Workers were there but couldn't open because the shift lead had the keys and was late (BAD MANAGEMENT). The employees that were there on time did apologized to customers for no fault to them. A few more times we came thru and we seen the same shift lead in a bad mood with employees and was leading to customers. Another bad management moment! Once again the same employee took our order and LORD let me tell you!!! The way she walked up to our vehicle you could tell she was in a mood. You could tell she didnt want to be there. The way she talked to us when asking our order was rude. Needless to say after that time we decided to switch our drinking place to Ziggy's!!! Why would 7Brew allow/tolerate THEIR shift lead to treat employees and customers like she does? 7Brew does have employees there that have a bubbly personalitly and real sweet to customers. Which if this shift leads continues, these good employees wont last much loner and thats a sad thing to see. 7Brew please do better and please look into everythingbecause something needs to be done about her. As much as my family LOVES 7Brew we will continue to show up to other stands but not El Dorado's until the problem is solved! I came in for few hours and ordered, Grande Earl Grey Black Tea. The staff are polite and greet you as you walk in the door or Drive Thru. Give the staff here a chance to make your order right. They've been greatly received since opening. So much so that they ran out of some items, last week. While you wait on your order, you can wait and enjoy the new Coffee Shop atmosphere. You can find one large leather bench against large windows, with plenty of outlets for your devices. Ten tables and twelve chairs. By the entrance, you can enjoy comfy, four black leather chairs. Outside you will find large patio with nine tables and eighteen chairs. Overall, staff did a wonderful job and the atmosphere is welcoming for both meet ups or getting work done. Special thanks to Aubrey, she's a store manager at Starbucks Hot Springs, off Central Ave. She has such a great personality. Passion for people and animals. I met her first time few weeks ago at another New Starbucks in Malvern, AR. (Opened 2024). As I was walking into the Malvern Starbucks, I saw Aubrey feeding a hungry black puppy outside and making sure she was hydrated enough with these hot months. On the floor, they have clerks that will assist you if you need to have help. The only thing that threw me off was the layout; which, I'd just about reverse of most stores. So which store? Ralph's? Nope. Albertsons? Nada. Brookshire's is the place...that's how they do groceries south of the Mason-Dixon. It's your standard grocery store; clean, well laid-out, with a nice meat department (all butchering and grinding is free), a nice fruit and vegetable section, as well as the usual mix of national and store brands. So you won't have any problem getting that DiGiorno (not delivery) frozen pizza, Cheetos, or whatever else you've got a taste for. And like any market, they have items to appeal to the local clientele. Need fresh calfs' liver? Maybe some live crawfish? A gallon jug of sweet tea? Or the latest copy of Chewin' Tobacco and Shotguns Weekly? Okay, I made that last one up, but either way, Brookshire's will cover you. One other thing to note, especially if you're a SoCal native. Here, the employees are a little strange. They say things like "Hi!" and "Can I hep' ya find anything?" on a regular basis. And once they've rung you up and loaded your groceries in the cart, they take the groceries out to your car and load them for you, smiling the whole time. Having lived in SoCal all my life, people being that nice (without charging me for it) automatically puts me on the defensive. But it's cool - the people here are just very nice and helpful. However, by the time I get there, around 5:30pm to grab a quick turkey wrap for dinner, the girl working at the counter tells me that they stop serving food at 2pm...... this would've been nice to know before I drove all the way over there. It was not indicated on the website or the menu. I still ordered a Jamocha drink, which was made with more ice than anything else. Overall, very disappointed.
