Didn't even get food and it was the worst Fast food experience. Me and my co-workers (3 people total) walked in to order and cashier literally throws her broom and said "no I'm done!" I came in late, seen the prior reviews, obviously got a little nervous because I just wanted a really good baconator. THAT'S WHAT I GOT. A delicious burger. Fresh, also fresh spiny nuggets, fresh fries. Gave me ketchup (didn't ask for, I forgot, but who eats fries without it?) and BBQ sauce, and salt. I am impressed. The woman whom greeted me was polite, quick, and had a wonderful smile. Way to go! read more

Don't waste your time or money at the Wendy's on Hill Rd. Ordered the Summer Strawberry Salad and they didn't put any dressing in the bag. Ordered the Sour Cream and Chive baked potato. Again, no sour cream. Ordered two medium Frosties, the cups were small and they were only 3/4 full. I blame mismanagement. When employees are incompetent, it is management's responsibility to straighten them out or get rid of them. I will never return. Stay away. I went there today through the drive-thru and first of all there was a lady in front of me already waiting and i guess she had been there a while because she honked and a lady came on the speaker and was rude and told her that they were busy and she had to wait. The lady was mad so she drove off. Then it was my turn and i pulled up and waited for about 5 minutes only for the lady to come back on the speaker and say that they weren't going to take anymore orders because they were too busy. I went through the drive thru today around 5 pm. First I could tell the girl on the window was new and was stressing out, but she was quite rude. Second,I had to ask to get my credit card back after the food was handed to me. Third, i ordered the chicken tenders with the sawesome sauce and did not receive the sauce. They advertise the sauce all over, so to ask if i wanted it then not give it to me is upsetting. Also the food was cold and the drinks were filled to the brim with ice and very little pop. read more

Just came from this place . Don't even know how they stay open . First my grandson ordered our lunch to be delivered by Door Dash . When we got it , it was missing 2 baconators and the spicy nuggets we ordered were not spicy but rather just regular nuggets . I left to drive there after putting a complaint in to door dash and to order the items that were missing . Decided to check my order before leaving the window and good thing . It was missing the spicy nuggets that I'd just ordered . Asked them where they were and they acted like they didn't know I ordered them . Guy walks back into the kitchen and there they were . When I got home , and I'm only 5 minutes away from there , started to eat my chili and it was barely warm . They didn't give a receipt so I had no phone number to call to complain to management . I'm starting to wonder how many of those missing orders might be food that the employees are deliberately leaving out and eating themselves . This happened several times at this place .
