Everything was perfectly cooked and tasty. The coffee was perfect. The waitress was very friendly and everyone seemed to be enjoying their jobs. Our party waited 40 minutes before the table was ready. Service was good as usual. The owner never apologized for the long wait time, nor did we receive any compensation. We frequently dine there, so she knows our faces. I have been in this industry for 49 years. You do not treat your regular customers so rudely. Needless to say, I will not be going back.

Specifically, the corned beef was legit, non-deli corned beef, and was tender, flavorful, moist, and not stringy at all. Even the rye holding it all together was great. Fresh and crispy on both sides. The amount of sauerkraut and 1000 Island dressing was appropriate, and there was no indication of the oh-so-common "soak through" disease that seems to plague Reuben sandwiches everywhere. If they keep that up, I'll unquestionably get it again next time. (Seriously. Zero doubt. That sandwich, my face.)
