It's Wendy's - so the good is almost always the same. It really comes down to how well the kitchen does, how good the service at the counter is and is the place clean. Yep, yep and yep. All good. Order a a Chilly , fries, a Davis three stack hamburger. The chilly was so water down it should have been a broth if there was meat in it I didn't see any the beans were not done. The buns were twice the size of the patty and the patty was like leather and no flavor what so ever the fries were soggy cold and tasted like the oil hasn't been change in a month the triple had so Much mayonnaise on it it soaked thru the buns and it fell apart I guess that was to cover up the patty that tasted like horse meat instead of beef I will find another burger place instead of wasting good money on something overpriced non satisfying read more

I usually enjoy Wendy's, but this experience was frustrating. We were told we would receive a refund for an incorrect order, but despite their promise, we never got it. I tried following up, and the staff gave conflicting answers instead of resolving the issue. It's disappointing when a company doesn't stand by its word--especially over something so simple. I hope management sees this and makes it right, because this definitely left a bad impression. read more

Not clean.... Who is in charge of inside maintenance. To many things going on at 1 time. Can't seat and eat in nasty environment. Also noted hair was in sink in bathroom like some just cut their hair in bathroom. read more

Disappointing!!!! Went to get lunch and dining room closed??? Small sign on door stating this and drive thru is open... does no good when driving a 26' truck. Seems they just lost another customer!! read more

Every time I come to this establishment I leave disappointed. It's a miracle if I get the correct order. I've always either received less than what i ordered or a different order completely. For example, I asked for 5 burgers, fries, and nuggets, I only got 4 burgers, 3 fries, and 4 nuggets. I also asked for a Yello Mello and I got a Sprite instead. This has happened more times than I can count. If I had a choice I wouldn't eat here but Im not the one driving. Additional, it seems that the staff can't properly pack a bag because all of the nuggets and fries are most likely found at the bottom of the bag. There was even a mix up with the wrappers. When I unwrapped one of the "burgers" that's e what I expected but of course, to no surprise, I end up with a chicken sandwich instead. To put the icing on the cake, some of the food wasn't even fully cooked! The bacon and patty on my Bacon cheeseburger was as cold as the tomatoes and lettuce. Nevermind the 10 minute shift change or 45 minute wait time on occasion, they're gonna give me salmonella! Wendy's ...you gotta do better read more

Brand New Wendy's. Flowers on every table, restaurant is very clean, and the decor is very nice/modern, and I received very friendly service. With that said, this Wendy's has an extremely small dining area, with a set up where you have people waiting in line and need to walk through them to get your drinks. Beautiful design, but entirely wrong set up, and way too small for the amount of people coming in. I was personally very disappointed in the food. This is a new place. The food should be hot. My burger, and fries were not. My food was barely warm. It was just okay, at best. The chili had a great flavor, but "where's the beef?" Mostly beans. My sons chicken nuggets and fries were the same way, barely warm. It was very busy the day I went, so there's no excuse for food not being fresh, and hot. I'm giving it 3 stars for the cleanliness, friendly service, and mod decor. I will probably give this Wendy's another try in the future because my son loves the chili, and chicken nuggets. Sometimes it takes a few months to iron out all the kinks. Hopefully I will have a better experience next time. read more

We wanted to get a frosty on our way home from the beach. When we pulled up to the drive thru there were 2 cars in line in front of us. We sat for 15 minutes and they had 1 car pulled up!!! This is a poorly run Wendy's and should invest time in there drive thru line!!! read more

Wow, I can't believe how they tell you to "welcome to wendy's can you please hold?" as soon as you arrive at the drive thru. For 3 times I had to wait almost 7 minutes before they took my order and everytime I get coffee, they never full the cup up. The other day I ordered a large coffee, the cashier only gave me half and I went back to tell her she only gave me 1/2 a cup. Her response was, "That was all that was left in the pot, do you want me to make you a new cup?" .... I'm like yeah (because I paid for a large, why give me half a cup and not let it be fresh? That is so lazy!!) So she gave me the right amount. They are so stingy. So I went this morning and they had me to wait again before getting my order. And had me to wait at the 1st window for a few minutes and then later told me to pull up, people behind me were getting annoyed. So when I got my order they gave me a medium and I said I asked for a large. The cashier was like "That was all I could fit in that cup. I'll make you a new cup for a large. Can you pull up?" WTF? She gave me a medium after i had paid for a large because that was all they could fit in the cup. OF COURSE it took about 9 minutes before they could bring out my coffee and the coffee was bitter and too black and not worth the wait. When I got home I realized they charged me for a combo and not for my order. They used to have good service, must be because that was the morning shift or they had new people but they're so lazy. While I was at the window, a cook came up to the window to ask me for cigarettes and asked if I could go to the gas station to get him some cigarettes. I am truly disappointed that they treat me this way. Patricia, one of the cashiers, no longer works there and she was so nice and always had good service. I'm not sure who the new morning staff is. I probably won't be ordering coffee from them anymore because of how they will give you what they have if they are all out without telling you, but still charge you for the price read more
