I gotta throw this wendys a 5 star just to help the average rating up. Most of these reviews are unfair and written by people that seem to be total bholes. Realistically it's a 3.2 as a restaurant, a 3.9 as a wendys at this hour. I put an online order in about an hour before closing. The app is not great. Just wanted some nuggz and a burg. Finally get it to go thru. Prob got charged to an ex gfs account from to 10 years ago, wtf ever I pull up and the worker said "we can give you 5 spicy and 5 classic nuggz. That good?". Hell yeah whatever hon. I'm off an edible don't care She dissappears into the kitchen and I immediately start to worry; are the nuggz fresh? If they're out of spicy nuggz what's the burg gonna look like? She reappears and hands me a bag. The nuggz are dank. House all of them in the .17 mile drive back to the hotel. Get to the telly and they actually read my instructions and didn't soak the sandwich in poverty sauce. They did clearly use the smaller patties from a JBC tho. But it tasted as good an 11:15 pm drive thru burger on the outskirts of a rust belt town is gonna taste. It was far from the best burger I've had from a wendys, but the staff was lovely. The food was totally fine and I might go back this week. Most of the bad reviews here seem to be from mouth breathers that don't understand that they're at a fuckin Wendy's in semi rural Michigan. My son and I were in town for a hockey tournament last weekend. Around 9:30 PM we stopped in at this Wendy's locations for dinner after his last hockey game. We were the only people in the drive-through, but still had to wait about 10 minutes for our food. Was told that the weight was due to them making fresh french fries. That's great, I'm always willing to wait a few minutes extra for some fresh food. Unfortunately, when we get back to our hotel room we were missing a double stack hamburger and a large fry. The only reason the restaurant it's three stars is because I called them the next day and they made it right when we stopped by the next day and gave me the burger and the fries I was owed. read more

To preface, this review is for my experience with drive-thru only! Every time I pull up to the location, the employees are eager to take my order and have never gotten my food wrong. The parking lot seems to be kept relatively clean and the building (though dated) doesn't look run down and quite nice. The food has been pretty standard for Wendy's. Only once or twice I haven't been fully impressed but most of the time I'm satisfied. I frequent here quite often on my lunch breaks and (most of the time) they quickly get me in and out of the drive-thru. Overall, pretty good in terms of fast food, definitely beats most of the competition in customer service alone. read more

Never really cared to rate fast food cause, well we don't expect a Michelin star. But had to write it about this experience. Just wow. It took 19 min (checked my phone as we texted a friend if he wanted anything). There were only 3 cars ahead of me. Not just to order, but in total. Once you order, they would do anything else until you left the Wendy's. no smiles or thank you. the woman was on the phone complaining we heard "well tell them to stop with the damn thing" while giving us our card. saw 4-5 staff in there. only were working slower than my grandmother. no joke. they seemed lost and confused while sluggishly moving around. Tonight I drove to Wendy's and tried to order a bacon cheeseburger, not a baconator, a chicken sandwich and a chili...they were out.. and a single Dave's When I got to the window I received my drinks in a carrier by the kind lady who I paid for the food. She walked away and another female employee behind her opened the window and asked if I had ordered a double Baconator? I told her I hadn't but had ordered just a cheeseburger with bacon. She said, "That's not what you paid fir in a snippy tone and walked away from the window. When she came back she opened the window and threw the bag at me, closed the window and walked away. Only reason I'm giving two stars is because the lady that is always there is the sweetest person always! However, the big man with a bald spot in his head is the rudest most bitter person. Every time I come here he has a poor attitude and ARGUES with me when I try to place an order. I always give the benefit of the doubt but I have a had it. After waiting in drive they for 1 minute, only to be told to drive up and wait 4 more minutes. To drive home 2 miles and have 3 large orders of fries that were cold and the burger raw....that's right, RAW GROUND BEEF!! Ordered on line - got home and the meat on the burgers were bad- I am not sure they even were meat- they didn't hold together were pale in color so they were not seasoned or cooked properly. Both of my kids became ill after eating the fries and 1 bite of burger. I do believe they have got food poisoning and the health department has been notified. I would have given them a negative star if able, but the manager on last night was good about reimbursing me my money. read more

I stopped in here on a road trip for work. It was about a half a mile down the road once I got off the exit. One thing I didn't like about the restaurant was that it was very inconvenient to enter the parking lot. There was an exit but no entrance off of the main road & you had to go on a side road to enter. Other than that I ordered a Spicy Chicken sandwich & Jr. Cheeseburger, The food was good. The chicken was nice & tender & the sandwich had flavor. My food took about 3 minutes to be made. The manager was very nice & told me she would bring the food out to my table because they were making me a fresh batch of fries. Overall this was one of the better Wendy's I have been to. We stopped here on our way go Detroit - big mistake. We ordered chicken sandwiches and they were completely raw on the inside. It was as if the staff took a cold, uncooked piece of chicken, breaded it and threw it in a bun. A few of us took bites of our sandwiches before realizing they were raw and are now hoping we don't get salmonella or worse. We will definitely be writing to the corporate office about this location and the negligence of the staff. Avoid it if you can and go to McDonald's instead! read more

I visited the drive-through about an hour and a half before closing.There was a 10 minute wait ,and when I got back to work with my food, I discovered that it was made incorrectly. I asked for no mayo, no lettuce on my burger. I received both and the mayo was mixed with ketchup and it got all over my work uniform because it was dripping off the sandwich. My fries were cold even though I waited for what I assumed would be fresh ones. I'm pretty sure I wouldn't come back to this Wendy's even if I was starving. read more

This isn't possibly the worst run Wendy's I have ever been to. Wendy's is a fast food restaurant and while it is good as a corporation to take pride in your work this restaurant is ridiculous. It should not take a solid twenty minutes to get an order of a burger and fries and yet at this establishment that is the rule rather than the exception. It is. It a place I would ever recommend people to come here. Stopped and went through the drive-thru. Ordered from the number menu, nothing special, one burger, one chicken sandwich. Told that there was a 8 minute wait for fresh meat. Paid, asked to pull ahead and wait. 10 minutes pass and they come out and tell us that they didn't have the chicken. Got my money back and left. We went to the drive thru ordered and paid and were asked to pull up seen others behind us were ask to pull up as well. After 20 minutes other car were getting their food and we still haven't received ours. After 25 minutes we asked for our money back. By the time we left we spent 30 minutes with receiving any food. Went down the road to arby's and were heading down the road with in 3 minutes. Will never be back to that Wendy's. Would if I could give them a lower score. read more

This is consistently the worst fast food experience i have. The food quality is sub par consistently, especially the fries. I would say u get good fries 1 out of every 10-15 times. Service is slow and terrible. I eat fast food quite often and never consistently experienced such terrible everything. Nevertheless every 3-4 months i try it again and always the same for the past 10 years. It's comical how bad they are. This is probably about one of the absolute worst experience I have ever had. The managerial been in the back twiddling her thumbs and finally when we spoke up she cane running up. It's not only me with bad experience it has been every single person in the store. The manager needs to get off het phone and run her store. Her attitude was terrible.
