Today (3/29/25), we visited Wendy's around 2:33 PM and placed a large $70 order through the drive thru. The attendant was polite, but when we got home, we discovered that a burger and fries, worth $10, were missing from our order. Instead of going back to the store, my wife called and asked for a refund to her card. This is where things took a turn for the worse. The employee on the phone offered a replacement burger but said that a refund was not possible because they "don't have the wireless connection to do that." As an IT Director with years of experience in restaurants, I was stunned by the lack of professionalism, customer service, and technical understanding of their systems. After questioning their claim, my wife was met with a snarky response when she asked if they had internet access: "Of course we do." My wife pointed out that refusing to refund money for an item we did not receive is essentially theft. I also couldn't help but notice that only offering cash refunds when a card was used creates serious concerns. In my experience, that kind of inconsistency is a major red flag and could easily open the door to misuse or even laundering money from stolen cards. That concern, combined with the dismissive attitude on the phone, prompted me to go in and request a refund in person. When I arrived at the restaurant, I informed the cashier that I wanted a refund, and he went to speak with the manager. About five minutes later, the cashier handed me cash without any refund receipt or interaction with the manager. The manager did not bother to speak to me or acknowledge the situation, showing a complete lack of effort to make things right. As I was leaving, I noticed the manager at the front counter and asked for her name. Instead of answering, she said, "How can I better serve you?" I replied that they had already been given the opportunity to serve us correctly the first time when we called and that I did not need her name since I had the receipt and time stamp. She tried to defend the situation by saying, "We offered you a replacement!" to which I responded, "At our inconvenience, it was your mistake!" and walked out. It is absolutely frustrating that we had to go through this much trouble to resolve a simple mistake on their part. The lack of accountability and customer service from the manager was shocking. I would expect much better from Wendy's as a company, but this experience has certainly made us question whether we will be returning to this location or any Wendy's, for that matter. This complaint will also be forwarded to the Better Business Bureau for further documentation and follow up. read more

This store ignores a Wendy's policy that I know has been standard since 1979. Each Wendy's has an insolated drawer to store uncooked fries. This GM demands bags of uncooked fries to be left at the back of the fryer. This thaws the fries and allows absorbtion of the fryer grease! Love the Dave's hot n juicy burger it's amazing! My husband always gets the Jr.Bacon Cheeseburger and he loves it and he also gets chili cheese fries and a extra cup of chili, it's a very family friendly oriented place! Another typical fast food restaurant. There's nothing special about this location in particular. Although the food from this location does seem a little "fresher" than the food from the surrounding fast food restaurants. It doesn't seem like they pre-prepare items and leave it sitting there until a purchase is made. The frosty and fries are always a good choice. I'm also a fan of the pretzel burger. I purchased a baconator on this last visit and wasn't pleased with the presentation of the sandwich. It made it look so unappetizing. The taste was okay. The food temperature was correct. The service I get at this location is always fast. I don't recall experiencing any major problems with this location. If you're considering a fast food option then keep Wendy's in mind. read more

With this being a regular spot for a late supper (usually around 10pm or later) I decided to go with the obvious choice for fast food when you have already had Cook Out. The woman who took my order barley spoke a word to us, then when we got to the window she said the total then nothing else. I ordered chicken nuggets and my fiancé ordered a single stack. Our fries weren't cook all the way and tasted horrible. My nuggets were burnt and cold and i wasn't given the sauce i requested more than once. I would think twice before stopping here, at least for late night. CookOut is a few blocks down the road. read more

The food here is usually like what you find at most Wendy's -- that is IF you can get it. They are often "sold out" of potatoes (like at 15 minutes after lunch begins). They take forever to serve, especially in the dining room -- you have to wait an average of 20 minutes to get served. They like to keep their times down at the drive thru so they will ring you up, take your $ then tell you to pull up and wait while they fix your food. A lot of times you have to go inside to ask where the heck your food is because they forgot to bring it to you. Good luck getting the order right if you order anything different from the norm (ie try to leave mayo or onions off a sandwich, etc.). I eat at Wendy's a lot and this one has some of the worst service ever, especially at supper time or later in the evening. You can go to the store, buy food to prepare, drive to where you live and cook faster than you can get served at this Wendy's. read more
