Visited today. The climate was extremely hot so I decided to stop at Wendy's on Bullard. The service was great. The young lady at the register was very educated and my order was correct. The order was accurate and the service was great. The young man who prepared my order was accurate and quick. The smiles were electric and warm. Thanks so much from a Texas resident. read more

The store is in desperate need of a manager. It takes over 20 minutes to receive an order only for every single item to be wrong

This place is terrible! The service sucks. No matter when you order they always want you to back behind the yellow pole. They acknowledge you at the box when they feel like it. Fries are soaked in grease and inedible. This place is going on the banlist. These New Orleans East eateries need to get it together. The banlist grows daily! Its so sad! read more

The air coming from the take out window is disgusting and nauseating, I shudder to think my food was prepared in there. The asiago chicken ranch sandwich is no longer served with a chicken breast but merely a patty of pressed chicken as though you had gotten a $.99 chicken sandwich. 20$ later I had to eat as much of this as I could before discarding the rest of the garbage my daughter could not get spicy chicken nuggets and although I paid for a medium peach drink I was told at the window they only have small and not issued any type of a refund beware this place is an absolute crap hole and should be shut down by the health department but that's what I get for eating sub human products read more

I went to Wendy's on 5701 Read Rd on Sept 24 around 9pm, I order 3 four for $4s and a Asiago chicken sandwich meal with just cheese bacon and chicken on my sandwich. When I was trying to place my order in the drive through the girl kept telling me to hold on so she can tell the coworkers to be quick so she can hear me because they were playing and being loud. After I ordered my food I was asked to pull up and they will bring it out. I waited like a while before it was brought to me and all of the fries were cold and my Asiago sandwich was wrong. I went in the store and when I walked in the counter was filthy and one of the workers was laying across the counter eating a Wendy's sandwich but she got up when she seen me. They were clearly in there playing. So then I was just standing there waiting on someone to great me and like 2 of them walked past me and didn't say anything. Then the manager came out the back cussing at the other workers about his cellphone being took off charge which was plugged up right by where the food is prepared. One of the workers told him he needed to chill out doing all that cussing in front of me but he didn't seem to care. So he finally comes to the counter to ask me about the food and he has an attitude. I told him my fries were cold and the sandwich was wrong. He argued with me about the Asiago and what comes on it which I knew that because I read the description. That's why I was specific when I ordered. So then he gets the food and walks over to the garbage can next to where the food is prepared. He had his back to me but was turned sideways and not being discreet at all so I could see everything he was doing. He takes my sandwich that I just brought back and scrapes everything off it with his BEAR HANDS, no gloves. He was going to redrop my chicken after he had his hands all over it instead of giving me a new one. So I told him I don't even want it to give me my money back. He went back and forth with me about giving me my money back saying he would have to call his manager and all this other stuff. I said I don't want something you had your hands on. So he then takes the chicken that he had just scraped and put it with the other food that is going on other peoples food. Then says I'll make it fresh and put one glove on. He goes to the freezer and grabs the chicken with the hand that doesn't have a glove and then puts it in the hand that has the glove on and drops it in the grease. After the chicken was done he went over to where they prepare the food which is where his phone was plugged up and fixed my sandwich while he was constantly scrolling on his cellphone. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced and the nastiest! He does NOT need to be working around peoples food let alone being a manager. It's really upsetting to spend $20 something dollars on food and it's not being prepared in a sanitary way and the customer service is horrible. read more

my crispy chicken sandwich was burnt, hard, and disappointing. I returned to the store the manager on duty stated that how it comes.I responded its so hard I can drop it and it wont break. The manager on duty who refused to give me her name drop new crispy chicken with her bare hands. I told her I did not want anything I would like a refund. She ask why I responded because you just drop the chicken with your bare hand without gloves nor you didn't wash your hands. I would a refund. She said no she will not issue a refund. Come back in the morning. This is very rude, disrespectful and down right dirty. What kind of establishment treat their customers like this. I spend plenty of money with Wendy's to be treated like this. I was very respectful I didn't use profanity, nor did I raise my voice, so I do not understand why you were treated customer this rudely...... read more
