I've given this Chick-fil-A more chances than I should have…read more I come here regularly, and the one thing that stands out is how consistently slow the service is. I've done numerous DoorDash pickups from this location, and it's common to wait far longer than expected. Delays happen, but what really gets old is that nobody ever seems to acknowledge it or apologize. Today's visit was the final straw. I placed a mobile order specifically because I expected the drive-thru to be slow and thought ordering ahead would save time. Instead, I ended up sitting and waiting while multiple cars in the drive-thru received their food before I got mine. No one came out to provide an update, explain the delay, or apologize for the wait. What makes this frustrating isn't just the speed--it's the complete lack of communication and customer service. A simple "sorry for the wait" would go a long way. Instead, every visit feels like long delays are just considered normal and customers are expected to accept them. There are plenty of places that make mistakes or get backed up. The difference is that most at least acknowledge it. After repeatedly experiencing the same issue here, I've decided I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

While recovering from surgery, I ordered McDonald's from Door Dash twice. Both times the Door Dash label on the outside of the bag was correct, while the contents were completely wrong. When going through the drive through, on four separate times, a sandwich was missing. Last week the milk was missing from my grandson's happy meal. Saturday, when asked to pull forward to wait for our food, we waited 25 minutes. I finally got out of my car, went inside, and the inside was not busy. There were no customers at the counter, but there were 3 employees leaning on the other side, chatting. I inquired about my order. One worker looked over at a sack, and said oh that's her food right there go ahead and give it to her. It was cold. I did not bother to complain, because they just don't care. My husband declared last night, that he will never go to another McDonald's. The store we have the most problems is at 1180 N. Kinzie Avenue, Bradley, Is. 60915.

We had it delivered....are you going to drive here to observe the sandwich and string of hair?? Coworker tells employee she threw it away so they tell her they'll put her name down and give her a free sandwich but NEXT TIME, they'll need to see it first. 2. Delivery driver forgets my drink.
