stopped by here around 7:30pm on a Sunday evening to get dinner for someone else. I attempted to make a mobile order before arriving but they had system issues. I went inside to place my order. I had a deal in the app for $2 off combo. The cashier was able to honor the discount, even though their system was down. The cashier was friendly. I ordered daves double combo. The order was made in a reasonable about of time. They enjoyed it. No complaints other than the inconvenience with the system being down. read more

Wendy's - Baconator Combo - Burgers Near Me - Greensboro, North Carolina

Today received excellent service. Young lady took our order very professional. Myself and coworker ordered take out together. She took the time to get both of our names and separate our orders. We both had the same meal, but one sandwich had no tomatoes. She gave us an update on our meals and apologized for the wait. Spicy chicken had to be dropped upon our order. It was obvious by the way she interacted with customers and coworkers, that she knew what was going on. Thank you for the great service. read more

Sunday at noon and no dining service near volleyball tournament. Don't waste your time coming here. There are plenty other options in the area that are much easier to eat at under limited time restraints read more

I just ordered door dash after a light night craving for a spicy chicken sandwich! It was clear that my order was made once the dasher arrived because my sandwich and cheese fries were hot and fresh. Thank you Wendy's! Dave would be proud. read more

I rate the service here excellent also, When I say this mushroom bacon cheeseburger from Wendy's is juicy and delicious I really mean that.. now it's the only burger I will buy from Wendy's... I rate it better than Red Robin's mushroom burger read more

I have a policy for an automatic 5 stars for fast food. If you order and get what you order and the place doesn't have bugs, they've met the bar. Fast food can and should just waltz under a passing bar. It's fast food. So when I'm leaving a 1 star review? Yeah, it's that awful. I asked to BUY some chili sauce for my meal. Buy, not take. "We ain't gonna do that." "No, I'm not asking for something g for free. I'll pay for it." "You ain't gettin no chili sauce. We don't do that." "If I ordered chili, how much chili sauce can I get?" "One." "And if I ordered more than one chili, how many chili sauces can I get?" "One. Total. You ain't gettin no chili sauce." Just, why? What's the point of blatant antagonism over a condiment? Seriously. Just mind-boggling causeless asshattery. read more

Extremely slow service. Hopefully the food is good. Still waiting in the parking lot watching others have a similar experience.

Charging a whole dollar for 1 buffalo sauce should be illegal. Who ever is in charge should really look at the pricing. It's no way that I should be paying $13.50 for some Wendy's read more

no stars treats customers like shit super slow rude and stingy no hygiene whatsoever you will be sipping on a drink someone's fingers were probably in just skip this location if u have the chance zaxbys across the street is much better imo read more

I like Wendy's because their chicken nuggets are crunchy and I like their bacon cheeseburgers and their chocolate Frosty's and their french fries are amazing! read more

Ordered two dave's doubles and got two dave's singles that where terrible quality and dry it didn't even taste like wendy's, even mcdonald's would be better, I don't see how it's so hard to remember an extra piece of meat. They also dropped my drinks so I had to wait for them to remake them. This store is pathetic read more

This Wendy's regularly is good during rue week, the weekend crew today 12/21/19 from 1:00 PM - 1:45 PM WAS TERRIBLE!!! Only 1 person on the drive thru window and we all sat in line for about 30 mins. Made me wait to to take my order, the. Was rude when I asked her if they were short handed. Gave me my food in an unprofessional manner and failed to give me receipt. I have to fault the manager for not getting more help on a busy Saturday before Christmas. SHAME ON YOU WENDY'S read more

All I asked for was a crispy chicken sandwich with a large fry and drink I got a small fry small drink and then when I went through the line again to correct my order I heard them talking shit because they gave me seasoned potatoes instead of a large french fry they didn't even give me my drink until I said some thing and then they're back there talking shit saying oh my god she's doing too much about fries but bitch I know when you go to a restaurant you want everything to come out the way you asked for it especially if you paid the difference to get it so unprofessional read more

This is the worst location in Greensboro. My daughter and I were asked to pull to the side. We had a pretty big order. They couldn't get it right and I know why they are high. There was two employees who came outside to a Chevy Equinox parked beside us and stood by the driver's side a proceeded to smoke. This lasted at least eight to ten minutes. Time of event 9:00 P.M. Oct 29th. read more

Shitty service very slow employees line is always backed up or if not backed up taking fucking 30 mins just for one car employees are very slow like you do the same shit everyday would think you guys would get better at it it just doesn't make any since I order a back that comes with sauce already and I don't get any sauce I told em to put sauce in the bag then they get mad when you go back in there might beat and ask for your order to be fixed when I beat one of yo workers ass y'all better not try to press no chargers real talk on bs but fr man y'all need to fix that and get some employees that can fucking work and not be slow and miss items and put wrong shit in the bag and have attitudes at the windows and spreaders and stuff that's how you get shot now days read more

If I didn't love Wendy's I would never eat there. Basically like waiting on a four course meal just to get a damn Dave's single. Train these people better please lol. read more

Food always takes way longer than it should In the drive through so I thought I'd go in to be faster, little did I know that I was waiting behind 4-5 door dashers for 30 mins. Drive thru is usually 15-25 min wait. read more

I haven't eaten at Wendy's in forever. As I sit in line I remember why. As soon as I get out of drive thru I'm out. The dining room is closed so the line is long BUT it simply is taking a really long time. If you're on your lunch it better be 2 hours because 1 hour will be sitting in line. I left went to McDonald's and drove back by. If I had waited I still wouldn't have gotten to order yet. Not much difference. Both are burgers and fries. Never again. read more

If I could rate this place a zero, I would. I asked for a baked potato with everything on the side. The cashier had let the manager know and SHE LITERALLY ROLLED HER EYES AT ME. So disrespectful and rude I do not recommend this Wendy's at all! Worst customer service. read more

The absolute slowest Wendy's ever! Sat in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes. (It's like they have to kill a new cow every time they receive a new order.) Then, when I finally approached the window, they didn't greet me or make me feel welcomed, at all. Let's not forget they failed to inform me that what I ordered they did not have until after I paid for it. read more

The worst place on this side of the city to get fast food. I waited 30 minutes to get 2 four for four and a number 7 combo. The manager doesn't care what his employees do they are unorganized very rude. read more

First and foremost I would like to say I am a local and have been to this location several times and my experience on every visit has been terrible . I understand that at times things can be unfortunate due to a short staff . However, each and every visit has been unfulfilled as far as being satisfied. I have experience in the food industry and i feel the owner should address the Management and focus on hospitality and good services . The wait time is entirely too long and the food isn't as advertised. I'm only saying this because I am apart of this community and I would like the same service as an wendy's from across town read more

Terrible service. No words spoken from the cashier at all, the pick up window was a little more friendly. "Always hot fries" were cold as can be. Spicy chicken somehow ended up as home style chicken, I mean it's not like the receipt or the monitor both said SPICY chicken. Just ridiculous how these places are being run... $15.00 an hour, gtfo with that! You're clueless, lucky to have a job at all. read more

The United States is a huge country, and there's thousands of Wendy's restaurants from sea to shining sea. I've only eaten at a small number of them, but there's no way possible there could be one worse than this location. If I had a dollar for each time they messed up my order, my net worth would rival that of Dave Thomas' heirs themselves. In fact, one day I expect to order a Frosty only for an employee to run across the street to McDonalds, buy a McRib, then bring it back and hand it to me over the counter. I would have given this restaurant a zero rating if I could have (In fact, I almost didn't write a review BECAUSE I couldn't give it the rating it deserves). Avoid this restaurant at all costs! read more

Terrible horrible service. Have waited in line 20 minutes for only 3 cars to go through. If fast food is a must try the McDonald's across the street it has to be faster. read more

I got a crispy chicken four for four and the chicken nuggets were burnt. Seriously how hard is it to NOT burn chicken nuggets. Disappointed... there were only four. read more

I have to say I read the other reviews and that was not my experience. Not saying the other reviews aren't true, just not my experience. I've always been treated politely, but the druve thru wait is long. This Wendy's is stellar compared to the one on Battleground where I was ignored at the drive thru window. Fast food is fast food, keep your expectations low and you'll never be disappointed. read more

Worst wendys of all of them....be prepared to stand in line..2 cash registers only 1 works..reguardless of the amount of people in there...they do not care...forget about saying anything to the manager...normally i go to wendys on summit or mcdonalds....neither makes you wait very long read more
