Don't know what everyone's problem is with this location. They're open late, which is a plus, they have great food, and always have worked with me both as a customer and as a Doordash driver to ensure accuracy and quality of food. I've been here many times and have never had a problem with the food. In-fact I've been coming here for over a decade and I've always had good service, and excellent burgers. No doubt the Karen's and Darren's are out for this place because they didn't get their fix yelling at the foreigners who work here. read more

This is a solid Wendy's that I usually only frequent late at night and despite going there after 9pm most nights the w food is always hot and fresh and never takes too long to prepare. Service is quick and friendly. Last time I went they did have some errors- gave me ice when I asked for it without, and forgot my sauce when they were the ones that asked for my sauce preference - but all little things. Overall considering the time I usually go I'd say this is a fair Wendy's ! read more

The manager running the window named George was absolutely terrible. We ordered a baconator, everytime he asked if we said baconator fries, we said no the burger. He told us to pull around, gave us baconator fries. After waiting in the line, AGAIN, he says we confirmed this, when we absolutely didn't, said "55 times I ask this, you say yes, so pay the difference" which would have been fine but we never received a receipt. i got 50 cents change instead of 10 cents, i was given 2 dimes, a quarter, and 2 nickels. this is clearly a gift from the heavens above and this wendys is the chosen wendys. i also love the grass decor on the interior. it makes me feel as if i'm on a picnic in the middle of an open field in switzerland. this is the exact food choice i would want in that scenario. as you can see in the photo we demolished everything. read more

Beware! After handing my credit card over to the very unfriendly woman at the drive thru my card was fraudulently used to try to purchase an online gift card for $250. She never made eye contact. The food was disgusting also. Considering how infrequently this credit card is used it is too much of a coincidence that this happened after being there. read more

I enjoy Wendy's food, but this particular store has struck out for the second time. First time, I was served a melted frosty. They admitted that the Frosty machine was still cooling down, and I told them I was willing to wait. Instead of having me wait longer, I was served a disappointing Frosty that was simply really cold chocolate milk. The second time I ordered the Apple Pecan Chicken salad. I asked for the chicken on the side; my husband eats the chicken and I eat the salad. They charged us an extra $3 for a side of chicken, when we weren't given any extra chicken, just what comes with the salad. I was also given almonds instead of pecans?? I give this request whenever I order this salad from Wendy's and am never charged for extra chicken. This "side" of chicken cost half the price of the entire salad! Overcharges and puts different receipts in bags to create confusion after not giving all items

AVOID THIS MESS AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not sure what foul wind has blown through this store, but this place is a TROPHY CLASS FIASCO. A formally decent place, you now need to tie up their drive-thru window, while you pull apart every single item, to be sure you received what you paid for. And of course, what you get isn't twice what you ordered, it's 1/2! Order a double, get a single. Order two, get one. I'm gonna try paying with fake money, and see how long it takes to lock me up for fraud, while handing out half of my order is an error. Oh, and of course they NEVER give you a receipt, so you can't fill out the corporate survey and let them know what a total mess this place is. read more

Horrible, slow service inside. Lunch time rush on a Saturday and a lone cashier. The world's slowest cashier. Everyone behind the counter was moving like their feet were sticking to the grease on the floor. Drive through is a little better but check your bag while you still have the attention of the cashier. For a fast food burger chain, I rank Wendy's in-between McDonald's and Burger King with McDonald's at the bottom. This Wendy's looks pretty much like all the other Wendy's I've been to. What I didn't like about this place was how darn cold it was inside. I don't easily get cold, but I was cold! One of the workers came around while we were eating to ensure everything was OK. The bathroom was actually pretty clean, but it was also like a sauna in there! So hot in the bathroom and freezing in the dining area. All in all, an OK place. read more

So I was with the Bois and we go in and we try to show Theresa that we have these receipts for free frosties on our phones and she starts yelling at us. They were buy one get one free but we didn't know that but she was yelling cause she thought we just had a picture and were trying to fraud her but it was actually legit. Then she's yelling at us to hurry up cause she's "closing her kitchen." The place closes at 2 am and it was at 9:30. She even forced us to take our food out even though there were people inside sitting. We got our stuff and when we were getting in the car she comes out and says "people have tried to pull that before" like she was thinking we were trying to fraud her. I have been eating there over 6 years. The good is very good for the price. They use sea salt on the fries and fresh beef on the burgers. Their Chile is a great alternative but their special salads are light and flavorful. I am leaving in a little while for the $5 special. read more

This is the closest Wendy's to our. It is never crowded and barely anyone goes through drive through but they take forever to take your order and give you your food. They also barely clean out the oil and you can taste it was fried with old oil. I think I will drive the extra 5 minutes to the Wendy's on Allentown Rd. read more

They recently remodeled this store to mimic the newer Wendy's. Of course nobody reads the signs so it's a mess trying to order. i've lived near this wendys for over 10 years... most times they are very good and thorough, but within the past 2 years it has gone to crap... Even before Covid was a thing but even more so now that it is. almost 9/10 something is wrong with my meal or order. i have goma a couple times recently with the thought in mind " it's covid maybe it's just really understaffed or something" but they always have multiple people behind the window. half the time there's always multiple people on the headset switching between people to take orders. i simply ask for the spicy alternative of the chicken and it's never spicy even tho they said that back to me and it was correct in the screen... i wasn't going to write a review because ik it's not a big deal but i don't know what is going on there, they need a new type of management or soemthung because the workers there don't know what they are doing read more

As far as a Wendy's goes.... They are fast and they get the order right almost always. The parking lot has always been tricky. If you're pulling in from Whites Road, and there's 2 cars in line, you have to loop around the building to get in line. Otherwise, you will block everything ....and hungry people like to lay on the horn. read more

No complaints about the food, it is how it's supposed to be. Huge problem with the employees at the drive through! For some odd reason, they no longer give the cost of the order, they just tell you to pull around, and they are generally not even polite. Four out of the last five times I was there, my order ended up being wrong. Had they given me the total when I ordered, I could have corrected the problem- they seem to want to double the order. When they have to correct it at the pick up window, it causes them all kinds of confusion. I always leave there feeling annoyed! read more

I have been through the drive thru several times since reopening and they take forever to get you through. Yesterday I went inside and it was even worse.
