There is handicap parking with a ramp next to front door. Was greeted and seated immediately by Raven which took our drink order of a water and a sweet tea. There is a full bar with some tap beers. Raven gave us several minutes to look over menu before returning and answering a few questions. I was interested in wings which Raven pointed out were on special this Wednesday at $1 each, minimum of 10. Cheaper than the plate of 8 I was going to order. I went for this with a side of onion rings. My wife ordered the Freedom Philly with cole slaw. The food came out in good time served in red plastic baskets lined with paper. My wife enjoyed her philly and the slaw which is mayonaise based and seasoned well to our liking. The smoked wings came out hot and seasoned with medium wing sauce as requested. The chicken wings are some of the larger ones I have ever been served. My onion rings came out hot, lightly battered and tasting good. At 1:30 in middle of week there were only a few other tables occupied. Raven was the only server and was maintaining service well. She came back and checked on us several times. If we are in area again this could be a stop.

But I guess it's just the food and the service that really matters ultimately. I'm happy with a tasty hot reasonably priced meal. Good job.

The service has changed and I no longer recommend them to anyone. I received a response and offered me to call them at corporate. After discussing with discussing with them what happened everyone is on same page and looking forward to going back.

I enjoyed the Bossman burger with chips and sweet tea. It was very juicy and had a real nice amount of bacon (to the owner don't ever skimp on that - it really made your burger stand out. I could have enjoys a little more chips with my meal. Maybe the cook had smaller hands. But it was still a decent plate. As the the bride - she had the club sandwich and was extremely happy with the size and taste of it. I really don't think the pictures do it justice. She also had a decent amount of their fries, which I stole a few and were very good. It's a nice place that apparently has local talent/musicians come in and play. The bar area, even though i didn't try looked decent. As for service. Sorry can't remember the servers name. However, she served us very well and in fact we watched her serve all the tables in there this afternoon. I think she did a great job. I bought it with a Big Mac just to compare and the size difference is crazy. The Big Arch is way bigger and you can tell right away. What I liked most was how the toppings were spread out better. On a Big Mac everything feels crammed into one spot but on the Big Arch every bite had a good balance of meat sauce and toppings. The Arch sauce is honestly the star though. It's tangy creamy and works really well with the thicker patties. I finished the Big Arch and was completely full. I took one bite of the Big Mac after just to compare and could barely even eat it. If they keep the Big Arch around I'd actually come back for it even though I normally don't go to McDonald's much.
