This is also another spot that I frequent because it tends to hit the spot. The Crispy Chicken Sandwich is a favorite because of its tastiness and affordable price! It has crisp lettuce, juicy white meat, and mayonnaise. The Grilled Chicken Wrap is also good with it's juicy, herb-marinated grilled chicken breast, lettuce, cheese, and ranch wrapped in a tortilla. I would recommend the nuggets and the tenders as well. Every once in awhile, I get the Son of Baconator, which has two beef patties, bacon, ketchup, mayonnaise, and cheese. The Double Stack is also good and has two patties and ketchup as well along with mustard, pickles, and onions. I don't expect much from fast food, but god damn. Misgendered to my face multiple times by the manager, who lied about it when I asked her to repeat what she said. Even then, I don't think I've ever been in a fast food location so actively hostile to their own paying customers. There are no napkins available at all in the dining room, they have to be parceled out by the same manager. Beyond that, the dining room closes absurdly early. I don't want to hear any excuses: there is an in-n-out directly across the street where I'm always gendered correctly, and the dining room is open until midnight every night, fully stocked. I was hesitant on making this review but I was hoping for this location to rectify the mistake but none of that happened. I visited the location on 7/20 at the drive thru, I ordered $70 worth of food. I'm on the freeway and I start checking the food and one of the item I ordered I did not receive it. I called them and told them. They wanted me to go back but I was already on the way home and I live an hour away. I told them I can go visit maybe in a week or so. They wrote my name down and the order missed. It was pretty upsetting because I still had to go to another place to get food for myself. If employees are getting paid $20 an hour, job should be taken seriously. I am also in the industry so it was difficult for me to see some locations operate like this. I gave them the chance before writing this review. I stopped by last night and no one knew about the situation. There was no structure set on how to recover customers with issues/complaints or at lease for my situation. I asked for the manager and there was no manager on site. Every time we place an order for food delivery service our food is always cold , and then on top of that why you guys do not secure drinks with tape that's being picked up from GrubHub or DoorDash or Uber eats ! Was on drive thru line at 2:15 am. LET ME EMPHASIZE THIS - THEIR HOURS SAY OPEN UNTIL 3. IT WAS 2:15 WHEN I GOT TO THE DRIVE THRU. By the time I got to the ordering window it's 2:44 cause I'm stuck in the drive through line. They tell ME they're done taking orders and closed, even though they're still open. They only take online. They couldn't have stopped people getting into the drive through and said those in line can order. Are you kidding me??!!?! Terrible. The two attendants when I got to the window couldn't have cared less that I just wasted 45 minutes late at night when they could have done any number of things to let me know I had time to order online while waiting. The date is March 9th 2024 at 2:55 AM. The male and female were sitting at the window telling people you couldn't order, when either one could have over 30 minutes ago gone outside and let us know to order online or that they were closing. Completely clueless employees with no common sense or motivation to run a business. Whoever runs or owns this place needs to have a talk, and also figure out how to run a late night drive thru when you advertise 3 AM closing time and have a drive thru lane that prevents people from leaving once they're on it. Absolutely the worst Wendy's. Been here so many times and every time something goes wrong. Missing items, food items out of stock, long wait times at the drive thru (30 minutes or more). This last time there were 3 separate signs that said there was an outside order taker, when I pulled up, no order taker and the drive thru screen was black. No one on the speaker. After a minute I figured it was broken and they would take my order at the first window. I drive up to the window and no one comes to the window. After over 30 minutes I get up to the 2nd window. No one is addressing my car. After saying excuse me 3 times, someone finally comes over and tells me I was supposed to order at the broken drive thru screen but now they have too many door dash orders and they can't take my order now. I wish I could rate 0 stars. I'm never giving any business to this location ever again. read more

I contacted corporate, because the thing nearly chipped a tooth, that's how hard it was, and I felt they should know. That was useless. The phone said I was 17th in line and the wait was going to be over 90 minutes. Just a joke of customer service. After that, I still gave them one more shot. I got a junior deluxe, fries, and a frosty. My burger was so cold I can only assume it was placed against ice for a few minutes before being added to my bag. That was the last I could take. I've worn off Wendy's since, and I've probably saved a lot of money, because it's a pretty expensive place anyway. And since I need to say something about the ambiance, well, it looks kind of sad, but not terrible. Like most Wendy's. My family and I stopped ordering from here after a string of quality control issues. It is the only Wendy's in our area and one of the few places you can get a baked potato as fast food. Unfortunately, they constantly were missing things in our order and this was going on for months with different orders. We could almost always expect one thing or another missing from our order. This Wendy's is in a little strip mall where Washington Blvd., and Venice Blvd merge for a bit. It is near the 10 Fwy at Robertson. What we love about this Wendy's is there is always parking and it is rarely crowded. The service is great. They get it right the first time. It is always clean and the restrooms are well cared for.
