I was told to go back around the building after waiting 20 mins to pick up my own door dash order. The reason? Because I need to wait in line with everyone else.... Literally the most professional Wendy's on the south side of town hands down. This is a very busy area as it is by delta corporate offices. I come here at least twice a week because their speed of service and professionalism. Anytime I'm missing something or need something, they treat me like chick Fila. Went to the drive thru. Jasmine was polite until time to take my money. She wadded my receipt up along with my change and stuck her hand out towards me. No eye contact no thank you. At the next window I asked for a manager. When he arrives at the window he says "hey Jasmine this lady says you have an attitude". Really I wasn't as upset I just don't want my money shoved at me but your MANAGERS have a lot to learn. read more

Go in to order their 4 for $4. Store is empty of patrons yet I still have to wait for someone to come greet me for nearly two minutes. Then I go to order their 4 for $4 doubstack and they tell me I can't, it's not offered under that. I point to the screen where it clearly shows on the menu. They tell me yes they see it but it's not offered anymore. This review is because I go to order an item that everyone else seems to still sell but them but also to alert whomever, I'd you're not offering a particular thing, please remove it from the menu. You had another item scribbled out on the board, do the same to this. You just lost a customer, Schlotsky's is right across the street so at the end of the day I'm good. IT IS WENDYS...What can you say??? I visit this Wendys everytime I go to get my wife from the airport. It is never good. Sometimes it reaches ok (which is why I gave it 3 stars this time. They are slow, no real recognition of the folks inside at the register, although this time they got to me fairly quickly. Not so much on other visits. I just paid for a soft drink so not much to mess up. In the past they have done a decent job preparing the food but were terrible about customer service. I am leaving this review because I got a kick ass FRESH spicy chicken sandwich the other day and hot AND crispy fries. My Coke was also perfectly calibrated. Both the first and second window attendants we're both smiling and friendly. I'm leaving this 5-star review because the above things in my experience have been rare occurrences. Never go for breakfast. Says open at 7 am but do not unlock the doors or answer the drive thru until at least 7:30.

The customer service has significantly improved over the past year likely due to new management. The only complaint is that it is a drive through Wendy's with no sitting area. You can order inside though. read more
