I feel like most Zaxby's don't have any grown ups working on several shifts which I think explains the service you get. The food here is also the most okay of all the Zaxby's we've tried in the local area. There is nothing wrong with it, it just isn't the best you can get from a Zaxby's. This location is close to my house and Zaxby's is better food than McDonalds or Wendy's so we come here a fair amount anyway. Ordering online is pretty easy and they typically get the order right - although I still don't know how many sides of fries are supposed to come with the family meal because it's different every time at every location.
