My wife and I were wanting double cheeseburger from Wendy's short drive from our home so we went. We both like ours the same plain with mayo, tomato and onion only. Well we get home first mistake they both had lettuce ok this can happen take it off right. Unfortunately this isn't the main complaint both were cold I mean cold not even warm! Cheese not melted at all found this out by taking a bite. Cold not even warm wow! We put them right in the trash!! This is a good way to get food poisoning period! I understand prepping for lunch but serving gold burgers is not a good practice period!Yes we could have taken back to be redone but nowadays you are afraid of tampering. Yes I worked fast food at a burger place many years ago but never cooked and served cold burgers! Wendy's do better! read more

They made my frosty wrong TWICE and took forever to serve me. The person working the front line is incompetent and needs to be replaced. I SPECIFICALLY asked for a frosty swirl with brownie batter, NOT the new fusion one and he made me the oreo fusion one twice and totally wasted my time. The owners need to hire more people because the one working front line was also making most of the orders which is why it took so long. read more

Where can I start. My gran daughter and I arrived at 6:40pm on a Wednesday night. The restaurant was almost empty. One guy eating and 6 people waiting on food. We ordered at 6:49. After 15 minutes the other people demanded a refund had words with the shift manager and left. Finally at 7:11 pm I went to the counter with my receipt to get a refund but the manager apologized and ask for my receipt. Said they'd fix our food right then. Which she did. I didn't fuss just went to a table and ate with my gran daughter. Over the next 15 minutes while we ate all you could hear in the empty restaurant was the crew member cursing constantly. Using the "F" word every other word. After we finished eating I spoke with the manager and told her we were Christian's and my granddaughter is 11 years old and the language was not appreciated. I was still very courteous. The managers reply was yes they're mad because one of the girls left early ???? Not management material And I'm sure not acceptable by the DM of that store. I've met her before and she runs a tight ship. Also notable was as everyone was waiting on food there was obviously "buddies" coming in and the workers would chat with them hand them food and out they'd go. The cashier was nice and efficient. That was the only good thing. The place was dirty. Despite staff standing around in the back, no one came out to the floor to clean tables, sweep etc. there was ketchup smeared on the side of the order counter. The place was a mess. The bathrooms needed attention, dirty and the women's room sink was broken. read more

THE WORST EVER! Generally, we like Wendy's. We understand that it's a fast food restaurant and affordable. We don't expect perfection every time, but we went through the drive-thru and ordered two single combos and a kid's chicken meal. Every single item was room temperature at best. The fries were so cold and stale that our 4-year-old grandson didn't even want them. My wife and I didn't eat a single fry. With all respect, this is just poor management to allow food like that go out the window. We will continue to eat at Wendy's from time to time, but we'll never go back to this location. read more

I don't think I have ever given a place 1 Star, but unfortunately this Wendy's gets to be the 1st. We arrived on a Friday evening and there was just 1 person in line in front of us and that person had already ordered and was just waiting on their food. A few employees walked by as we stood there but no one offered to assist us. Finally a young lady came up after having made a salad for the guy in front is us and she took our order. They were out of spring mix so they asked if regular lettuce was okay on the grilled chicken sandwich. I was fine with that switch but it did make me nervous about the side salad I had ordered. The side salad was brown and watery. It didn't have a date stamp on it, but it was well past it's prime. I asked for a new salad and they said they could make a new one. After several minutes of waiting, I asked if I could just get a refund instead. That seemed too difficult so I finally just asked to switch for a medium order of fires since it was the same price as the salad. The grilled chicken sandwich was overcooked/reheated to an awful rubbery texture. There was a filthy rag laying on one of the tables the whole time we were there. I assumed it was used to "clean" the tables so we were careful not to let anything we planned to eat touch the table at all. To top off the whole awful experience, as I headed to the restroom before we left, there was a huge cockroach laying dead on the floor. One of the employees walked right past it and didn't even bat an eye (or pick it up off the floor). I have never seen a Wendy's this bad and I will not be eating at this one ever again. read more

Extremely poor. I know it's hard to get employees these days... evident in Danville's Wendy's!! I stopped by there for chili. There were 4 cars ahead of me. It took 22 min to get my order placed and pick up! No customers inside restaurant. The chili was made with brown & white beans, the white beans were NOT done, were crunchy! Drive through was extremely slow, cashier did not tell us amount owed until we got to the window. Ordered the "Fresh Mozzarella Salad" and it had 5 small slivers of cheese on it. It should be called a "Plain chicken salad that just so happened to have some mozzarella on it" salad. Also ordered a Mango-Peach Tea that was quite under flavored and very watered down. read more
