On my way back down with my Dad in tow we needed to get some food. I wasn't picky about where we could go, however, my Dad on the other hand is quite picky when it comes to fast food. Being that, he only has a tolerance for certain places. Not fun at some points, but not horrible either. We showed up around lunchtime and it wasn't all that busy. We were able to place our order and find a seat fairly quickly. While our food was being prepared we got our drinks, napkins, and ketchup. After settling into our seats I ended up having to get back up because that's when our food was ready. The staff working that day were very busy and running around to complete orders and make sure that they restaurants was running smoothly. They kept apologizing for how slow the service was, spoiler alert, the service wasn't slow and it was nearly impeccable. They were short staffed, only three of them working and they worked as a team. They kept churning out the orders to make sure that the wait wasn't long and tag teamed the counter and drive thru at the same time. I commend you all that were working that day, you held it together. As for the food. I found it to be what I have come to expect from the chain. My Dad, however, raved for the remainder of the day, days to come, as well as weeks. He gushed over that it was the best burger he has had in a long time. I just had to roll my eyes a bit. Not everyone has tastebuds like my Dad. In this area, if you want a decently quick, on par meal, this could be your best choice. the food is good but the wait for the drive through is ridiculous as there is alway a line from the pickup window wrapped around the bulding, past the ordering screen into the very very tight parking lot, when asking why it is always this a long line the window person states that they are always losing people and constantly training new people and that causes the back up. this is really frustrating especially if you only have 30 min to get food during a lunch time for work. read more

This Wendy's was the absolute definition of a toxic work environment. Employees, including the "manager", bullying other workers with no regard for the customers watching. Not to mention super slow service (I guess they were too busy yelling at each other to make food ... or clean the bathrooms). read more

My daughter and I met Kim, she was working the drive thru on 6/19/23 around 9:45pm. Her customer service is impeccable!!!! Just okay, tried to order a double burger with no cheese and no bun and a few vegetable toppings. They said they understood through the drive-thru speaker, but they did not. Ended up with a small double-stack, with cheese and the correct veggies, but it was on a bun that I wasn't going to eat anyway. At least my full taco salad came out correctly, but there is little way to screw that up. The food was tasty, but I expect what I see on the video screen when ordering, that's the way the food should arrive at the pickup window!! read more

Great food, just wish they had more grape soda options. In the soda machine they only had 3 grape options which is obviously not enough.

When you're a trucking family with a toddler Wendy's was the perfect choice for dinner and not our normal. Our order was quickly taken without issue. The cashier was very pleasant! We received our food and when I say it was hot...it was HOT! My husband bit into his sandwich and smoke was coming out! We don't eat fast food often but this was the best we've had....ever! We walked in, waited 15 minutes, no one greeted us. There were two parties in front of us. The cashier messed something up on their order. There were two other parties waiting for their food. We got in the second line, but the cashier left without acknowledging us to make the previous customer a drink. The party next to us got their food and the order was wrong. My wife pointed out to a group of about five employees lounging around the front of the store that there were no paper towels, and they told her they were off. I had to walk around them to get in and out of the store (they were all watching TV). There seemed to be more employees off than actually working. I have no idea who was in charge, or what they were doing, but if I owned the place I'd fire the manager and anyone on duty today who wasn't cooking (the food was fine). read more

Place is very clean and very inviting. Food was spot on. 2 hiccups and the staff were very quick to fix with no questions asked!

Great service nice people . Today our card declined and the lady offered to pay for us and literally so sweet!!!!!!!

This place says on the door it opens at 7am, got here at 8:45am and all doors are locked. One woman was on the inside and through the window said the place opens at 11... read more

Stopped on Sunday afternoon @2, order 2 baked potatoes, chili & 2 sodas, cashier got our chili, 2 sodas and told me they had no baked potatoes would take 30 minutes. I told her I didn't want anything but my money back, manager came over said she would have to give us cash, I said that's fine we are going to Burger King next door. I would like to give them no stars. read more

The slowest Wendy's I've ever been to. The girl at the counter had trouble taking a simple order. There didn't seem to be any organization or coordination between the orders and those preparing the food. A ridiculously long wait. read more
