Update: One of my salads was a Parmesan Caesar and I ordered a cob. Not sure how that was misinterpreted. I ordered 3 different ones at least two were correct. No cream, no cold foam, okay figured that out and placed my order. Error was made in payment, okay, someone's money from previous order was applied in error, no I don't have cash, you need a manager to fix issue, okay, I get it. It happens to the best and is a learning curve. No problem. It took too long for the manager. I had to ask for my drink that I could see but wasn't being given to me even though said would. I was waiting patiently knowing she was stressed but asked because I was already knowing hypoglycemia was starting to be an issue. People were behind me they were having to wait too. I was not given my receipt either! I wasn't even offered my drink or anything for all the trouble and wait. Glad I wasn't in a hurry. We all make mistakes and I don't blame this on the error but rather how it was handled. We should learn from our mistakes. Suggestions: add what you are out of at ordering sign, figure out a way to speed up process of correction. I would have been happy to of paid with cash to fix issue but I didn't have enough with me. Frosties were as delicious as ever, however, I had also ordered a few sandwiches and was told to pull up because they were making the chicken fresh. Okay, no problem. We pulled up into the parking lot and about 25 minutes go by, still no food. We then pull back into the drive thru and tell the girl in the window that I'm still waiting on my order. Stopped here out of convenience, not by choice due to the late hour. The place is old and worn and greasy looking. The staff was bunched up in the back counting down to closing time. We ordered a few spicy chicken sandwiches and fries, half the order was filled then we were told in a "I really don't want to prepare you anything fresh attitude" that the rest of the order could take awhile and ask if we still wanted it. As soon as our order was filled they immediately locked the doors and disappeared in the back. I always felt you were suppose to provide the same type of service in-between the hours posted - not the case here, fortunately I won't be convinced to frequently this location. Consistency messing up delivery orders at least one item missing each time not always a big deal but when half your order is missing it's a bit irritating. Then going to go pick up the items that were missing and witnessing the ENTIRE staff outside smoking or using some kind of substance. I walked into Wendy's of McMinnville, TN, today (12/9/18) to get my food to-go. The cashier was nice and efficient. I ordered a Dave's Double, no mayo, add mustard and w/ medium fries but no drink...$7.99 including tax. I got my food by the time I put my debit card back into my wallet. Wow! My burger was wonderful AND correct - I was impressed. My fries were just okay. I've had very good fries from this Wendy's times before, but today all my fries were not the freshest, however, I ate every one. I was pleased with my visit, and I will be back. It's worth noting that this store has an all-in-one Coca-cola machine. I really like the variety. read more

Stopped in for lunch today and got the Asiago chicken sandwich with fries. The service was quick and the restaurant looked pretty clean. The employees were nice and the tea was really sweet, just how i like it. I would've given five stars but they got my coworkers order wrong and got my sandwich mixed up with someone else's so they had to make me a new one. read more

Stopped by the drive thru to get a standard hamburger meal. Most Wendy's do a decent job on hamburgers. Not this place! I took 2 bites, then thew it out of the window! The bun was so stale it was very hard, pretty much inedible. The burger wasn't much better. So, won't be back, especially after I called and told the manager that Saturday night. She basically told me that all the buns are fresh and that was that and when I said my bun was very hard , she said we were just arguing and hung up!. So bad food and bad service. Save your money, your better off with a bologna sandwich from home. I can't believe they have this bad of customer service, but not really surprised.
