Life is all about getting things faster, better and cheaper! Who has time to always sit down and dine all the time besides Ivanka Trump and Kimora Lee. Food on the go is definitely the way to geaux! Love eating out, but grabbing a quick bite with a hectic schedule only makes PERFECT sense. I am a fan of the chicken salad at BK. The chicken tastes flame boiled, which I can definitely rock with. The dressings are cool, but please don't skimp on the greens. Some BKs manage to give you an even proportion of everything. This one happens to be close to my house. Can't beat that! I don't like waiting in long lines (even in my car). BK can do better in that area. All in all, great healthy substitute to dining out. read more

It's unbelievable how disgusting this place is I wasted my money. I feel terrible. The food was cold gross old. The service was disgusting. They need to be shut down DISGUSTING!! Don't come to this Bullshit king! Ordered 5 whoppers drive thru and as soon I got my food Í drove up stop to check the food and all the whoppers was cold & the patties wasn't even flame grilled, it was a cold grayish looking patties then I went turn around to complain why my food was cold then I over heard one of the staff start saying some racist phrase "Dat ching chong better go get his flame grille dog meat somewhere else " ............ was game over after that read more

Within a week apart I purchased the Wednesday Whopper Special Small Meal. The price went from $7.74 to $9.07. I know that's incorrect. I called my bank. This location is the worst. STAY AWAY. read more

Poor service, The food made my teeth hurt because of how hard it was and lastly, the inside had liquid all over the floor

This Burger King is usually my last resort. Today will be my last day. I have a 90% chance of having a bad experience here and I still continued to go. For breakfast, they rarely have iced coffee or maybe too lazy to make it. I'm usually asked to back my car up so that they can make their time on the clock, & they did today also. I was asked to pull forward next, but then asked to wait so that they can bring my food out. Today though after getting my food brought out, I pulled out a long strand off hair and my food is still cold. "New Orleans East will make a comeback". I'm tired of hearing this and tired of putting my money into the establishments out here for these types of service. A building presentable on the outside but horrible team on the inside. This is coming from a chef. If you don't have a passion, enjoy cooking, or servitude, get out of the kitchen. read more

Horrible service, workers always hiding somewhere, and my food always comes cold . Workers put zero effort into their job

Actually good service . We're nice and didn't mind repeating the order to me since the drive through thing had trouble hearing me and vice versa. Not sure why the reviews are so bad here read more

Overnight girl is lazy. She only has whoppers and fries and a attitude all the time I went there twice and she was serving whoppers fries and added to that's it. They need to fire her slow ass read more

Decaf coffee? No can do. Milk? Nada. Grape jelly? Rots-o-ruck. Ask for a ham croissandwich? Get one with bacon. Because it's rocket science.

We stopped by after school because my daughter wanted a kid's meal and guess what? They ran out of milk, out of toys , and no more coffee. WHAT DO YOU HAVE?!? People that work there seems like they dont wanna be there ‍ read more

Burger King - cant even get a bun right - Burgers Near Me - New Orleans, Louisiana

The Manager be rude and they never open on time, I know it's harder for them because of the pandemic and every fast food restaurant is short on workers but that don't give them the right to be rude to the customers. Half the time they don't have what you come to get. They lobby never open and it takes 35 mins. To get thru the drive thru. Food be cold when you receive it. They are very rude to dashers that come to pick up for customers and they make you sit in drive thru just to tell you at the window they they have what that customer order. I never order from that store. They need to just shut it down or get better workers. read more

Pulled in to driveup behind 3 cars. Waited 25 minutes just to get to the speaker to order. It's 10:15 and the breakfast menu is up so I kindly asked when lunch started. The young lady stated, "its breakfast and there will be a long wait on lunch." I asked if I could still order and she said "NO" and did not further respond to the speaker. Mind you I'm having a medical crisis as my glucose was extremely low and I needed something to eat quickly. I left the drive thru and proceeded to the gas station to get a snack until I was able to eat. Moments later I called the store and asked for the manager, the very young immature female who answered the phone stated she was the manager but refused to identify herself. I told her what happened when I visited the store moments earlier. I got no response and she hung up on me. Whomever the owner is should train their staff in courtesy and professionalism as Im sure the ignorance is affecting their overall pockets. I'll never patronize this store again. read more

The people are so slow and they only serve one person at a time and their workers have the worst additive. They make you back your car car up so they dont get in trouble. read more

Its unbelievable how this location is still open for business because it's ALWAYS slow service. I've had to pull out of the drive thru multiple times due to an extremely long wait time to make an order even while being the only car in the line. I don't see how they are even still making sales. i wish they would just close this one down already. read more

really nice staff. fast friendly service. clean establishment. my coffee was good and fresh and my french toast sticks were hot. only reason for 4 stars is there was no frappe or iced coffee. which is what I stopped for. read more

IF I could give less stars I would, very trash customer service, they were out of EVERYTHING, then I'm told a list of replacements and guess what? They were out of the replacements also. Requested for only my car pull behind a yellow pole. Nobody else's just mine, I found that to be an odd request, since I should have been pulling forward. So I sat on the side street to see why I had to do this not even sure. But not one of the six cars after me had to do this. read more

I work for an automotive group nearby and being in the East we do not have many "quick" breakfast options. If I could give 0 stars I would. Every single time we order breakfast, mostly small orders under 3 meals, they get it wrong. It's usually something so simple. We've ordered breakfast from them 3 times in the past two weeks and their soda machine tastes like it has 0 syrup. That's two weeks now that we've had crappy soda. Do they not change their syrup? Terrible BK. Terrible customer service. read more

I waited in line for 20 minutes before reaching the speaker to place my order. There was No electronic or digital menu board, just a limited poster menu staked into the ground. No one greeted me after waiting a couple of minutes so I said hello. No response. I waited a couple more minutes and said hello again. Still no response. By then I figured the electronic system must be down or something which would explain the long wait time. I couldn't move forward because of the cars waiting ahead of me so I didn't get to the cashier's window for at least another 10 min from the time I reached the speaker. When I got there I tried placing my order for 3 combos and was told they don't take orders at the window. I calmly explained the situation and was nonchalantly told I'd have to get back in the drive thru line to place my order. I told the lady I would not do that as I had already been in line for 30 min. She then went to get the manager and another lady took my order and told me to drive around to wait for them to make it. I had to walk back to the drive thru window myself (while another car was at the window) to get my food. By the time I got my food, I had been at Burger King for a full 50 minutes. And the food was not hot. This was by far the worst experience I've had at Burger King or any restaurant for that matter. read more

Worst BK in the New Orleans area. Wish I could give 0 stars. Even before the the pandemic.

Worst customer service ever!!! Wait times for ordering is 20+ minutes and getting your food is more time. The staff needs to be trained and the store needs to close until they get better staff and a better workflow. read more

This location is always messing up my order. And it's not like I'm asking for a lot. There has been so many times where they forgot to add cheese or even gave me the wrong drink. I don't recommend the location. read more

This place is HORRIBLE!!! The service is HORRIBLE, the Workers are HORRIBLE and the food is HORRIBLE!! Went there yesterday, and the line was ridiculous, and wasn't moving. I got in line at 8:05pm and didn't pull off with cold ass food until 8:57pm!! The workers don't care, and as a customer you hate to say anything because lord knows what they would do to your food!! I blame management.. Thus place as been awful, and the sad part is they don't care!! Won't be getting my business anymore... read more

Your average BK... The worker over the intercom in the drive thru was rude, and had a hard time understanding my order. At the window, she spoke to me in a hateful tone. I had to pull forward to wait on what little bit of food I actually got. The person who brung it out was nice, and the food was fresh and hot... but the order was wrong. read more

I came to Burger King today at 8:15-8:20am. I tried to order 2 whoopers burger. I did not know that they don't serve for breakfast. Instead of explained it to me. The people who worked in the window, she had very very bad attitude on me and my mom. It shouldn't happened, I don't know why she had to use that attitude. Even though might be my voice kinda hard to hear, I'm not an American but she talked to us like " Hey can y'all speak human language or get the fucked out here". She need to re-trained, how the manager could accept her when she doesn't know how to control the emotion and hide they fuckin bad attitude face. Never come back that restaurant anymore, I'm done. read more

Absolutely the worst service ever! The workers suck and they don't even make the burgers right!

I would never recommend anyone to get food from this establishment. I once ordered a mocha iced coffee from them and they gave me a mocha fray with a big goon of chocolate syrup on top. It was excruciatingly frustrating trying to explain that a mocha iced coffee is different from a mocha frap. The service is slow and it seems like no one goes there except for breakfast. read more

Always a disappointment and it seems like it's never gonna change! Slow service even when you're the only one in line they still ask you to pull up. It's suppose to be fast food not slow food and I'm tired of it. If I could give it 0 stars I absolutely would read more

If I could give a 0 out of star, i would. Service was extremely slow. My best friend got the wrong order twice, my bus driver had to wait the longest, i had to wait for almost and hour, and my other friend was waiting for just fries. All of the food we ordered, just sat without being bagged as they skipped over us and served other customers. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED WITH THESE GUYS. TEA WAS LIKE SYRUP!! NO KETCHUP! Had to use coffee stir sticks for straws, no napkins, and lack of communication. Cashier was also disrespectful by ignoring when you asked a question. Why does it take so long to filet food bag that is already bagged? read more

This is probably the worst Burger King in NOLA I would not recommend to eat here. For a place that is supposed to be a quick grab-n-go, they sure are slow!!! I also feel like I am always having to repeat myself over and over again on my order. They also need a lot of work on their customer service...I don't need to hear someone cursing while waiting for my food. read more

First of all, lady got my order wrong. Which didn't bother me as much until I found a roach in my drink after my kids drank it all. Totally disgusting. And when I went back to complain just 20 minutes after being there, she asked who served me, IT WAS YOU. Don't act like you don't remember me. Did not care about the roach in my cup. Terrible. Terrible. Be careful! I don't expect much out of fast food restaurants, but my kids could have easily slurped that roach right down the back of their throat. read more
