I unfortunately have been to this location very often since it's the only one on my way to work. And sadly this review is happening because every single time I visit. They forget my sauce in the bag. Once or twice I can be understanding and say it's not a big deal. But EVERY TIME?! I select it in the mobile order, then I state it again at the speaker, I get an "ok!" Who tf am I talking to? Cause they clearly don't pass it along to whoever is packing the bag. The employees are nice most of the time but it would be a better experience if they just listened to a simple request. They are disrespectful to employees I say I need hours they will schedule you four days a week with a total of 12 hours. I asked to get transferred to a different restaurant where I can get more hours and almost got fired for it. They give customers old food that's been steaming in a container to try to keep it hot but it loses flavor. And it sits for hours if an employee tries to work hard the manager would have him do other employees work to help them when the other employee is dragging their feet or just send you on break or home early because you was quick enough to get your job done fast so you get penalized for working hard read more

Worst Wendy's I've ever visited. Food was barely edible, service was almost non-existent. The single Freestyle soda machine squirted all over me...until they brought the nozzle out that they were cleaning in the back. They could've at least put a sign on the machine as a warning, this should have been done before opening. Poorly decorated for the holidays, all the chairs had a Santa outfit slipped on the back. Am I really blasting Wendy's on Yelp? You bet your sweet cheeks I am. We stopped at the drive-thru on our way to the shore at 7:00 PM on a Thursday. There was an obnoxious sign on the drive-thru menu saying that only exact change will be accepted. Fine, I'll use my credit card. The woman at the window claimed that my card was declined and basically shoved it back at me. Turns out, she never even ran the card (I called Chase and they confirmed). The second credit card was apparently worthy of this craptastic place, as the charges were accepted. The large French fries container was only half full and there was not an ounce of salt on them. I put extra salt on nothing, so for me to say "these bastards need salt" speaks volumes. The chili was essentially a cup of tomato sauce with a sprinkling of meat in it. And the portion of the Taco Salad was pathetic. It looked like they put two plastic lids together and added some poorly chopped lettuce. I laughed so hard, I nearly passed out. The inside of the store is absolutely disgusting & grimy. The tables are all dirty and haven't been wiped, and there's particles of food on the chairs. The food is good enough for fast food but it takes forever. The workers are extremely rude and acted as though they were on substances. Do better. read more

the new Wendy's in Galloway is brand new and I get that there will be growing pains. however, the simple task of getting a cup of coffee shouldn't take 10 mins. When I asked the manager "does it usually take this long for a cup of coffee" he proceeded to give me a song and dance and a litany of excuses instead of just saying "no" it shouldn't take this long. And they were not busy at 10:55am. I work next to the Wendy's and they probably would have gotten a lot of business from me but now...and for the record, I was not mean or nasty. Do not come here. I did my order through the Wendy's app a good 10 minutes before popping up. The drive-thru wait was 30 minutes AND my fries were lukewarm and some were cold. I couldn't believe it! I like Wendy's over 85% of fast food chains. Just don't go here. Trying to eat in, I was completely ignored by the person operating the register. The person, meaning I don't care what gender they might be, took the previous person's order.... "They" did not acknowledge me at all. Filled previous customer's order. Ignored me. Served delivery order while laughing. I waited several minutes. More takeout orders were attended to with the rest of the staff.... I'm getting more pissed. No attention. So I left. 2 stars bc when I arrived at the drive thru I ordered what I wanted, everything was friendly and I spoke clearly. They charged me something I didn't order. They gave me the money back for it but instead could of just gave it for free. Once I got my food it was the wrong thing. I didn't bother going back bc I was done. At least it tasted good. Drive thru wait time- ridiculous. The only fast food place I like is Wendy's but this one I will not be returning to.

First they didn't have any frosty flavors except strawberry, then when we asked for salt they didn't have packets thankfully the girl did give us a plastic cup with salt in it. The baked potato had nothing on it and didn't even come with butter. The food itself was pretty good. Finally when the soda came with absolutely no ice I did feel the need to write this review. I don't usually write negative ones but as Wendy's goes this one is pretty poor. read more

Not the Wendys I used to know. Dave Thomas would be very unhappy if he were to stop at the Wendy's in Egg Harbor NJ. Now, my wife and I are NOT big fast food people. If we stop at a Burger King, McDonalds, Wendy's, Taco Bell...etc once a year it allot. A stop for this kind of 'food' or as we refer to it as..'food like substance'.. is only called upon in EXTREME emergencies. This stop at the Wendy's located at 6041 E Black Horse Pike, Egg Harbor Township, NJ 08234 was 100% a mistake and was perpetrated on the basis of it being an EXTREME emergency. First we engaged the counter girl... at least I think she possessed female DNA..not that this should matter, but being an older person of some cultured breeding I always prefer to address persons as..'young lady or young man'...'sir or madam/miss'. Thanks to popular subculture I must now devolve and retrain myself to this new method of grunting, pointing or simply blurting out phrases like..'give me' or 'watc'ch got?'. Back to our adventure, this humanoid with 'it's' 3 teeth mumbled some kind of greeting. Now being a New Yorker I'm pretty good at decimating through heavily accented verbiage being uttered to me. Years of living and working in NYC and having the various versions of english or english like interpretations of our indigenous language being thrown at me by the member of the international community has given me a certain ability to communicate. I can even understand..'Jersey english' but God help me, I had NO clue what this humanoid we trying to say to me. My wife stopped me after my third attempt at communication with..(lets call her Wendy)..Ms. Wendy, as to avoid having our order being covered with the "special sauce". I simply reflected back on the many John Wayne movies I enjoyed as a child and reverted to sign language, pointing and words like ...Me'um want'um # 2, white woman take'um #3... no firewater. I immediately knew that this was going south real quick. However, being a good scout, I never give up and stay the corse regardless of the outcome. The adventure continues... after our 40 minuet wait and STILL being one of two couples in the entire Wendy's ..(and the other couple was already feeding on the slop that was on their table) Wendy returned to the counter and uttered something in her tribal language. I tried to read the subtitles that were flashing under it's chin but everything it was saying was misspelled. I think Wendy was trying to explain the delay in our complex order of...two burgers and one order of fries. I can only assume that corporate was notified and fries had to be air dropped to our location and the drone was having trouble locating the DZ. Now, fast forward to our orders arrival. At some point we were presented with a ..sack.. I say 'sack' because it lost any resemblance to a bag at some point between having been opened and filled with the substance placed within it. Wendy stuck out her paw and presented me with this gift as if I was expected to return the gesture with a string of beads, a blanket or some kind of trinket. My wife by now was tugging on my arm to get back to the wagon train and avoid being taken captive. We decided to consume this substance back at our hotel as to be close to a clean bathroom. The adventure continues...back at our campsite at the hotel we opened this sack of indigenous NJ Wendy's fast food we were greeted with two lumps of ..?... wrapped in foil. I used a fork to consume a portion of mine, my wife, the braver of the two of us consumed the entire lump..bless her soul... This could account for her making it to the bathroom first. I could go on, but why bather..I think you get the hint by now. I don't take issue with a level of the physical attractiveness of a person, I couldn't break a 5 on the scale of 1-10 but I do take issue with personal hygiene, verbal skills, clean cloths and taking some pride in your appearance especially when you are dealing with the public and getting paid for it. Avoid...Avoid....Avoid, did I mention that you should AVOID this Wendy's at all cost. read more

Rude employees. Tried telling them the hours posted online are incorrect when I arrived after they closed about 10 minutes earlier. The idiot in the window kept poking at me crazy and pointing to a tiny sign on the window with the hours. I can read obviously and was trying to let them know of an error they need to correct.
