the drinks (no straws) and said to move forward. He brought the food to me and walked away. I checked the order and I was missing items. I went to the menu again and said I was missing fries and chili. I was told since it was so late, they put the chili up. I had to ask for money back and then they offered other food instead. The part that upsets me so much is this happens every time I go to this location. And they should have said they were out of chili when I first got to the menu, at the drink window or when they gave me the food. I shouldn't have had to drive around and tell them what they forgot. This Wendy's needs a corporate representative to come in and help management get their act together before they loose their franchise. The staff would not listen to the customer as they ordered which had us repeat the order and have to get them to take items off the register that they assumed we ordered. When one in our party says "Sandwich Only", we shouldn't have to tell them several times "It's not a Meal." On quality, I ordered a Dave's Single Meal and the meat n my burger was very dry and cold, the lettuce was limp and the catchup and dressing were excessive. The fries were adequate at best. The atmosphere was hindered by the lack of cleanliness at the drink machine. You go to get your drink and are hesitant to press your clean cup to get ice out of the dispenser due to the amount of catchup splattered all up and underneath the drink machine. It will be a long time before I'm willing to take a chance on this Wendy's. There are too many good places around. I won't feel like I should save my money and eaten a peanut butter sandwich at home. read more

So we have been to this location several times now, and sadly each time we decide to give them a chance...we are sorely disappointed. This most recent visit was our worst. We ordered ahead through the app, when we arrived we received our drinks first which were not even filled all the way and asked to pull ahead. When we finally got our food, several items were missing. Two of the items were chili for the taco salad we ordered. One that should've come with, and the extra we had ordered. When asked about it, they then told us (again after they had given us our order and walked away) that since it was an hour before close, they had cleaned and put away all their chili so they had none. Didn't tell us when we arrived, didn't tell us when we were asked to pull ahead and didn't tell us when they handed us the meals. Really bad service. read more
