Traveling and we were going to pull into the Hardees next door, but after seeing the place decided on DQ. I have Alpha Gal and ordering food is always a pain for the restaurant staff (sorry). And sorry for the folks who were behind us and had to wait while they figured out what type of oil they use - yes I always ask them to verify vs just taking their word. Addison was taking our order and figured out I was talking about Alpa Gal and got another employee who also has Alpha Gal to help out. I'm guessing the manager opened up another line to get folks through who were waiting because of my oil verification request. Ordered and sat down. Addison brought out the food to our table and was super friendly. When we were leaving ... again Addison was cleaning the dining room. We said thanks and sneakly checked her name so I could give her a shout out. Tables were clean, bathroom was clean, and the overall place looked nice. The two staff that helped were super nice. The chicken strips were okay (I'm a Chick fil a fan) and the fries were warmish/hot. We would definitely stop in again on our way through town. read more

Got there late at night after a long day and was craving Wendy's. I start ordering what I would like and the person kept cutting me off almost instantly very abruptly saying "AND THEN" before I could even get a full word out. I ordered three cheesy cheddar burgers (which i'm aware isn't on the menu anymore, but usually when people don't know what it is i explain it to them) the person on the other end seemed to understand what that was. I then got a medium fry and a medium diet Coke. I get to the next window after paying and realized that the person who cashed me out didn't hand me a receipt. I then asked the guy at the next window for one and he said "just one moment" I pulled up and waited 10 minutes for my food. I figured the guy put the receipt in the bag. I realized that they gave me a large Coke instead of a medium, and there was zero ice in the cup as-well. I go to take a bite of my burger when i got home and noticed that there were onions, pickles, mustard, and ketchup. Not at all what i asked for, and that was on all three burgers. My fries were also cold and disgusting. I'd also like to add that after i got handed my food the guy took his vape out of his pocket and started hitting it right in front of the Wendy's restaurant. read more

They didn't want to give me coffee, waited 10 minutes for a chicken sandwich, got my chicken sandwich and it wasnt plain like I asked for. Place is completely miserable and lady that took order at 9:25pm on 12/18 should be fired. If I could give a zero star I most definitely would. Wouldn't recommend to someone even if they were about to starve to death. read more

My daughter accidentally forgot her wallet here while on a trip. We contacted them that night, (from out of state) and they offered to mail it back to us the next day!! We couldn't be more thankful for the extremely thoughtful staff!!! read more

zero stars for their night shift. waited 30 minutes on my lunch break and didn't even get my food. 5 other cars got theirs. when I talked with the manager, he could just say sorry and tried to blame it on the winder taker. not her fault at all. so if your short on time, do not go their. i had to ask for my money back. Great staff, great food! Above and beyond, they made us breakfast even when we arrived a bit past the time they stoped serving.

I'm not proud to say this, but I've probably been to this location 20 times since it opened a little over a year ago. They almost always DISAPPOINT. I keep giving them chance after chance thinking they'll get their act together, but I think tonight was the last straw. There is always a ridiculous line, both in drive thru and inside during meal time hours. Half of the time you place a mobile order and select "Drive thru" for your pickup method, you'll patiently wait through the 20, sometimes 30 minute line, just for them to tell you they're gonna need you to come inside and get your order once you've gotten to the order speaker. You'll go inside and wait AT LEAST another 15 minutes before getting your food. In tonight's episode, I placed an order for the drive thru, got to the store and saw the line was around the building, took a deep breath and said I'd wait it out. After 35 minutes in the drive-thru they told me at the order speaker that they didn't see my order in the system. I go inside to figure it out and the manager informs me they just don't know where my order would be, even tho I had the digital receipt in hand and had the $ charge showing on my mobile bank app, which I showed for proof. After bickering back and forth with her for a few more minutes, all the while demanding my food, one of the smarter employees pointed out a bag on the counter that she thought might be my order. The manager seemed confused but ultimately picked it up and noticed the receipt stuffed in the bag had my food on it along with my initials. It had been cooked and bagged for the last 15 minutes just sitting on the counter. NEVER COMING BACK. read more
