Be careful ordering food from Wendy's in Farmville, VA. Found a screw in our food, drove 20 minutes to get refunded only to find out he charged us AGAIN!!! Drove another 20 minutes back after making back home thinking I had been refunded only to wait over 30 minutes to finally be told I was refunded. Will not give me food or a voucher or take care of the customer. I have now driven over an hour back an forth to not see money in my account or food in my belly. Out almost $60 and told we just have to wait to see but it's not their fault!! Jessica (the manager) was BEYOND rude, hung up on me and also shut the door in my face because SHE was done talking. We wanted the breakfast deal, so we scanned the deal. The scan would not allow the deal, however. We went inside of the restaurant to get assistance and noticed the counter was filthy and sticky. The staff members were unable to assist us with the deal. We left and decided not to patronize this establishment. Doubt if we'll return. read more

Dear Lord... who is running this Wendy's? Stopped here on the way home from vacation, and we both (male/female) found the bathrooms out of important things such as toilet paper and soap. We went on to order food through the kiosk since the girls were so fascinated with them, and the wait was pretty lengthy. I'd guesstimate we waited in the neighborhood of 7-10 minutes at the counter for our food which was placed on a tray (we ordered to-go); We politely asked for to-go bags and the cashier seemed overwhelmed with that request. When that was handled, we still had to ask for our cups... and eventually found that the drink machine was out of practically everything. No Sprite. No Fanta. No regular Coke, ginger ale, nothing. I ended up with a gross Powerade and they both got drinks they didn't want either. All in all these are first world problems but I don't think there should be so many issues in one visit to a seemingly successful fast food chain. This was disappointing. read more

Pretty sure Charlie Brown's teacher was working the drive thru ordering here...barely understood her because she mumbled everything...her English was fine if she spoke up which I had to keep asking her to do. And don't order a burger the way you want it which is supposed to be a Wendy's thing...my request for a single cheese burger with ketchup mustard and onion was a burger with everything, no mustard and so much mayo it was dripping off it...gross. I thought this place was good. Was here on Monday, and they knew what they were doing and didn't mess up our order (which is typical of a lot of Wendy's locations). Very busy place. The parking lot might need a redo, and if you're heading south out of town it's blocked by the Ruby Tuesday's. I'd give this place a chance again. read more

Wendy's of Farmville is concerned with your safety! No chance of getting burned on hot food (cuz it ain't even warm). Minimal bacon on your baconator (to minimize cholesterol- who cares if you ordered it? And paid for it? Your safety is at stake!) Also no embarrassing onion breath when they put one single ring on your burger. Haven't figured out the stale bun safety link, but I'm sure they have my safety in mind there too... I love Wendy's, but this one ALWAYS disappoints. read more

Sometimes you need to get some food and you don't have much time. Most of the usual fast food places sacrifice friendliness and Customer Service for quick turn over. This Wendy's was different. The staff made it a point to have pleasant interaction with each customer. The manager even made a point to search for the salad dressing that the other worker couldn't find. Downloaded this app just to complain. For starters, the service was an utter disaster. After finally having corrected my order, I sat down to a mediocre meal. The salad tasted of a chemical wash and cotton balls. Upon checking in to this app, I received a coupon for a free frosty... After I showed it to the cashier she grabbed my phone and took it to the back without my consent (stealing?). When she returned, she claimed they don't know what to do with it. Once I finished my rant on how ridiculous this all was, I was given my frosty, the highlight of this escapade.
