Can we have a ZERO rating.? Eek! I usually run through the drive thru this visit was unique. Ewww. I wanted to run out of there, just old and ick. Jr bacon had bacon from 2 weeks ago probably so hard I thought something was in my food! There was one cashier and a cook harassing her talking shit the entire time! I wanted to lean over the counter so I could see him and tell him to zip it flipper! Ugh. The dry cook was on their phone lmao. Leaving, the very few straws available all WET. Ew. Trash overflowing. As I'm leaving, the manager came back inside crossed my path and said excuse me I said no problem you need to be in there! Sorry not sorry. Honest opinion, Dave would be disappointed not fresh and the manager is making a wage she needs to take some pride in the store. Real talk. We ordered a $4 biggie bites meal with a chicken sandwich and nuggets, but they gave us fries instead of the nuggets. After going inside to correct the mistake, the shift manager accused me of lying and claimed that she gave us a biggie bag (which comes with a sandwich, nuggets, fries, and a drink, which we didn't order) and said we actually got extra. The other workers seemed like that was her usual behavior and gave me the nuggets before telling me to have a nice day, while she continued to yell at the wall about how she knew she gave us all the food. read more

Due to limited options in this town, we figured a franchise was a safe choice: boy was we wrong. I decided to try the new loaded nacho chicken sandwich. The idea behind this sandwich has potential, but not at this location. The sandwich prep was absolutely messy and the chicken tasted like it was cooked yesterday. The fries were cold and soggy and I believe it's safe to say the fryers/oil have not been cleaned in a while. Clearly a lack of management here. read more

If I could do zero I would. Ordered fresh cobb salad. That was a joke had to throw away. Manager refused to give money back. They did offer to replace but I was at work. It had blond hair all through it. Everything wilted and tasted funny. Eggs were spoiled. So disappointed that I will never eat at that Wendy's ever again. read more

can I put less then a star? the worker at the window didn't say a word just stared at me. they claimed their ice cream machine wasn't working yet my coworker got something there 3 hours prior. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwhich and a strawberry lemonade. the lemonade was warm, not room temperature actually warm, my fries were cold and they couldn't be bothered to put a tomato on the sandwhich. honestly whoever owns this Wendy's needs to fire everybody in there and hire some chimps. read more

Been to this location several times and unimpressed. I ordered a salad today and they claimed It was "pre-made" and couldn't customize it. I've been to several other locations where customizing the salad wasn't an issue. The service was quick for lunch, but will only stop in a pinch. Would not recommend this being your first pick. read more

Really not a good Wendy's at all. We've gone a couple times because I'm pregnant and I always want the nuggets and loaded bake potato but my god. The lady taking our order was rude and sounded like she'd rather sit on hot rusty nails than to have to talk to us to take our order. They messed up the old Vietnam veterans food in front of us. Rang our sandwich up as the wrong sandwich. I had 2 crumbles of bacon on my potato. The fries and nuggets were cold and they served the coke that was obviously out of syrup and was mostly carb water. I definitely understands the 1.9 overall rating of this Wendy's it's atrocious. And if they spoke to the veteran the way they spoke to us it's an absolute disgrace. If I could give y'all 0 I would. My mother came through and got a 10 piece a 6 piece nugget one sandwhich, 2 large fries and 2 drinks for $20. Missing the 6 piece for my son, fries are ice cold and barely full fries. Ridiculous I would say. Don't waste your time going there. read more

I have never left a review for a restaurant, but every time I came to this Wendy's my order always comes out wrong and Ill have to get it fixed. 3 strikes you are out. Tried 3 times to eat each time it was awful. First time the drive thru person was rude. I thought ok if I worked in fast food I may not be happy too. Second time my food was old the burger was black and not Brown like other Wendy's. Finally, they totally messed up my order. So would not recommend this Wendy's. They do not hold up to the standard the other Wendy's I have been too. If you are in Marysville as much as I hate to say, go to McDonald's. You'll get a better experience. read more

In fact, Wendy's food is Wendy's food. Not bad, not great. What makes this store stand out (and earn a single star) is the overt lack of intellect or integrity on the part of the staff. The ladies room was a disaster. That happens. Someone decided to vomit on the floor instead of hitting the toilet. That happens. So the "mop guy" goes in and swishes the vomit around leaving most of it still on the floor. And, then PUTS A TRAFFIC CONE IN THE MIDDLE OF IT !!! My wife called me in to witness this disaster of human uncaring. I mentioned it to the manager who followed the "mop guy" back into the restroom. I assume the clean up was a little more thorough this time, but when the manager walked past our table, he said nothing at all. Were I he, I would have been all over myself with apologies. Why were we at the table? The food was ordered and ready before we saw that disaster. We simply can never go back. read more
