No drinks , no sugar , and no chocolate ice cream .. I asked for a Dave's triple she said ' a Dave's double ' I got scared and said yes .. poor service but fast food service . 5/10 in my eyes . read more

My husband decided to buy breakfast for me and my coworkers this morning And spent 81.00 for a order to be picked up. The good was delicious but some of the chicken and bacon sandwiches were raw in the middle. Unacceptable. More attention and time needs to be put into good preparation. That was a lot of my money to spend on breakfast. The actual order was 60.00 but with additional fees it totaled 81.00 to pickup order. Not all the sandwiches were not cooked just a few but still that should not happen. read more

Wendy's - Uncooked sandwich - Burgers Near Me - Lake Charles, Louisiana

Service is horrible. Rude and absolutely zero concept of hospitality. The young lady in the drive thru window literally stuck my bag of food out the window with zero words. I'm sorry I inconvenienced this place with my business. read more

Stopped by on our way back home (we're from out of state). Ordered a baked potatoes with sour cream and chives, thank goodness we came inside to eat or I wouldn't have noticed the gave me a plain potato because they "ran out of sour cream" LOL y'all weren't going to let me know??????? Finding a clean table was a S T R U G G L E. Everything about this restaurant is dirty. Terrible terrible terrible, service, food, and how dirty the restaurant was. Do NOT recommend this location. read more

Wendy's - Been here for an hour and the whole restaurant is still as dirty (not my table) - Burgers Near Me - Lake Charles, Louisiana

Tis restaurant serves the 7 dollar bag deal with a double stack. That's small as can be. Burgers use to be bigger. I should just bought a combo. But the burgers are smaller too. A waste of money. Was not even good. Burgers completely dry.Zero from me. read more

Every time you pull in the drive through, there is a sign stating ' only fried food can be ordered, no meat's, or if you do pull in with no traffic; there is a 30-45 minute wait to get your order when it's wrong. The facility is extremely dirty, trash outside. Building looks run down. Workers look like they've been in the back smoking weed. Who owns this store ? The Crips or the Bloods ? read more

Dont walk away, run. If you get your order it will most likely be wrong. Ive placed a mobile order for breakfast twice only to find out no one showed up for work that morning. Thats fun when you cant cancel your order in the app. read more

The new Italian mozzarella chicken sandwic and the garlic fries are so good. 10/10 recommend.

Slow, underemployed, dirty building and parking lot, I doubt I would have wanted to see the inside.

Why isn't the dining room open? I've got a 15 month old who needs a break from traveling from Houston. No sign. No one came to the door after i knocked. This is pure laziness. Do better. read more

Wonderful concept for a fast food restaurant, sadly it's not executed well. The woman in the drive through window obviously doesn't like her job, every time we spoke she was looking over my head. I paid and when she gave me my food she didn't say thank you or give me a receipt or anything. She slammed the window! So I sat there and maybe 2 minutes later she poked her head out and asked me what I wanted pretty rudely. The food is always pretty good, except the fries with toppings, I can never get those without soggy fries. But otherwise it's pretty good. The restaurant is generally pretty clean, especially with the new remodel, the concrete is so much nicer now that it has been remodeled. Overall the only reason they don't get more stars is just because of how rude the window workers are. read more

Food is great. Workers are disrespectful though, singing songs using dirty filthy language out loud and laughing while we could hear in the lobby!! WHERE IS THE MANAGER?????????????? read more

Wendy's - Well, everything was great until the workers started singing Christmas songs replacing words, using dirty filthy language!!!!!!!!! - Burgers Near Me - Lake Charles, Louisiana

Absolutely the slowest and messiest Wendy's I've ever gone to. Staff has no sense of urgency. Management handles money and food with same gloves!!!! read more

This place is the slowest Wendy's I've ever been to. Period. I would not consider this a " fast " food restaurant by ANY means--

I love Wendy's. It one of the only fast food restaurants I'll eat from. But this location is really slow!!! The last two times I came here the drive through wait time was longer than 20 minutes. I thought the first time was a fluke so I gave them another chance. I won't be back read more

The wait took forever and my food was really cold. I called to the office and complained but no one ever called me back. I ordered 2 singles and a large fry and the meat was so cold like it came out of a refrigerator. The store doesn't answer the phone or it stays busy when not ringing forever. Worst Wendy ever! The fries were cold and soggy too. I ordered the food at 3:24pm so they were not that busy. I worked at Wendy's for 2 years 30 years ago and I would have been fired if I served cold food like they serve here. Never going here ever again in Lake Charles not even for free. read more

The restaurant is dirty the employees are rude the food is slow. I will pick another location if you want to decent meal

Always great, polite service at the Drive Thru! My salad is always tasty and freshly prepared. One of my fav locations.

Alright family....I usually love Wendy's but this place is just so BAD, they need to demolish this location. The first time I went to this Wendy's, I sat in the drive-through line for 15 minutes which I can live with. When I got up to the speaker, the lady working the window informed me that their computer system was down and that they need to have someone come out to fix it. The kicker? It was going to take 45 minutes to an hour. Needless to say I drove away without getting any food. I just went again today to give them a second chance. Again, atrocious. I sat in the drive-through line for over 20 minutes while there was only ONE CAR ahead of me the whole time. I got up to the speaker where I placed my order and saw everything recorded correctly on the screen. Again, more waiting. I get to the window to get my food. Again, you guessed it, more waiting because I was told "we're waiting on your fries". Waiting on fries at a fast food restaurant? Fries should be the STAPLE of your establishment. I finally get my food to make sure it's all there, and it is...well, sort of. I start with my Asiago Ranch Club sandwich, which I open up to find that it's a plain home style chicken sandwich with a tomato, barely any mayo, a sad piece of lettuce, and what tasted like a freezer burnt chicken patty. I mean this sandwich was so far from what I ordered, they need to put it on the menu and name it The Abomination. Next was my spicy chicken sandwich which tasted like seafood from the first bite to the last. No thank you. Lastly the jalapeño bacon fries I waited half my life for... Cold. Even if it's tempting to stop here for a quick & easy bite, DONT do it. You will absolutely regret it, and leave completely unsatisfied like I just did. read more

If you like waiting forever for your food, and, when you finally get it, are delighted to find that your food is cold, you will love this location of Wendy's Old Fashioned Hamburger. And, perhaps the icing on this lukewarm cake, it's all served up with a big helping of attitude! Oh, and the cashier can't make change...yeah, it's a class operation. Not. read more

If service is important to you, steer clear. This location will close unless management changes. Hey Wendy's HQ, you could use this location as a national "Model" to show/train your managers how not to operate read more

Got all the way home and realized that one of my burgers had no cheese and 1 meat on a double. Sad...
