Wouldn't recommend . Stopped here for something quick and there was a group of 6 cadets infront of us. That's fine we know how to wait until it's our turn. Problem is.. it's our turn now. We moved up to the cash register , No acknowledgement what so ever. The guy on the register looked at us and walked out around the corner to fill a drink request.. a simple "I'll be with you in just a moment" would've been better than ignoring us. And to top it off he started talking to a coworker at the register and still didn't acknowledge us. So we walked out. I work as a barista. I do like going to this Wendy's because it's close to my house, the customer service is way better than other Wendy's I've been to especially the one close to Fred Meyer in Lynnwood! I don't eat a lot of fast food but alive always liked Wendy's. I don't live near one so after a morning at the Children's Museum we popped up here for lunch. Ordered a nugget combo and a big bacon combo (#3 and #7). I always order the same thing even when it's been long time. Imagine my surprise when I see "chicken" on the wrapper. No big deal so I take it to the counter and started to say "I have the wrong item. I ordered a..." And the young employee said loudly in a rude tone "you ordered a #6". I looked at the menu and saw "Spicy Chicken". Definitely did not order that. My son piped in from our table "you said 7". Not wanting to cause a scene and very aware this location had a security guard working I went back to our table and attempted to choke down the spicy chicken. I made it half way and had to throw out the rest. So disappointing. Lessons learned: order by name not number and take the receipt even if it will end up in the trash. I declined not thinking there would be an error on it. Lesson for this restaurant: Train your employees to repeat back orders and not to be rude to customers. Last Sat night,my friend and I went through the drive thru at the Wendy's in Everett WA on Broadway. We did 2 separate orders. We were told both orders were in the one bag handed to us, but as we pulled out, I realised my order was not in the bag, so I went inside to get my order. I brought my friends receipt on accident at first, so i went back to the car to get mine, and realised they didn't give me a receipt. So when I went back up, I showed him the wendys app that I used for my order. But he stated I need a receipt. Or he couldn't give me my order. I told him we didn't get one, but I was literally just in the drive thru, so my order was probably still there, and I told him what it was. He stated again. I need a receipt. So I asked to speak to the manager, since i believe they had helped the new employee who rang us in the drive thru(so they would recognize us). To which the employee said, "It's going to he a hot minute cause they're busy." So I waited(cause i wanted my food), as I was waiting. This same employee started burping at the register and being really disrespectful. While I was waiting however, another employee came back from break and asked what was going on, and the rude employee told him, I claimed I didn't get my order, but didnt have a receipt. I explained to the new employee what had happened, and he apologized and went right into the back and grabbed my order, which had been sitting in the back in the bag. I thanked him, but also let him know that the other employee had been really rude and stand offish. To which the rude employee stated, "Yup. I'm rude and laughed. " By the time I got my food, it was already cold, but I just wanted to leave. I will never be back to this location. This was a horrible experience. The rude employee had on a puffer jacket, so I couldn't see his name tag, but I did report him to corporate.. but all I got back was an automated response and a $5 credit.....not even half of what my meal cost. I'm a regular. Used to go 2 - 3 times a week back when I got off at 10p. Now I got every few weeks. Often had very very bad customer service, to the point where I just drove off. They do get very packed during lunch rush and even during dinner time. And they are VERY stingy with sauce (the only fast food spot in the area that isn't on constant sauce watch is Jack In The Box and Taco Bell). Overall, when you consider this area, they do great for what they have. Always understaffed. Always slow. Always quiet in the drive thru. But honestly, that's what I expect. You know the food will be good when you got a grumpy cashier and the food is taking a little longer than expected. read more

There are not many fast food places left that you can actually get a grilled chicken sandwich. I don't know if this chicken is actually grilled but it's a lot healthier than eating fried chicken or a burger. Our chicken sandwiches were awesome, and Trystan was our cashier, he was truly a breath of fresh air. He had a genuine smile and a genuine eagerness to help us. How does a Wendy's get four stars? Customer service. Ran through the drive-thru between two basketball events. This isn't our normal area and frankly or top choice, but we needed something on the fly along our route. I come quite frequently to eat the Dave's Double with a medium fry. Perhaps twice a month. The quality is always consistent, and the service is typically quite fast, unlike the nearby McDonalds. Wendy's has only once ever (In all of my 8 years at this location) gotten my order wrong, and it was easily resolved. The food has always been fresh. My only complaint is the staff can sometimes be a little slow when they're short-handed/overwhelmed. Sometimes you'll have to repeat your order because they're multitasking a lot in there. This is, however, understandable. I typically don't arrive during the busy hours, anyway. All in all, I would say this is good location. I leave happy every time! read more

Every time I go here, which is NOT (2nd time in 3-4 months?) often, its a supreme disappointment. Its not surprising that I was the ONLY vehicle in the drive-thru (and only ONE other car in the parking lot!) when I pulled in. I ordered the beef pretzel burger and some spicy nuggets. I when I got home (approx 3 MINUTES away!) I realized the burger was cold in the center, only the outside wrapper was slightly warm from the heat lamps. The patty was blackened (looked a chunk of rubber from a blown tire) and the bun itself looked like it had been wedged under the corner of something (it was literally pinched down weirdly) and it was missing half the bacon! Srsly! I should've tossed it! The ONLY bright spot is the gal workin' the window was friendly enough. -Fast food sucks in general, this place is like picking your food out of the tires of a loader at the dump. I thought this place would be a great place to work at, but it turned out to be a joke of a store stating they focus on customers only and have no appreciation for their workers. I would never normally rate a fast food joint....BUT... have you tried Wendy's salads lately? Their chicken, apple, pecan salad was the best fast food salad I have ever eaten. The resteraunt is terrible. They obviously employ stoners. This place used to have great food just like any other Wendy's. Now the resteraunt uses way to much oil and salt on there fries, makes careless mistakes, and forgets your utensils. The frosties are thick to the point of no return and the chicken nuggets are not near crisp enough on their exterior. The Wendy's on Broadway is whisping poor employees that they more than likely will fire later trying to use Covid-19 as an excuse. The environment is even moist. You can feel the janitors failure in the resteraunts air. Do not go here. I even seen cooks in the area have long hair and not a single hairnet. The management cares less. read more

Although I believe their burgers are the closest to my mom's homemade burgers, the customer service here SUCKS. I can't even count how many times I've asked the staff to double-check the ingredients that should be included in their taco salads only to get home and find that some/half of the components were missing. Sat in drive thru for 10 minutes. The two cars in front of me gave up and left. I tried to get their attention when I got to the speaker and I finally got a "just a minute". Two minutes later I called again and beeped my horn. He got back on and said "we're really busy". This was 7:30pm it was NOT busy! I love Wendy's. Their salads are great! I always get god service! Also; they offer a free small soft drink to seniors; which is a plus. And; it's not really small! I don't normally rate fast food places but the employees here were so incredibly friendly! Wish more were like that back home.
