When I got home and inspected the drinks, I noticed something that immediately concerned me. One of the drinks appeared to have unusual white residue/particles and buildup around the cup, including around the bottom and exterior. I took pictures because I was genuinely concerned that the drink may have been tampered with or contaminated. I did not feel comfortable drinking it, and honestly, I shouldn't have to question whether something I purchased from a restaurant is safe to consume. This isn't just about receiving a bad drink or an incorrect order. If a customer's drink is being handled improperly or potentially tampered with, that's a serious safety issue. I expect Taco Bell management to take this complaint seriously, investigate what happened at this location, and review how the drinks were prepared and handled. He stood there for ten minutes and all of the McDonald's employees ignored him and didn't respond to him. We decide to just go through the drive through and ask about our order. We pull up and we're told that they hadn't made our order yet and they will get on it. The food came out and the fries were cold, and the Big Mac had Mac sauce everywhere and it was soggy.
