My receipt was printed blank (** It was obvious that no one has time to change the ink for the machine ), However they can still see on their end what Customers order.. I received an incorrect order.. But I did not feel like bothering workers any further because it is their responsibility to keep up not mines. I actually saw numerous frustrated guests at this location. This restaurant definitely requires alot of redirection and training on how to conduct business in a timely manner.

I went back and asked for a better one and it was replaced with a perfect chicken biscuit! Manager was upset because they had to throw away a good piece of chicken and I agreed, but it seems like the kitchen staff is to blame here and not me. I paid for a quality product and expect the same. I expect she was more upset at them than me for pointing it out. The replacement chicken biscuit was perfect! I also visited the bathroom which had urine on the floor in the corner by the urinal. Clean restrooms are very important and always tuff to maintain.
