Would not recommend. Old food at 1:30pm. Only three or four sips of drink in the cup, the rest was ice. Biscuits were thin. read more

I would rather go to this location than the location on Hicone. It is worth the extra drive. The appearance is like any normal fast food place. Parking lot is fairly clean. Convenient location right off HWY 29 (Cone). The person taking my order was pleasant. She repeated my order to make sure she got it right. Service was quick. Food was hot and was pretty good. I ordered the Supremes combo with fries and tea. They are nice sized tenders with a little spice. I love Bojangles chicken...so the tenders didn't disappoint. No complaints. My order was just as I requested down to the sauces. I am definitely going to come back to this location. read more

Bojangles - Supremes Tenders Combo - 1030AM to Close - Fast Food Near Me - Greensboro, North Carolina

very slow service, with a staff full of people who don't listen. they talk over your food. I went inside on a Saturday because the line was wrapped around the building, dead fly near the soda machines, flies flying around the chicken. the girl that took my order had to ask me twice what I ordered. I asked for two different kind of sauces she gave me to of the same, I asked for extra seasoning on the fries there was none, fries were delayed and were hard and nasty. people were coming in from drive thru with missing food. the girls were all very unprofessional laughing and standing around each other while nothing was ready. please do a better job hiring and someone needs to clean, the girl who took my order, also made the food, she could've been cleaning. just horrible service. very disappoinking. read more

Terrible customer service. The people are rude, I asked for extra seasoning and there was literally not a drop of seasoning on my fries. Didn't even give me a straw with my drink. This was my first time coming here and will be my last. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. read more

They had no chicken, there rude and have bad service, the place wasn't clean, do not recommend and this 1 star is a negative 1

Hicone Greensboro location has the worst customer service. I pull up to the drive thru, and the young lady tells me they are out all chicken. And I do mean whatever they sell. There were employees out back talking, and the rest lounging in the dining area. read more

So slow. 30 minutes waiting after the order window so far. How can you do business this way? One of most inefficient locations

I love Bojangles chicken, but had not tried their chicken tenders since they put them on the menu a year or so ago. The " homestyle" tenders are described as a milder, Southern type tender - meaning milder than their regular chicken. I picked up the 12 piece with 4 biscuits ($14.49), and a SMALL side of colesalw, and the bill was over $17! Seems kinda pricey.when you can get 8 pieces of their regular chicken and 4 biscuits for $12.49. And their tenders are bland, actually very bland. I'll be back, but not for chicken tenders. read more

Yo... when I Ordered from this bojangles the other day they had cooked my food. I ordered a cinnabon biscuit platter.. 2 egg and cheese biscuits.... and a large bo-rounds. The 2 eggs and cheese was good. Fresh and filling. However..... You're suppose to get 2 cinnamon biscuits in a platter I only got 1 .. and it was half cooked and gooy... The bo-rounds was hot on the outside. And frozen on the inside....meaning ... they didnt cook them all the way. Real talk. Never going to this bojangles again... just... sad you dont even open at 5 on most days and when you are you dont cook the food properly. Sad... read more

What kind of establishment gives someone biscuits and gravy and not put a fork in the bag? Very disappointing.

I live nearby, so this is the only Bojangles I stop and eat at. Usually I go through the drive thru so not sure really what the inside looks like. Drive thru is always nice, never had a problem. I regularly get the supremes so every once in a while they are overlooked or sitting a while. Other than that, what do you expect for something on the East Side of town?? read more

Bojangles - a man in a commercial kitchen - Fast Food Near Me - Greensboro, North Carolina

As others have said, servicer here is slow, borderline rude and cerainly apathetic. The drive-thru line was around the building so I opted to go inside to get a takeout. The line moved slow, they were out of virtually everything people were ordering. I waited well more than 10min for a cheese biscuit, and the guy next to me from Taylor's Tire said he had been waiting 25min for a steak, egg and cheese. Finally received our order, no apology or anything after I very loudly voiced my displeasure at the wait to melt cheese in biscuit. Complete apathy. At least it was hot :/ read more

Absolute worst Bojangles I've ever been to. Every trip takes a minimum of 20 minutes from the time you order to the time you get your food. Today I stopped by and ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit, got home to find I got a bacon biscuit. No receipt was provided so I looked up the number to call management. I got a younger sounding female on the phone who did not provide me with a name (of course) who informed me the wrappers look the same and they probably just grabbed it from the wrong place, asked if I wanted to drive back to swap it out. I told her no I didn't have time I just wanted to let her know what was going on in her kitchen. Her response then? Ok thanks (hangs up) she was really concerned... corporate needs to get a handle on this shit show circus that is Bojangles cone. read more

If I could give no stars I would. Worst service ever! No receipt was given. I order a coffee. I was asked if I wanted cream and sugar. I asked they put 3 Splenda and 1 cream. Not only did they not put it in the cup but didn't put it in the bag either. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK! Why would I go there when there are two other restaurants in same parking lot? read more

Avoid this place! Took the "staff" FOREVER to fulfill the simple order. It was/is not busy and there was no rush from the staff. Would give this place 0 stars if I could. Not sure what the food is like. I am still waiting! read more

One of the worst Bojangles around! Rude and slow service, biscuits were cold, hard, and fell apart. Dining room is always filthy. Customer service survey comments never got a response. Never going back! read more

Stopped in this place 4/7 at 6:15 in the morning to have breakfast. Went to 3 different tables before I found before I found a clean one. Found trash on the floor under the tables. Found crumbs on the tables and seats. Hope this doesn't represent what the kitchen looks like. read more

This is the slowest worst managed location that they have. Long lines and the manager comes up front only the complain about the counter being dirty. She then just walks off while we are waiting on our food for the next 15 minutes. read more

If you enjoy the company of flies you'll LOVE this Bojangles! I found no flies in the bathroom so if you must dine-in here I'd recommend taking your food to the toilet. It was quite an experience trying to keep the flies from flying into my mouth as I ate. I saw no frogs in the dining area so this must be a safe haven for Guilford County flies. read more

Awful Bojangles during lunch time. Have went twice this week. During lunch time at 1pm. Both times waited 15 minutes before getting to the front cashier. Didn't get served. Awful service. read more

This place on Cone Blvd is consistent on proving to me that I could actually fry my on chicken at home I the time it takes for them to complete your 2 piece chicken order, and the drive thru, you better check you gas tank or cut the car off IF they don't tell ya to pull over. Everytime I visit this place it's a 20 minute wait. The other day I waited 22 min for a ham biscuit, they said they had to cook the ham..... really 22 minutes? It's disgusting over all poor management and like always corporate greed at its finest! read more

i've been going to this bojangles for quite some time now. recently there service has been terrible. the employees walk around confused, are extremely slow, and haven't gotten my orders right for the passed 3 times i've gone. this restaurant needs to do some serious 'cleaning up the edges' of their business. read more

From walking in the door, to getting my 4 piece supreme was 21 minutes. 7 customers plus me in this restaurant...only 2 in line. Employees arguing, busy playing and doing everything else then actualy serving customers. Waited 6-10 minutes at register before even being acknowledged. Waited another 10-12 minutes for a simple order after paying. Employees arguing about working schedule, who's doing what, and how busy they may get at lunchtime. This is quickly becoming the normal for Bojangles everywhere. They just don't care about customer service, or they would hire better quality workers. I'm done with all of Bojangles read more

I am a local business owner in the 27405 area of Greensboro NC and visited one of your franchised store #597 on East Cone Blvd. As I was waiting for my order I poured my coffee it was very light and not as strong as it usually is so I told the young lady and ask is the coffee behind the counter stronger she replied no it is pre measured and the same so I ask without any argument may I have a refund she set my receipt to the side and replied she will be right there and never told the manager what I was standing waiting for so as I had not gotten my food yet and was in no hurry I patiently waited. Well as I am waiting an older white man comes up with his cup and complain about the same thing and she took his cup threw it in the garbage a gave him and fresh cup with no problem. I could not believe my eyes. I said really I just complain about the same thing and you act as if your could not help me so young lady took the old coffee that was sitting on the counter poured coffee on top of it and hand it to me with coffee dripping from the side cup. Oh was appalled and steaming I let my anger get the best of me and scream no no I will not be treated this way the manager came out yelled at me and I said no I will not and I looked at my daughter and because of her not the manager calmly told the manager(Michelle) what happen but instead she wanted to continue to be rude yelling at me but another manager named (Mary) who is under (Michelle) heard what the young lady (Jane) did and gave me a fresh cup and I thanked her but Michelle and Jane thought they did something big by giving bad racist customer service and gave each other a high five yes a high five and a wick. I turned to a customer whom was waiting also and asked her was I imagining this whole thing she said no your not. To let you know not one time I use the race thing in the store because I did not want to make the other customers or the gentle man feel uncomfortable but SAD to say it is what it is and today in 2018 this should not have happened. Thank you Ms Dee read more

husband and I visited this Bojangles on April 21, 2018 from around 12:00 to 1:00 PM. I had been watching this one employee that was replenishing the napkins, straws, etc. I noticed that he could not do his job for watching the young women coming and going. Just before we got ready to leave, I went to the women's rest room. I had just gotten into the stall when someone came in. As they walked by my stall to go into the stall next to me, I noticed their shoes. I recognized the shoes. When they go into the stall and locked the door I noticed they climbed up on the toilet with both feet. Then I looked up at the top of the partition between the 2 stalls and a man was looking over into my stall watching me use the rest room. I yelled for him to get out several times and quickly followed him out of the women's rest room. I asked a man standing in the order line near the cashier where did he go and if he was an employee of Bojangles. He said he ran into the men's rest room and yes he was an employee. I immediately asked to see a manager and this young man came out and I told him I wanted to see a MANAGER and the cashier said "he is a MANAGER. I explained what had happened and he opened the door to the men's restroom and the man I saw was there. He asked the guy if he was ok, (REALLY)!!!!! I told him to get him out of there and out of my sight. While I was refilling my tea, the young manager brought an older guy to the counter and pointed to me as the woman from the restroom. I explained what happened and also how I had recognized the man by his shoes, his hair, and his face. He apologized, and said he was sorry and would take care of it. I told the manager that I was glad I had left my gun in the car, but I would not leave it there anymore, not that I would EVER go back to this BOJANGLES. The guy was standing next to the cashier when I left. read more

This is absolutely the slowest service I've seen. They are rude. One even told me to "calm down" when I told her she had not given me my drink. The manager is useless. Today they are out of large cups. Yesterday it was mustard. Something every day. read more

I ordered a medium and picnic sized fry and asked for them to be dropped fresh. After sitting down for about 2-3 minutes my order was called alerting me it was ready to be picked up. I peeked into the bag and asked "did these fries just come up?" The representative who took my order answered to her co worker: "oh no I'm sorry I forgot to tell you the fries were suppose to be fresh." So they took the bag back and when they called my order for the second time, I again did a quick inspection and noticed both orders contained dark, hard fries. I asked for a refund since it was apparent that the request is something the team was not willing to fulfill that night. When the manager came up she consistently reminded me since I used a card the money would not go back for 3-5 days I told her I was perfectly fine with that each time. After the first time of her telling me about the delayed refund it started to feel less about notice and more of her letting me know how aggravated she was. This is not the first time I've had an issue with this location. I've stopped using the drive thru because of subpar customer service and thought by going inside there would be a difference. Sadly I will not consider returning to a bojangles for a very long time. read more
