The staff is rude and discriminatory. They forgot cheese on my brothers' burgers and were like it's…read morejust cheese. They refused to refund the cost of the cheese. They took my receipt and didn't return it. Every Saturday I take my eldest son to my disabled brothers' so his house can get cleaned and food made for him for the week. I dropped him and food off and on my way from there to work - I was already running late - when my brother saw no cheese on the burgers. So I went to get it rectified in some way. The first lady I spoke to took my receipt ask if I wanted order remade I said yes as I didn't care as long as I got a refund or what was paid for. Then they were like you need to bring the food back in so we can see it. Which no restaurant has ever demanded of me - and yes I typically bring the messed up item with me however again I want to get to work on time no get a write up over cheese. Which I explained to them and asked for a refund to which the manager was like "It is just cheese" it's the principle of the matter. Product was paid for and expected in return. This location doesn't believe in giving people what they pay for at least the employees there. I suspect they do the shit to refund it later and pocket the money.
