My husband had the portobello mushroom raviolis, and I had the bourbon glazed pork ribeye w sweet potato fries. Everything came out hot and tasted delicious. So glad the restaurant is not afraid to season their dishes but those sweet potato fries with that cinnamon sugar butter was amazing. On our visit with friends on Friday three of us selected the buffet that featured burgers grilled on a Green Egg, which we all agreed were some of the best we had ever had! I am normally pretty conservative at a buffet, but the burger was so good I ended up eating 2! We all loved our service, the facility, the fair value and everything we ate that day! We all rated this experience a solid 5! So the wife and I returned to Berlin on Monday to exchange a couple clothing items that did not fit right, and decided to return to the Downtown Diner to give it another try. I had the Barbecue Brisket Burger & Onion Rings, and the wife a Taco Salad with their homemade dressing (she loved the dressing). Our meals were fantastic! We met the new owners of the restaurant, who are young very nice hard working people who have a desire to operate a facility that produces excellent food at a reasonable cost to the customer.
