So I've been going to this place for 3 weeks in row since I work across the street... at least twice a week. 1 day no fork.. another day no napkins.. nothing major .. yesterday I sent one of my employees to get us all lunch.. never got the chili for my taco salad.. the corn chips expired in 2024 explains why they tasted like @&$@ .. so I try calling.. not once not twice not 3 times but 5 times and not once did anyone answer at 3 in the afternoon.. guess what Wendy Mr. WHATABURGER. Okay so I am not big on leaving reviews but today this had to be done. You have this beautiful store yet the worst customer service. I am in town from Bentonville visiting my mother and wanted to try the new Wendy's breakfast. The drive thru order taker latasha was so rude when I pulled up to the window she basically threw my coffee at me and took my card only to come back to window to throw bag with no straw in didn't ask me for sauce or anything handed me my card and closed window before I could get a word out. Food is good. Service is SLOW!! Placed online order for asap pickup. After MULTIPLE attempts to figure out what is taking so long (20 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready for pickup) I ask for a refund. Never got the refund. Did get my food a total of 30 minutes after promised time. Not going back to this location until they get it together. This is not the first time I've had this issue at this location. read more

We stopped by just to get a burger real quick between doctors appointments. Place is pretty clean, food was ok but when you go to the front of the place so you can eat in peace and talk and one of the employees comes up and turns on loud obnoxious music on their phone and dances and sings all around your table line like you aren't there is bullshit! This isn't the jungle. We won't be back for anything. This person was clearly high or something. That's why we never stop and eat in Camden or Eldorado period! read more

At first look it seems to be a nice place... However, a deeper look the tables haven't been wiped down and when to get our drinks...well it was out of almost everything literally..... For fast food it took awhile for the food... That being said at least it's fresh right.. and did taste good read more

I don't usually review fast food places, but I will for this lousy experience. Took 15 minutes to place our order with one person in line in front of us and another 17 to get our food. After that wait for some reason my french fries were still cold. During my wait I had plenty of time to notice the line grow behind me and several people leave without placing an order. They were also out of several drinks and food items that different people were requesting. Seemed to be an overall cluster. Not sure I'll venture here again. read more

So they have a new Southwest avocado chicken sandwich so I decided today to try it with some french fries and a lemonade they didnt give me my total I had to pull around for it so I was digging in my wallet while at the window which I'm sort of okay with they take my money give me my change shut the window not a hello not a how are you doing nothing then they bring my food the lady flings the bag at me out the window says thanks and closes the window I sit there for a few minutes and they're all standing there staring at me where's my drink they never open the window eventually I had to leave I didn't have time to sit there so I get to where I can eat my food and it's chicken lettuce tomato a glob of mayonnaise falling off of the chicken no avocado no bacon no southwest sauce the french fries were dumped upside down in my bag so on top of extremely rude service I'm wondering where the Southwest was on my chicken sandwich and why were my french fries just dumped ceremoniously upside down the bag Wendy's in Eldorado absolutely sucks if you don't like your job don't take it out on the customers read more

Seems odd at 10pm on a Friday night being told "is that order to go because we are about to close". It was the cashiers first day so surely she was incorrectly told to not let people eat in the nasty dirty dinning room. Hardly a clean table. read more

The food is always good! I've never had a problem with the taste of the food, but the service is TERRIBLE! It's supposed to be fast food but this Wendy's is more like EXTREMELY slow food!! I end up waiting in line for 15 - 30 min just to order and it's not bc there are a lot of people ordering! The last 4 times I have been, they have gotten my order wrong, completely leaving out certain items that I ordered! I love Wendy's food but I am seriously considering not going back until I know they have done something in regards to the service! read more
