The service here was not very good. There was no thank you or any other polite commentary from the employees. I was simply another person they had to deal with. It is rare that I write reviews for fast food chains, but it is also rare that I give places a One State review... We were almost home on a Sunday after a long weekend out of town and still needed to get some dinner quickly so we took this exit off the highway. It was about 8PM and I honestly had planned to go by Darrio. I saw the crazy line there, and thought to myself "Dairo is very efficient with their line, but that still looks like it will be a long time, and I am ready to be home".....We will return to this thought. So I looked next door and there was not much of a line at all at Wendy's so we just ran over there to hop in line. And we sat, and waited, and sat, and waited. We sat in line for 47 minutes until we got our food. You may be wondering who in their right mind would wait that long and not just get out of line and go somewhere else. Well, at this Wendy's there is a curb on both sides for the entire line around the building, so once you are in line you are stuck in line, no options to go anywhere. So back to the "long" line at Dairo, before we even got to the menu to place our order, there was ZERO line at the Dario. So moral of the story, just go to the Dario, do not waste your time at the Wendy's. I certainly will not be back. read more

Worst Wendy's experience EVER. Not only was the person taking my order extremely rude - the wait time was over 10 minutes although I was the only person in line. To top it off, my nuggets were missing from my order and I was given the wrong burger. I ordered a Dave's double and was given a baconator. I don't eat bacon as I am a practicing Muslim - so I had to throw it away!! Utterly offensive. No straws or napkins either. I'll take my money to Dairi Os right across the street next time. Second time trying this Wendy's and sadly the results were just as disappointing as the first time. Saturday night, 10:15 pm and the drive through was five cars and a 20 min wait. When ordering I was very plain and simple with the request; "single burger, no cheese, no onions, large fry with ketchup." Asked me to repeat and I did. Paid and was handed my bag. Drove the two minutes to my hotel, checked inside the bag, no ketchup. Got to my room and opened up my sandwich, covered in ONIONS! And just to complete the hat trick....no salt on the fries. Lost a star for leaving ketchup out of my drive through order. When you hop off the hwy to grab a quick bite, one missing thing ruins your meal. Drive through was fast and friendly. I do not recommend the new bacon breakfast burger. Too everything: salty mostly. read more

Service bad too..girl at windowpane drive up so she could have a conversation w her boy friend in a truck at the window. This is the absolute worst Wendy's I have ever been to. All the employees are slowing walking around looking confused. Nobody is wearing gloves when handling the food. They put my nuggets and fries in a tray on the counter while they were waiting on the burgers. I waited 15 min for the burgers to come up while my food on counter got cold, in the meantime they called other customers up to the counter and one of them literally leaned over my food and breathed all over it. I sent all the food back. When they remade it the burgers were cold. Nasty place did not eat food it was disgusting. read more

Went here last night around 9pm. My cousin got chicken nuggets and fries, I just ate fries, and my aunt got a small cheeseburger. My cousin and I were fine, but my aunt got food poisoning. This Wendy's sucks !!! Can't go for lunch because it takes 30 minutes to get thru the line . Dinner takes almost as long which shouldn't take so long since they are always out of things !!! Would not recommend this place to a hungry homeless person . The staff seems nice but obviously they have an issue with poor management and inventory control. read more

Kind of hit or miss with this Wendys. Some times they nail it many times food is cold. They are almost always out of salads after 9.

This might be the worlds worst fast food location (I love wendys so this takes a lot out of me). At a usual dinner time getting through their fast food line look 25+ minutes. Once you are in line unless you want to risk puncturing a tire you can't get out of line. Then you move up to the window to sit while 4 out of 5 employees stand around doing nothing. I stopped by this restaurant at 1:30pm to eat inside. The line was backed up to the door, and there was only one register open. It took ten minutes to order. During this time, I noticed that the sanitation grade was a 92. I also observed French fries all over the floor near the fryer. There was a box that had been turned over in the back and either a broom or mop that was laying on the floor. When I got my drink, there were lids all over the counter. Most of the lid dispensers were empty. While eating, the line was still backed up and still only one register open. I've been in many Wendy's and have never seen one with these conditions. Three different times different days and different time of the day I have gone to this location to get baked potato and chicken tenders. The order is either wrong cold for my last trip today the food was both cold and the chicken tenders were actually black. I had to get dressed drive back across town 12 minute drive they would not answer the phone when I called I spoke to a shift manager the only thing he would do was either give me back my money or replace the food. I told him this is the third time this has happened and that I wanted my money back and the food replaced because of the constant trips of having to come back. He would not do that and offered me 3 silly little coupons for a free regular cheeseburger which does not even cover the cost of the food or the gas to come back. I told him I do not eat your burgers he said that's the only coupons I have. This location has terrible customer service they overcharge you and apologize if you catch them on it.
