I wouldn't say this specific location is particularly awful by any means but they do from time to time incorrectly give you your order. Is it just me but I miss the days of when they'd tell you what's in your order when handing you your food at the drive thru which seems to never happen anymore at any fast food place. Also another glaring issue I've had with this location is they never, ever, use their second drive thru lane especially on days where it can be extremely busy. I've always been curious as to why have two when you only ever use one? Outside of that the service here tends to be quick and the people here tend to be rather friendly as I've never found myself having any issues with any employee here. All-in-all an experience that typically is a good one outside of my few complaints. read more

I had lunch at this location yesterday. The burger was fresh. That bacon was Krispy and hot. The chicken sandwich was great. The price were perfectly salted. Customer service was pretty good. I had to wait for a second and the beginning. But overall great quick lunch. read more

food is not terrible but its the service that gets you here, the workers are often rude and i had never been charged for sauce at a wendys and then today this guy told me i couldnt get sauce unless i paid 35 cents a piece but that wouldnt be an issue if he wasnt being so rude about it. read more

Went through the drive thru but there were two large trucks in front of me with trailer hitches and ladders. So i had to stay back a little. I wasn't quite pulled up to the talk box and i can hear the order taker getting frustrated with me.. "Do you have an order" she asked 3 times with an attitude. I finally got to pull up and ordered my $1 each bacon, egg and cheese biscuits. She still had a little attitude. Maybe she was just having a bad day. But no one needs to hear that attitude early in the morning. Besides her...my breakfast was great! Biscuits were warm and fluffy. My food gets 5 stars but service was bad. read more

Don't waste your money. I ordered the double stack biggie bag and it sucked. It was like eating an old shoe leather hamburger but without any flavor. I also received a free crispy chicken sandwich which wasn't crispy at all & no taste. It was scrap chicken pressed into a cheap patty slapped between to pieces of tasteless bread that tasted awful. These so called food wars to give us lower prices are just gimmicks to off load trash onto unsuspecting people. read more

I have gone to this Wendy's for YEARS and here lately the service has gotten abysmal. Last night we spent nearly 20 minutes in the drive through and still made it home with an incorrect order. Initially our wait was extended for what appeared to be an issue two cars ahead of us. When theirs was finally corrected, and we made it to the window, neither the young lady or guy working the window offered an apology for our wait. Instead we were handed cold sandwiches. We asked for them to be remade at the proper temp since they had gotten cold while waiting on the car ahead of us. Again no apology. As we're waiting all you see is the crew laughing and joking with one another. This is not to say that you can't have fun at work, but when you're cranking out one bad order after another, this is not the time for games. A few minutes later the window opens and the girl said "here you go" and shoves a bag into the car. She missed that final chance to apologize for any inconvenience. We drove off, only to realize when we got home that the order wasn't correct. Pretty ridiculous experience. The manager needs to retrain and realign expectations for the night crew! read more

Ordered from this location on door dash at 11:30pm because it said that they don't close until 1am. Almost 15 minutes after I ordered, I got a notification that my order was canceled due to the location closing soon. Now I have to wait however long for the $ that I spent to go back onto my card. Wow.. I've been going to this Wendy's for a while and they're service was pretty crappy ngl. My sandwiches were always super skinny and old, but I went there and got food earlier today and the line was long but they were skipping by every car. Literally, they were so fast. I ordered a Big Bacon Classic with fries and sweet tea, the food was hot off the press, you could tell it was fresh. The burger was the biggest burger I had ever gotten from a fast food resteraunt, it was bomb, the fries were crispy and the tea was sweeter than any tea I ever had. I'm definately going to start going to this Wendy's a lot because they have improved an awful lot. read more

This Wendy's is probably one of the slowest locations I have ever been to. It doesn't matter if you're the only car in the Drive Thru or there's 10. You will absolutely have at least a 10-20 min wait for food, no matter time of day. Wow. I never thought I would be writing a one star review. I don't want to, but the lack of sodas was appalling, the way I was regarded and the attitude that was exuded by the staff forced my hand. I dined here on a Wednesday around 1pm....after the lunch rush. Now a little background: I worked at Wendy's for most of my high school career. I know a little of how things work and also what tastes good. I ordered a Spicy chicken combo. I got my drink and went to get a Cherry Coke zero. They have one of those cool machines where you can customize the drink....nothing diet/low calorie wise was available on EITHER machine. From what I have gathered about these machines, the syrups wouldn't run out in one lunch rush, so this tells me this is probably a continual problem. After I went to get see ketchup. Don't ask me why, but the pump ketchup is better, especially when dining in. It's like milk and cookies mentality. It was out...again...both dispensers. I told a staff person and they offered me some packets. I said I don't want packets, I wanted the pump ketchup. He looked at me like I had three heads. He told another staff and I heard them both regard my request as the talkings of a loon. I got my food... ketchup still not replaced. I started eating my fries and writing this review... ketchup not replaced. Front cashier took a lap around the dining room for trays... ketchup not replaced. 9 people served after me.... ketchup not replaced. Finished sandwich... ketchup not replaced. I used to go to this Wendy's ALL the time, especially for breakfast. On numerous occasions they; A.) forget my potatoes. B.) Give me the wrong order. C.) forget to put cream and sugar in my coffee, this makes it too hot and I don't like it that way anyway so I have to give it away or toss it. I normally just let it go, I have only once gone back and asked them to correct it. One incident made me decide to never go there again which is sad because I've always been a fan of Wendy's and I think their style of fast food puts McDonald's to shame. Here goes, One day they forgot my OJ and I reminded them at the 2nd window, I was super, super tired and in a hurry that morning, they refused to give me one because they didn't charge me for it, and then they took MORE time to run my card again! Oh no folks, not like I was in a hurry, I got all day at the drive through! This was infuriating, especially since I have literally lost count of how many things they have left out of my order that I let go. The way I see it, they owe me about 10 orders of potatoes and 3 coffees, and since I'll eat the sandwhich if they screw it up I'll forget about it. Don't ever argue with the customer, I know sometimes people try to get one over on big chains but I went from getting my breakfast there three times a week and sometimes dinner to nothing. Around 8:30pm on a Thursday night, I waited at drive through for a very long time to place an order. After no answer from the drive through speaker, I gave up and drove to the pickup window. I explained that no one answered to place an order. An employee asked the crew who was taking orders and the reply to me that they weren't able to take my order due to the cash drawers were being counted. This happened just behind another car who did receive their order. Are both cash drawers, the counter and drive through, counted the same time? Does this prevent order processing? I got the impression that there was another reason why my order wouldn't get filled. I definitely will not be returning to that store. read more

Not really sure what happened to this location ! It's gone down hill big time . This was my first job as a teenager . Which was about 10years ago . We ordered our food and started to drive off and all 3 sandwiches were wrong not just items missing or added... they were not even close... get home after the 20min drive and noticed that I paid for a bucket of flavored water instead of Hardy Chilli... so I called them up and spoke to a manager who was willing to replace the chilli as long as I brought it back today (20min drive) then he said that the GM has instructed the staff to water down all the chilli so they don't have to make as much because of limited surplus of product... so I proceeded to tell the guy in a calm voice that " I'm never going to spend $10 on a bucket of chilli ever again " he then loudly sad " sir you don't have to cuss at me" I sad excuse me and I repeated what I said and I told him if he didn't believe me I can playback the recording of the conversation and he said that it was not necessary I then asked for the District managers name and home store and her refused to give it!!!!! this location is where old rotted baked potatoes go to die! have ordered this item 3 times and what I received should've been embarrassing for this establishment to even serve! a shriveled up little spud that had more wrinkles than my 100 yr. old grandfather! cut into it and those big black spots clearly told the story, yup, wasted money to toss it into the trash can. upon another visit, I ordered a large chili, watched the cashier then step out of view towards the back of the kitchen, I stepped aside so the next customer could step up to order, meanwhile I'm wondering where my order is, after several minutes I watch the drive thru window girl step over and fill 4 large cups of chili, emptying the container, thinking no way! YUP way, when the cashier returns she starts to fill my order and informs me they are out of chili.. thinking to myself " well no wonder Sherlock, you made certain to wait long enough for orders after mine to empty it out !
