This Wendy's sits directly on Gallatin near the Thomas/McGavock intersections. It's is your standard Wendy's location that underwent an update over the past few years. However, even with the update, the store is a bit worn inside and out. I used to be a huge Wendy's fan, but the quality has gone down, then they went and got rid of the game 4-for-4. Now I go with the $5 bag and it's usually hit and miss on quality. I have been to this location a few times and never had any major issues. Service time does seem a bit longer than expected at a fast food spot, especially via drive thru. My latest visit I went inside and felt the service was a bit faster. Service is never awful, but also never great. Overall, solid 2.5 stars for this Wendy's. read more

This location is just terrible. They've messed up our order every single time, and it's not just by accident. From our latest delivery, they gave us the wrong sauces, unsweet tea instead of sweet, jr burger instead of the full size burger, 4 count nuggets instead of 10, and even the sprite had no taste as if there was no flavor added to the machine. Like don't even bother with this place, at least for food delivery. And seriously it's not just one time. We've ordered from this place 9 times over the past year, and they have not. gotten. one. order. right.... thankfully uber eats refunds us all for everything that gets messed up but still.... it's horrible over there. read more

7/16/2025 Restaurant #3773 3021 Gallatin Rd, Nashville, TN 37216 I placed an order through the Wendy's app, but when I arrived, they had already marked it as completed--and given it to someone else. From start to finish, the service was abysmally slow. I arrived at 9:42 p.m. and left without food at 10:07 p.m. They refused to remake or refund the order, and by that point I was too tired and hungry to keep pushing the issue. I drove across the street to Cook-Out, placed a similar order, and was out in 7 minutes with hot, fresh food. Word of advice: Skip this Wendy's. Go to Cook-Out at 2910 Gallatin Pike instead--they offer excellent and speedy service. read more

Terrible location. As void at all cost. All Kids items and deals are off the menu and staff will Mess up your order. I saw 2 people park in the lot and walk up to the window to get corrections on their order. Staff was great at having conversations with each other and being on their phone but was unable to complete anyone orders properly. Most of the food was cold. No sauces and an embarrassing amount of fries. Would not be shocked if location is closed within the year. Honestly wish I could give no stars read more

Welly, what can I say. Got a strawberry chicken salad. Guess they thought I wouldn't notice they decreased the size of their container and the salad. So, for $8.99 I am now getting a salad about half the size. Also, the chicken on the salad was substandard, grilled but fatty and membraney. So, cross off another restaurant. Cause it happens once but never again. I would not want to be in the food business now because we are all cutting corners and you will be the first to go as we start going into a recession. I don't normally give 1 star ratings, but this place worked hard today to deserve such a low score, so I'm going to give it to them. First, I waited a total of 23 minutes in the drive-thru (so much for a 30 minute lunch break). All I ordered was an Apple Pecan Salad. After finally arriving at the window, I asked what type of dressing came with the salad. The cashier mumbled something as she closed the window. She laid her face against the window for about 3 minutes while she watched 2 groups outside wander around the parking lot while others worked on a broke down vehicle. She eventually opened the window and asked what dressing I wanted with my salad. I had to ask again what dressings were offered. When she handed me the bag that contained the salad, the container was turned sideways. I ordered my salad without bleu cheese, but of course, it had blue cheese on it when I got back to work. Overall a very poor experience at this location. I usually visit this place 1 or so a week. I doubt I will return. read more

I usually grab something at McDonald's or Sonic, using my app. I love hearing when restaurants have a good score, hence I went a little out of the way to go to this Wendy's for breakfast. I ordered a Maple Bacon Chicken Croissant, which was fresh and hot; however, the seasoned potatoes were bearly warm. $1.39 wasted on the potatoes. read more

I've tried to wait in line at this location's drive-thru 3 different times, hoping for a better experience. After waiting about 15 minutes with no movement, I have driven away each time... and watched other cars do the same. They are losing lots of business. I highly recommend that the owners hire more staff or have better training if they want to keep this location alive. read more

Totally rude woman taking the drive thru orders. We had a party of four. While my husband was trying to order she kept interrupting. Example...I would like a number 1 with...IS THAT ALL...no I would also like 2 large chili's and a...IS THAT ALL...no ma'am I am not finished ordering. I know it's fast food and East Nashville is "know " for its stellar service in this industry. But it's never a good idea to have 4 employees more interested in talking about " former thick supervisors names" than it is to help the person in line that really wanted a Spivey Chicken sandwich and a large fry. Never been there when the same 2 people are working. The workers always have their own conversations going rather than pay attention and get your order right. Ok so it's fast food in the heart of East Nasty, don't expect TOO much, right, but today they were completely out of ALL diet drinks (a plus of the place is is that they have one of the new Coke machines with a bazillion different combinations). Like how does that even happen? I'll wager there were boxes of them in the back but the workers all worried about some hilarious thing "Remo" said rather than replacing the drink syrup. When it all clicks this palce can be a 3 but today lucky to get a 1. It's not that complicated. Always good food, my only pet-peeve is that they put too much mustard on some of the chicken sandwiches I order. This has been my go to spot for years, ever since I was in middle school. I grew up in the area, but this is a great Wendy's. read more
