Didn't even realize this was the Wendy's I had a terrible experience at when I went today so I guess this is an updated review. So, when I went in I was greeted immediately by the cashier and she took my order and blah blah. She was extremely nice and kind so definitely a step up from last time. Service I can say gets 5 stars because the staff was great this time. Price.....I ordered the $6 biggie bag which is SAID ON THE MENU was $6 and guess what? It rang up as $6.50 plus tax. So once again, this location is stealing from their customers and I'm 100% sure no one is saying anything about it. I didn't even notice til after I paid but I did feel the total was a bit much. No idea why I didn't say anything but I think it's cause the workers were actually nice this time. The food was just ok. I liked the burger and that's about it. The fries were just eh and the nuggets were nothing memorable. Don't even know why I keep going to Wendy's. I did get a chocolate frosty as well and that was also just ok. Workers get five stars. Very close to the hotel we were staying at, ended up being our late dinner spot after a long flight and finding out that the RDU Delta SkyClub lounge closes early on a Saturday night (will stop in our way home). Got the $8 JBC Meal Deal (2 junior bacon cheeseburgers, medium fries, medium drink) plus a large chocolate Frosty ($3.29). The drive-thru was slow...would have ordered via the app if I was better prepared. Most everything just tasted old. The bacon cheeseburgers were OK, and prepared as we requested (one of them plain). The fries were not good...soggy and dry (not sure how that is possible)...we didn't finish it. Same with the drink: the tangerine twist lemonade choice must have added a couple of bucks and wasn't good...way too sweet and had a strange taste. The chocolate frosty was good, a nice treat. The total ended up as $14.39...realized that there was no receipt in the bag, not not sure how it was charged to get to the price. read more

Horrible. We had to pull ahead and wait which normally is fine and doesn't matter but after doing so, we were the only people there and the order was completely wrong and we were missing items. They also claimed we were waiting for them to finish cooking fries but when the fries came out they were also somehow cold. Very disappointed! read more

Staying at a hotel nearby, I decided to walk over to Wendy's to get some food. Unfortunately, their dining room was closed at 10pm when it explicitly states 1am. No problem, I go get my car and get in line in the drive thru behind 3 other cars. I kid u not, at this moment I'm typing this, I have been waiting in line in this drive thru for 20 minutes and all that's happened is one car has moved up, they haven't even allowed the car two cars ahead of me to place an order yet. So we went to Wendy's for breakfast and the only thing that was decent was the coffee. I had an English muffin that tasted like and had the look and feel of bread. The food was cold.The meal came with breakfast fries. They tasted like they were cooked 2 hours ago. Also you need to watch the bill. My order came out to $16.00. I took a look at the reciept and it automatically charged me for all large portions. The cashier didn't even ask me what size I wanted. She then said that the "large" is computer generated. We have visited this location on several occasions. The service was quick, friendly, and the food great! However, last night was a pure disaster! Cold fries and funny tasting drinks. At least the burgers were hot. We paid toooo much money for any of it not to be good. We didn't receive a receipt Their scanner for rewards doesn't work The lady with short hair at the window last night seemed to have an attitude when asking her questions. She just kept blowing and making a sigh noise. We had to repeat several times we wanted to use a coupon and all she wanted to keep saying was the total - ugh! Went at 8 in the morning. Dining area allegedly opens at 6, but the doors were all locked. I saw a few kids running laps around the dining area so I can only assume someone brought their kids to work and wanted to keep customers away. Ordered only 4 items and they were all terrible. They didn't have the ingredients for the iced coffee so we got a soda, the bacon egg and cheese croissant was so bad I couldn't even bite through the bacon. And even those took almost 15 minutes to come out. Parking lot looks trashed out, no care put into it at all. Skip this location. Go one more exit and find one that cares about food and service. read more

The Customer service is trash. You'd get better service from a robot. They really don't care to greet you or speak period. It'd be nice to hire people who at least pretend to enjoy their job. This place is typically always busy during the day & you'll expect to wait at least 20 minutes before getting your food. Food was fine, especially the fresh fries! Service lousy. We got our food and the staff disappeared, literally! The drink machine was empty and we could not get anyone to respond so that we could get our drink cups filled from drive thru. Stopped for dinner when driving through. Ordered four meals and everything was hot and fresh. The staff were nice and friendly too.

My favorite time to visit this particular Wendy's is during 11:00-11:30 a.m. It's a great time frame to beat the rush. With so many business around, this particular Wendy's is super busy from 12:00-1:00 p.m. The parking lot is really small so it may be hard to find a parking spot. The quality of the food here is always A+. The food is fresh and warm. The customer service is also as good as the food. Two thumbs up! read more

Driving from DC to Myrtle Beach, we had to pick up the parents at their airport. We decided to come here as we waited for the luggage to arrive with the next flight and to enjoy a little snack. It was the closest thing I could find to the airport. Staff was friendly. On the return, we dropped them off at the airport and picked up some food for the trip back up. Staff was again friendly. I'm not sure what they do here. They don't respond at the drive thru speaker and when you pull around, they're all huddled inside just standing there. Avoid at all cost unless you want a 30 minute wait just to order. The owner and management needs to do better. read more

Doesn't even deserve one star... all the lights were on, cars in parking lot.. so my husband and I approached the drive thru. Sat there for 5 minutes before my husband finally said "hello?" PLEASE HIRE MORE HELP!! There was a very nice guy manning the late night (9/29/2018) drive thru and it was just him and 1 cook I think. Cars were lined up 5-10 deep and he had to do it all. Such a bad wendy's, one of the worst one's i've been too in my life. The staff are just terrible, having me repeat my order about 7 times. When I finnaly got to the window, it took them about 10 minutes to finnaly interact with me. When I finnaly got my food, the fries were over salted like crazy, and I got tomatos on my sandwich when I specifically told them not too multiple times. I went to this Wendy's location on 6/28 and had lunch. I severely burned the roof of my mouth after taking a bite of a baked potato. It is still not healed today, 7/4. I have reached out to Wendy's twice and no one has responded. I wasn't looking for any type of compensation or anything like that. I just wanted to talk to someone's to ensure that the same thing did not happen to anyone else. Very disappointed in this Wendy's location and Wendy's restaurants in general.
