This place is slower than dirt. Why when In the drive thru do they ask you to pull into a parking space when there is no one behind you. Could that be to fool the timer into thinking they are serving you faster. This place is such a joke lately I don't like coming here at all. The employee turn over is crazy. This Wendys has gone downhill since we have moved to Hampstead. Initially they were on the ball and even made large nugget orders for our kids birthday parties but the last few times we have came to this location it has been one excuse after another for bad service. The system is down, the drive thru is 15 cars deep, I even called ahead and placed an order for a large number of nuggets and when I got there it was ready to which staff claimed "they wanted it to be fresh" yeah right nice fake save. I don't know what has happened recently but this Wendy's needs some help. read more

Not once have I come here and been impressed with the service. Going in and ordering is slow, going through the drive thru is slow. They never seem to have anything ready. If I do an online order, I have to assume it will be ready at least 5 minutes late every time. Employees are nice but the service is terrible. read more

Said there would be a delay in getting my chicken sandwich but there was only one car in line and the dining area was closed. When i pulled up, I paid but they didnt give me my receipt I waited 10 minutes for my food and when they gave it to me I was missing a burger. When I got home, the baked potato was missing the toppings, I ordered a coke and got a tea with no ice. and the chicken sandwich tasted like it was a week old so I dont know what the delay was. Worst service ever. When pulling up the intercom announces they were closed despite advertising being open until midnight. A unpleasant seemingly resentful female comes over the intercom. No manners and fed up with the inconvenience of having to take my order. Same demeanor displayed by the ginger haired male at the window. These people are incompetent 10:45 AM door still locked no customers in there four employees and they say they're swamped and backed up. It looks like they just got there five minutes before hand. Possibly the worst Wendy's in the nation. The manager is beyond incompetent didn't even have his doors to the restaurant open the entire morning the restaurant was locked. The only other customer there had to wait 25 minutes for cold french fries. These people are truly idiots. I'd be surprised if that Wendy's is able to stay open for another year. While I appreciate all businesses that are open during covid, it's not worth it if it ultimately loses customers. Not to mention, I've been a patron of this Wendy's since before covid. We love the frosty and keep trying to give the food a shot but it is definitely not quality. It's not even up to Wendy's quality. I've had really good Wendy's burgers and chicken sandwiches. But the food from this location is always cold, stale, and just kinda gross. The food is not quality, I recommend somewhere else all together. I know it may seem trite to write a review for a local fast-food chain, but for the past three years that I've been visiting, this place has had the friendliest employees! I only go maybe once per month, but most of the times I visit, I get the best people helping me. The food is the same quality as other locations and it's usually not too crowded. read more

My husband and I go to Wendys often. We have never had a bad experience there. The employees have always been friendly and very nice. A good Motto to go by is: if you want to be treated nice YOU have to be nice. As a matter of fact we are heading there right now. read more
